Real fan art is coming one day, but for now I really wanted to see if it was feasible to simplify their gradients into something that would fit a simple style like Bluey’s 😅

#aaaaaaaaaAAA #they're so precious I can't ;m; #I still haven't watched Bluey so I can't really comment on show accuracy but to me these look spot on #if you ask me the gradients work really well #if you look at them and unfocus your eyes they look like their normal markings #Vasco might benefit from having one more band between the base yellow and the lighter brown but that's totally optional and might take away #from the simplicity of his design #their colors are so true to the way I color them which is both cool and kind of uncanny #like Machete's pink details which in reality are very peachy almost closer to light orange than true pink #and their colored linearts which use the same colors I use for my colored linearts #I don't know I thought that was really cool attention to detail #they're adorable #thank you! #gift art #apupcalyptic #own characters #Machete #Vasco #their lives would be a lot less stressful in bluey universe I reckon

Please take this modest offering after *checks watch* a long time!!! hfbvhjfbghgb #I actually drew this way earlier this year but various things had it slide onto the backburner #fabdante's art really inspired me to want to do my own 'dmc character in an awesome fur coat'- #the decadence! the floof! #dmc character in alt outfit #(and before you have to wonder- I have absolutely considered kimono outfits for everyone nbgjrthbgh) #I had originally planned on drawing ReDante or Kat- but ended up drawing my girl Lady instead #I think a fur coat suits her really well ya know? #it was originally drawn in my sketchbook with the fur having been done with a brush pen :D #I tried to keep it on brand colorwise...and actually languished a good while on whether or not to make the fur white or not #I ended up going for the dark fur obviously but with contrasting white lapels meant to kinda invoke the dmc5 jacket a bit! :D #oh and while not my original intent- I can't help but think 'band au' when I look at this now nnfbfhg #anyway! #big thanks to fabdante for keeping up the cool art/meta pots/ and reboot kid art! we love to see it!!! ;DDD

being at work makes me so miserable

Update!!!

I have finished band of brothers! Watched both episode 9 and 10 yesterday but didn't post about it cuz holy fuck!!! What the hell!!! Oh if I cried!!! God damn it!!! Also!!! I'm failing math!!!

I spent a good chunk of my day choosing to acknowledge only and only the fact that at one point Speirs and Roe were in the same scene together, like it was just them on the jeep and hey those are my two favorite guys! So it was cool

I'll have to rewatch the first episodes now that I kinda sorta can recognize the characters better

Anyways it was one hell of a ride and the chemicals in my brain have been changed

Also everyone keeping Speirs from stealing shit in episode 10 was kinda funny, man we all know you were that mad because YOU wanted to pocket that album

Next I'll be watching the Pacific! But like next next week since I'll be home from school 4 days straight so I can binge it
