Happy Keithtober! Hopefully I’ll have more ideas for Keith-related content because this is the last moodboard I have! (I just thought of an amazing one shot for keith omg omg idk if i have the talent to write it but i’m gonna try!)

So I told you guys that the color red was really important to Keith’s character, and I’m going to elaborate on that. Basically, not only does it symbolize that he’s the red paladin, but it represents the passion, intensity, and fiery inner turmoil that he possesses. Along with his paladin armor, he also wears red in his casual clothing. Even when his guard is down, he’s still the same hot-headed guy we know and love. Even when he’s wearing the Blade of Marmora uniform, even when he’s flying the Black Lion, you can feel the fire burning within him during those missions. He embodies red. (Cheryl Blossom is screaming “I AM RED” somewhere in the distance) It symbolizes love, passion, intensity, fire, anger, aggression, and is the color of the blood that runs through his veins. While he doesn’t have much to show for his blood family, that makes the elements of found family in Voltron even more important.

Funny that you mention it, I actually have a keith nsfw alphabet in my drafts that I’ve been meaning to finish. Knowing that other people want it as well will definitely motivate me to finish it!
