Something I’ve always thought was low key twisted was that Mephisto wasn’t the only one who put unrealistic expectations on Faust, a bunch of grown adults also put their trust in him, followed him in battle, and constantly talked about how great he was when he looks like THIS

Reunion was such a mess that a middle school aged boy was one of the better options for an immediate boss. Faust got so many compliments from other characters. Mephisto, Talulah, FrostNova, Patriot, Crownslayer, GreyThroat, Blaze, Leto, Ines (? depends on what “his Arts are pure” means), and a bunch of random Reunion members all regarded him positively or said something nice about him. Anytime Mephisto and Faust are even in the periphery, there are some random Reunion guys going “Mephisto is such a piece of shit, OMG FAUST THOUGH”

Who in Reunion would you say is worthy of redemption

Besides Mephisto & Talulah, the actual Reunion cast doesn’t even really need to undergo a ‘redemption’, most of them were fighting for a virtuous cause the best way they could, even if it did harm some innocent people (and let’s not pretend Rhodes Island is totally blameless on that front either). Most of the real calculated harm they did was Kaschey’s fault, the bastard

If by ‘redemption’ you mean ‘becomes nice and joins Rhodes’, my pick would be Talulah though. I don’t really care about Nine all that much, and Crownslayer is better off getting worse. It’s funny if she suffers more

have you seen the actual children we’re fighting? rhodes island must surely be scraping the bottom of the barrel now, right?

Nobody would be putting children on the battlefield while there are still able-bodied adults able to fight.

Rhodes Island operators will go "Faust and Mephisto aren't fully grown up yet!!! Reunion shouldn't be letting them fight!!!"

and then suddenly have no qualms with deploying literal, actual children with chainsaws and riot shields and stuff in war zones

#at least Mephisto and Fausts ages go into the double digits i believe #im not sure that one chainsaw cautus would be out of elementary school #arknights irl

Hey guys, stay tuned for my Limbus Island crackfic where the Doctor gets high on shrooms(at the end of Gavial the Great Chief Returns event) and ends up in the Limbus Island AU(arknights characters in Limbus Company setting).

Short excerpt of Doctor about to realise how Limbus Island is different from Rhodes Island:

<Wait, Kal’tsit, where are you guys carrying these Infected to?>

“Mon3ter’s engine,” Kal’tsit spoke matter-of-factly to me as she continued walking, “is the highly advanced and irreplaceable core of the entire bus. It was designed to run on Originium, as Originium was a common energy source before the White Nights and Dark Days, but the fall of L corp has turned Originium into a scarce resource. Hence, to power Mon3ter’s engine, we will be using Infected as an alternative energy source. The tiny quantity of Originium in their bodies cannot provide much, but they’re the only readily available option at the moment.”

(Kal’tsit is taking Faust’s place and Amiya the Cerulean Flame is taking Vergilius’ place.)
