Dagny's all about the questions, just like her mom was when she was younger though River is actually happy to provide answers. If she can't find it in a book or online somehow, she's going to come to someone with a big mental list; and she's not going away until each question is answered, or she's scooped-up and shepherded-away to some other room. So far, most of her inquiries still revolve around assistance with difficult words seen in a book she's reading or game she's currently playing... Dagny loves to use really big words in order to sound more grown-up and 'sophisticated' when she talks to other people.

Granted, she doesn't always pronounce them all correctly, but she tries. She tries.

Traveling isn't something Dagny really thinks about, though. Most of the traveling already done in her life was from when she was just a baby, and she doesn't remember anything much from before living in Gotham... Dagny knows she's not technically 'from' Gotham, but as far as she's concerned for now, she's always been there. Now, traveling is something she expects will happen once she becomes an assassin like her mom, and she's excited for it in that regard; but for now, she's pretty content staying in Gotham with River... Her mother is her best friend after all, and why would she want to be away from her?

If there's one place Dagny is interested in though, it's definitely the place where she was originally born. However, her mom is extremely tight-lipped about it, to the point of being a bit harsh in response; and she hasn't been able to glean a sliver of info out of River regarding the place.

I like to think most of the BatFma skews towards being listeners. Jason isn't exactly an exception, but he is one of the most talkative.

Of course, he'll lean to listening when he has something he's looking for. Information he needs or something that feels relevant to an immediate concern. Maybe if it has to do with Bruce, Dick and the rest of the family.

Talking? It's hard to talk casually. There's almost always a goal in mind. Distraction or intimidation are usual go-tos, but if there's someone in trouble? If he can offer help, sympathy, whatever to get someone out of a worse situation, he'll talk as much and as long as they need him to.

Random Headcanon

Riddler was Tim's favourite rogue to deal with because even at his worst, Riddler doesn't purposefully hurt kids and obviously Robin can take a few hits. So answering riddles and getting through what were essentially hyped up escape rooms was fun. Except for the times were Riddler was *seriously* off the walls with his ideas and Tim's life was genuinely in danger for interferring then it got a little frightening.

"Well, I'm not sure about the first two but I know waffles are definitely one of your favourite breakfast foods!" Khare said with a grin. Thank goodness Eddie threw in an easy one to make things a little bit easier. She had no problem remembering how much Eddie enjoyed the waffles at Pauli's, especially after his (very) extended stay at Arkham to the point the poor guy was little more than skin and bone when he walked through those doors as a free man. He'd enjoyed the waffles so much along with half the menu and still got them whenever he stopped by. That left the other two questions and this caused her to frown. Eddie was a smart man, easily one of if not the smartest people she know so both were entirely plausible in her mind. She hemmed and hawed a bit, chewing her lip as Eddie chewed on a batch of fresh waffles. "It's... oh, gosh. Honestly I think all of these are true, buuuut... you created your own antivirus software? Maybe?" She added hesitantly. Khare was pretty sure Eddie knew the periodic table as well as he'd learned the menu at Pauli's but she'd never pegged him as the type to hold much interest in science. He was a technology kind of guy, something something about hacking and cyber crime so learning how to make your own antivirus program would be way more beneficial than learning about... air, and salt and whatever formal terms they taught highschoolers. Because she sure as fuck couldn't remember.

Thematic Headcanons.

The night may hold terrors to many for it is the unknown that hides in the darkness but for Stoplight, it is the other way around. It is the darkness that provides comfort, offering him a place to hide, to hunt and to thrive. Daylight offers no such security however, hurting his eyes with how bright everything is and there is no terror like the surface being illuminated for all who live within it. During the day, Stoplight hides away from the sun, nestled in the furthest reaches of the underwater cave he now calls home. Daylight is so bright, painfully so and worse, it provides no cover for him whatsoever. He's exposed, vulnerable in the open therefore Stoplight holds no love for the day. Night is a little better but even then the moon can betray his presence just like her sister, the sun. The two orbs way up in the sea of stars might as well both be his enemy. Rest is all Stoplight can do when daylight arrives, having fled back to his den as soon as dawn starts breaking over the horizon. In the darkness of his cavern, he can do little else but wait until the sun falls again and may pass the time examining his hoard, studying all the strange objects he's picked up around the coastline.

Pokèmon Starters Headcanons!

Marshall is definitely very active. He makes an effort to try and work out at least 3 times a week. The main reason he even started was so he could pick up his Pokémon easier.

Jasmine is not as active as Marshall, at least not in the sense that she actively goes out to exercise. She gets plenty of physical activity with how often she plays with her Pokémon to keep them happy.

Roman almost smiled, leaning forwards over the table with growing interest as he saw Edward standing first in line with his series of questions. Hard to believe that not so very long ago, the two of them had been at each other's throats. Quite literally in some cases, united only in their hatred for Batman but now things were more cordial between them, and Roman was left thinking about what he remembered about the other man.

"You mentioned once about having a nonna and nonno... you're like me, having roots in another country but ended up stuck in this crapheap of a city for some ungodly reason. I think you did visit Rome with your nonni materni back when you were 12." He wasn't 100% certain, but he was fairly certain of it. Edward spoke highly of his grandparents and chances are he did get taken to the capital of Italy when he was a boy, back when things were simpler and more innocent. "You've always been a softy even when you were running around Gotham getting up to no good... so I think you fed strays when you could as a kid. You didn't have a mean streak as wide as Penguin's ass, never did even before Arkham got it's grips into you. So I think the lie is... that you built your first PC when you were 14." Not because Roman thought Eddie was a dumbass. Hell, he was probably a bright kid given the kind of man he turned out to be, but he always said his dad was a piece of shit and there was no way the old man would fork out the cash for something as pricey as a PC unless Eddie's grandparents paid for it, which seemed unlikely given what he remembered about them passing before their grandson was old enough to move out of his deadbeat of a dad's apartment.

(My dad and I live together. About two years back our toilet suddenly stopped working, and neither me nor my dad really had the money to shell-out for a new one or for a plumber to come look at it and probably still tell us we need to buy a new one anyway... I mean if we had to we were going to do it, but he'd had a surgery done and I had to help him out with it, so it was one of those awful 'life hitting the fan' kinds of moments.

ANYWAY, I just decided on a whim to try and see if there was something that COULD be done about it on our end, and thought I found the answer. So, armed with Googled knowledge on toilet anatomy, a Youtube tutorial, a crap-ton of bleach and a coat hanger, I proceeded to try and fix our problem; and ended-up doing it!

The darn thing's still working great to this day too haha, so thanks Google and Youtube! x'D;;;;;)

Answered here. but I'll throw in some bonus headcanons!

It's rare for her to have her back turned toward her partner during sex in any position (but especially when bottoming). It is a matter of trust, not wanting to loose any sort of power while bottoming. And it's because she hasn't had an easy life, and has been taken advantage of. She's worked from the streets up to her own business so when she says she's "been through it all" she means it.

So when she really loves and trusts someone, she's willing to be more submissive. And that'll in turn show a much more vulnerable and soft side to her that she keeps hidden very well.

A weird way to get her to trust you better is to make her laugh or at least acknowledge the awkwardness of sex from time to time. She doesn't fully trust someone when they take themselves seriously. So keeping the mood light hearted is something she appreciates and looks out for in a partner.

Winter is definitely the season Stoplight feels most comfortable. He knows the cold, he knows the dark and there are plenty of both to be had at this time of year when the sun sets early and lets the night go on and on. It's just better, and the fact less people go outside makes it so much easier to creep up onto land to observe how the 'surface dwellers' live. It's hard to make sense of, especially during the darkest weeks when brightly-coloured lights start appearing all over the place. He wonders perhaps if the humans are communicating with each other, or it's some other form of display beyond his understanding? Either way he likes the twinkling lights and all the different colours, finding their flashing patterns far preferable to that of the great flashing bolts up in the sky.

📸 CAMERA

Stoplight does not like cameras. He does not know what they are, only that they make a big flash of light when humans lift them up and do... something with them. Somebody took a picture of him once or tried rather, startling him when they crossed paths one fateful night at the docks. Needless to say, things didn't go well. A budding journalist decided it would be a great idea to stake the docks out - a place already notorious for criminal activity - in hopes of catching the crooks in action. What he snapped instead would be the last photo he'd take in his life as Stoplight lunged out of the shadows, grabbing the man and dragging him into Gotham Bay. Stoplight found out that night that cameras taste funny, further adding to his dislike.
