Alex got home from work with a small package sitting on her front door. She assumed it was another Valentine’s Day gift for Alec from Magnus. The man was spoiling her roommate which made her smile.

She picked up the package and was surprised to see it was addressed to her. She quickly opened it before she opened the door. There was a note and she read it quickly which brought another smile to her face. Bonnie really was the greatest.

She picked up the necklace and stared at it for a good minute. It was gorgeous. Probably the most beautiful piece of jewelry she owned. She finally opened her door and stepped inside greeted by a barking Shammy. She grinned at the little puppy who was in fenced off in the kitchen until he was fully house trained.

“Look at my pretty necklace,” she said to him as she walked over to him. She pulled out her phone after she showed Shammy. She tapped a quick text to Bonnie.

Just got the necklace. It is freaking gorgeous. I love it so much and I hope you didn’t go nuts for it. Also FYI there is no man so if you know one... ;)
