But when I go to checkout, it tells me it’s out of stock and I can only preorder it - which is what it’s been telling me every time I’ve tried it for over a year. I’m not sure if I should trust it...

I have also tried every Amazon site I could think of, ebay and fishpond. The uk amazon site seems to have sold at least one copy at one point in time, but it doesn’t have it anymore and there aren’t any other buying options.

The publisher doesn’t have it on their site, either.

Thanks for the help, everyone. I’ll keep an eye out in case they surface anywhere (or maybe i’ll eventually take a risk on classicDVD)

Plum, Night Owl, Rose Dust!

Plum: Are you insecure about anything?

There’s a lot I’m insecure about. I’m probably most insecure about how I look. My posture is all messed up because I don’t like how I look standing. I’m always anxious about talking. I spend so much time thinking about possible conversations that might happen so that I can be prepared for them. A lot of the time I think about how I could have said something better or wished I said what was on my mind. I’ve grown a lot, but I’ve still got some more to do

Night Owl: Describe a very interesting dream that you had.

I have so many. Okay, lets go with the Sci-Fi one. This may be a while. Okay, set up. Humans have recently (and I mean within the last hundred years) invented interstellar travel. There is a prestigious school that trains pilots. This school trains transports and fighter ships. Humans have also succeeded in creating artificial life forms. There was a large movement previous to the beginning of the dream for equal treatment for the artificial life forms(I’m gonna call them Suni) . They look human and act human. I don’t know why they needed to be created. Plot point maybe?. Anyway, most of the Suni have been able to make a living for themselves on earth, but Suni are not allowed to become pilots (IDK why). This is where the dream starts. One day my childhood friend and I ( I know how predictable) are running through a market. We have always wanted to be pilots and train at the prestigious school. In the market we meet a family of Suni with a fruit.vegetable stand. They Suni family has twin daughters (another plot point I think, but It’s never clear why I dreamed up twins). One of the daughters wants to be a pilot and we become close. A few years later we learn that she is unable to attend pilot school because she isn’t “human”. In that moment we both decide to somehow change the rules, and my childhood friend and I say in unison “We’ll become the principal of the school!” (This is like some bad anime XD). Skip ahead until we are about to graduate. Somehow the childhood friend and I have gotten together ( Another plot point maybe? Subconscious me really wants a boyfriend). Anyway, I think the school is military at some point and we aren’t allowed to leave campus during our time there, but we sneak out to go see our Suni friend. I’ll stop there because it goes on for a while.

Rose Dust: Describe your aesthetic in five words or less.

Oh my gosh, I’ve never actually thought about this. Right now probably: “Purple, Earthy, Moon, Metal, Soft”

2. Would you prefer to live in the country or the city?

Probably the country? I’ve always wanted to build my own archery range. Maybe grow my own herbs and attempt a flower garden. Pets.

4. Do you drink your tea or coffee with sugar?

On the occasion that I do drink coffee, it is always with sugar. Tea I prefer hot and alone or cold and light.

5. What was your favourite book as a child?

My mother used to read a book called Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to my siblings and me before we went to sleep. I didn’t actually read much as a child, so this is the one I remember most. I’m going to qualify that as my favorite.

25. Do you prefer to use pen or pencil?

Pencil. I like that the darkness of the print changes depending on the pressure you apply to the writing utensil.

42. Where do you feel the safest?

I am terrified everywhere, but when I am with people I trust, I have the courage to challenge the world. So, I feel safest around the people I care about most.

50. Invent your own word. What does it mean?

I just found out Miu404 was originally planned to be 14 episodes but then Covid happened and I needed to tell someone but I don’t know anyone else who watched the show so here I am. Also the hug in episode 9 was improvised by Hoshino.

man... not super surprising there. you can definitely see the seams at the end bc usually “the breakup episode” will be the penultimate-ish and then they’ll get back together in the finale. but they had to throw everything into that final ep. i think all things considered it still works remarkably well. but those 3 eps we didn’t get :(( that is really sad to think about.

it feels popular enough (wiki says the ratings never went below 10% which i think is pretty good for the times?) that they’ll probably get a chance to make some supplemental content at some point... so maybe we might still get to see some of the cut story elements if they recycle them or turn it into a “side story”? that’s wishful thinking on my part i guess. but i will hold out hope. ✊

4) What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?

Hopefully I will be teaching calculus at a city college by then.

2) Have you ever had a crush on a teacher?

Um, yes. Let’s not forget Mr. Allen. (For those of you who didn’t go to high school with me. He was a very attractive math teacher.)

5) If you could be anywhere else right now, where would you be?

I’m not big on traveling the world unless it’s with someone. That being said, there are many world festivals I would like to go to. Summer Festivals in Japan, Holi in India, the likes.

42) What kind of music to you listen to?

The kind of music that my friends listen to? I literally had no taste in music until after I met my friends. Since then, everything I have listened to was as a direct result of their interests. Although, I have recently been getting into late 90′s early 2000′s I am in middle school music.

50) What worries you most about the future?

My biggest fear is probably finding a job. As of right now I have no work experience and am just starting my first job. I still don’t know how to adult properly, and taxes scare the heck out of me, like, I always imagine that I will just forget to do them and then bad things will just happen.
