Request: I hope your requests are still open! 🥺 i was wondering if you could do a marinette x reader fic where reader is chat noir instead of Adrien (let’s pretend he just isn’t a part of the story lol) and ladybug is in love with chat noir but reader is in love with marinette, and then reader finds out mari is ladybug and like starts flirting with her as chat noir and then so on, sorry for it being super long, the mari brain rot is real ✊🏼 i just asked about a chat noir! reader x marinette and i forgot to mention that i’d like the pronouns to be female or at least gender neutral if you don’t mind! thank you and i’m sorry for not specifying before !

There was another akuma and it just had to be in the middle of night. You won the fight but one of the buildings got partly destroyed,it was the apartment above the Du pain bakery 'Marinette'. Ladybug quickly used her miraculous ladybugs to fix everything,her earrings started beeping.

"I have to go" She quickly left,heading towards Marinette's balcony. Everything was fixed but you wanted to make sure Marinette was okay. When you got up,you saw her standing there.

"Marinette are you alright?" She looked fine,but had a look of panic on her face. You pulled her to your chest,wrapping your arm around her. 

"Yeah I'm fine" She laughed. Although there was something weird,you didn't see Ladybug anymore and she headed in this direction,you should still be able to see her. That's when it hit you was Marinette Ladybug? You were pulled from your thoughts,when she pulled away. "Are you alright?"She asked,putting her hand in your arm. You just nodded,you just looked at each other. Until she looked away.

"I should get going,be careful" You lightly kissed her cheek,her face was completely red as you left.

During the next few days you paid way more attention to Marinette,whenever she disappeared Ladybug would show up. You looked back on your previous missions and one stood out in particular,Evillustrator. When Nathaniel was akumatized,you didn't particularly like him since he was in love with Marinette,but who wouldn't be. Ladybug didn't show up until you left Marinette. There was definitely something there but you needed to find out,during the next akuma attack you followed Marinette.

After you found out,you started flirting with Ladybug. She flirted back almost every time,you quickly found out that she liked you as Chat noir. So decided to pay her a visit, when you got there you could already see her standing there.

"Hello princess"She looked up at you. "Mind if I join you?"

"Go ahead" She seemed like she remembered something. "I made some croissants,they're still warm if you want one"

"I'd love one,you make the best croissants in Paris" She laughed.

"Come in,you can wait in my room,I'll go get them" 

You hung out with Marinette for a while,her face was red and she was stuttering.  Maybe she liked Chat noir.

"Marinette I was wondering if you'd like to go see a movie with me?" 

"I-I sure I" She was adorable when she was nervous.

"Great I'll see you on saturday"
