If you want gothic horror, your mileage might vary as to if these are scary or not but The Orphanage, Pans Labyrinth, and Crimson Peak all by Guillermo del Toro have that sort of sad melancholic gothic horror vibe to them, mixing in Victorian or fantasy elements as well.

what are your top 5 movies?

Oooo this is hard bc I love a lot of different movies and I’m probably one of the most indecisive people like ever and of course now is the time I forget about every movie that I’ve liked in the history of ever lol1. White Frog (It’s a movie that popped to my scrambled mind out of nowhere, but it’s a great story)2. prolly the Harry Potter series bc I’m a huge HP nerd3. The Breakfast Club4. Unbroken5. Babadook or Crimison Peak (I watched them both recently they’re both v interesting)(Join the Sleepover Saturday! ♥)

Tom hiddleston is in Toronto. I can't....

Hello fellow awesome fangirls of tumblr! I doubt anyone's gonna actually see this but here's my little rant for the night. Okay, so as most (Or some) people will probably know, TOM HIDDLESTON is in Toronto like RIGHT NOW filming for 'Crimson peak'. He's at casa loma (this castle) till April 26TH. So yeah, for two more days. Then, he'll go to Kingston, Ontario to another place. BUT, anyways, he stayed for like almost a week filming and there's like TONS (okay maybe not THAT much) of pics of him just walking around in downtown and a even taking a few pics with fans! (Cause and he's just so adorable and nice like that) but this is what kills me, tom's been here for like almost A WEEK and I just want to meet him SO. FREAKING. BAD. I'm going like crazy with frustration cause there's pics of him like walking past the bus stops in downtown, malls, and everything! Like taunting me! And it's so frustrating because I feel like I can just SEE him like I can so easily MEET him but then again I feel like that it's probably not going to happen and that I'll missed out on such a great opportunity to meet him AGAIN. (Like TIFF) its like unbearable because I want to meet him SO bad. And he's just being seen at places that you're so familiar with and every and just Aghhh! Anyone else felt this kind of frustration before? Cause I literally can't stand it. I honestly love Tom (as a fan and in a supportive way) so much and this is driving me nuts. Cause I have two more days to maybe meet tomorrow and then who knows when he'll come back? Yeah he might come back for TIFF and filmings later but still! Like you might actually meet him and maybe talk to him and just I can't even wrap my head around it cause It seems so surreal! I just can't. Okay, sorry for my rambling but I just wanted to let some of the frustrations out.... anyone else who's have this kind of experience before? If you've never had one of these experiences before, well let me tell you beforehand. It. Kills. You. (And you're going to like it, just like fandoms) kay, well night guys and wish me luck?
