head empty just thinking about bryde and how ronan subconsciously dreamed bryde up to give himself a purpose, and how bryde was supposed to give ronan all the answers and know everything. but ronan doesn't know everything about dreaming, so how could bryde ever know everything? their whole little wild goose chase to fix the ley lines really is one, because their party are all just stumbling around the dreamer side of the world and pulling at strings.

and if bryde was made to serve as the all-knowing mentor that ronan never got (that should have been niall, but niall died too soon for ronan to ever get that) but the entirety of the dreamer trilogy is about how dreams become more than dreams and are their own people, then what must have been going through his head every time ronan and hennessy turned to him looking for advice he could probably just barely give? when bryde took that sweetmetal and woke up when the dreamed world slept, was that one of the first times he was actually selfish? the first time he was more than ronan's mentor?

but ok fluffy headcanons, lets go!

I LOVE artist!Ronan. maybe sometime he realises that drawing something really helps his dreaming by allowing him to visualise it. so he draws a lot (and really well too) and everyone kind of knows about it because they've seen him with a sketchbook but no one has ever actually seen what he draws. except one day Adam finds a sketchbook, and it's all him. his eyes, his freckles, his face, but especially his hands. pages and pages full of just his hands. adam eventually confronts him about it, and Ronan admits its because he's never been able to dream Adam completely accurately, and especially his hands. and then they kiss and live happily ever after!

jordan and adam bond and have monthly 'in-laws dates' where they shit on their stupid lynch husbands. adam and hennessy do not bond and any and all interactions they have is just extreme microgressions towards each other.

when they get married, gansey's biggest concern is who he is going to serve as best man. I imagine there's a fight kinda like the one jane and rafael have over petra when they're debating about whose best man/bridesmaid petra should be? in the end gansey is ronan's and blue is adam's. adam dares ronan to get declan to walk him down the aisle. ronan hates the insinuation he is the bride, declan hates the insinuation he's the father. both get very emotional when it acc happens tho

speaking of their wedding - their bachelor party is chaotic. adam has two - one with the crying club (to which ronan is not invited but gate crashes anyway), one with the whole gangsey that gansey was in charge of organising. it ends up being a hours-long trek in some forest, and though adam and ronan both complain about it the whole time it secretly reminds them of the time when they were still dancing around each other and taking charged hikes in cabeswater.

for their honeymoon they go to ireland. ronan holds adam's hand the whole time during take off and landing, and everytime there is turbulence he just starts kissing adam until his mind is diverted elsewhere. in Ireland, they basically take a road trip because Ronan is very excited about driving on the 'wrong' side of the road and also he can speed in the empty fields.

ronan is a secret swiftie but wont admit it. he has her cds in the car, and usually hides the evidence but one time adam finds them and pretends hes believes ronan's excuse that matthew left them behind. then one day he coaxes ronan into slow dancing in the kitchen with him, and he plays lover. he leaves the fridge door open so that they are dancing in the refrigerator light (get it?) and ronan understands exactly what adam did but will not call him out on it because then he'll have to admit he owns 3 different versions of the rep album.
