Chandler: Would it be weird to try and start a DnD club for the kids in the library?
Chandler: They just spend so much time here!

CHANDLER AND MELODY (I'm sure you saw this coming)
((XD I actually didn’t but I really should have!! Gonna go the cliched route here, since Chan would be a terrible caretaker in the modern verse. Also, Melody would probably stay in bed the moment someone told her to… ^^))
"L-look, you can’t get up and do stuff, th-the doctor said so!" Melody hurried after a grumbling Chandler, arms loaded with tissues, decongestant, and chicken noodle soup cans. "You have the flu, remember?"
"Not easy to forget." Chandler groaned, rubbed his face, then pulled his dresser open. Once he’d dug up a clean collared shirt, he pulled the old one off.
"Oh!" Melody spun around, dropping a few boxes as she did. "Sorry, sorry, I just—" She scrambled to pick up the things, only for a soup can to roll away. By the time she had everything in hand, Chandler had dressed for work and started toward the door of his apartment. "No, wait!" Melody ran around in front of him and froze between him and the doorway. "Y-you can’t go to work, you’re sick. Vaughn gave you the time off. Don’t worry about it; you can go and rest." Chan didn’t try to move around her, but he kept staring at her, his gaze boring through her as his mouth tightened. "Y-y-you c-can’t go to work, w-with the flu. O-or class," she added weakly.
Chandler gave a low grunt, and leaned against the wall, his stare shifting blankly to the wall. “I need to go get milk,” he finally muttered.
"O-oh, I can get that! I mean, I’ve got money on my card, a-and Matty and Ollie left some cash, just in case, so—" Melody raced to the kitchen and dumped her armload there, then ran to grab her coat. "That’s where I got that stuff, actually; it’s just from the the Caf store." She laughed weakly, and Chan shuffled over to the couch.
"Why haven’t Ollie and Matty barged in here with—" he started coughing, and waved vaguely at Melody’s pile of things.
"Wait, h-here." She opened a box of tissues and pushed it over to him. After a moment, she ran to his room and grabbed a blanket. He was still coughing when she returned, but it had weakened to a sporadic wheeze. Melody opened the blanket to put around him, but held it back, then lightly dropped it across his shoulders and hopped back.
"This is stupid," Chan muttered as he pulled the blanket tighter and laid down on the couch.
"I’m sorry." Melody twisted her hands around the edge of her coat. "Matty and Ollie will be out of class in an hour or so. They-they said they were, going to class, before they left…" He let out a grunt that might have been another cough, and she glanced over at the hallway. "Um, do you want me to make some lunch…? Are you hungry?" Chandler pulled the blanket tighter around him. "I-I can still go get milk… I can get it once Matty and Ollie get out of class, too, s-so you don’t have to be alone." The blanket shifted tighter, and Chan’s huff came out in a damp wheeze. "O-or I could…. just… stay….?" She slid her coat off and bunched it up in her arms. He grabbed another tissue to stifle his cough. When he didn’t move for a few moments, Melody inched forward and eased into the empty chair.
