I do find it to be quite soothing as it gives a slight cooling sensation. Works well with other products and over makeup without causing smudges. It’s not as hydrating as I thought it would be considering how hydrating the hyalu-cica serum is, but I do think this is a great refreshing spray during the warmer months and to use between steps in a routine. I would recommend for those with normal and oily skin.
