Gost Beograda prethodna dva dana bio je predstavnik čuvene kuće satova Raymond Weil, Hose Maria Ramos (Jose Maria Ramos), koji je predstavio najnoviju kolekciju ručnih satova pod nazivom Millesime Small Second. Ova kolekcija je nagrađena najprestižnijim priznanjem, gran prijem za ručne satove GPHG 2023 (Grand Prix de l’Horlogerie de Genève).

Chateau Pré La Lande // Pineuilh // 14 ha // Chez Angelita et Michel Baucé
Appelés trois jours plus tôt, Angelita et Michel m’avaient tout de suite dit oui.
Habitués, sans doute, aux bifurcations soudaines.
Lui, grandi dans l’Aube, proche de la Champagne, tout de suite amateur de boissons fermentées rouges ou blanches.
D’abord photographe au Mans, puis embauché dans la grande distribution rayon électroménager puis centrale d’achat vin à Dunkerque puis négociant idem à Saint-Foy-la-Grande avec clients internationaux.
Quelques fois, il transite par Abu Dhabi. Et flâne dans les boutiques de luxe.
Elle, grandie aux Philippines, septième d’une famille de dix enfants, préférant la pêche dans la rizière de son père à l’école. Ne sachant pas lire à onze ans puis repérée par une institutrice qui convainc sa mère de la laisser l’instruire. Elle sera ensuite, invariablement la première de sa classe jusqu’à obtenir son  diplôme d’enseignante : sésame pour un visa de travail aux Emirats Arabes Unis.
Où elle vendra des foulards et des montres de prix.
Les voilà tous les deux négociants, installés ensemble à Sainte-Foy,
Il décide de renoncer à ses impôts mensualisés. Elle décide de renoncer aux talons hauts et au maquillage. Ils ont décidé de devenir vignerons. Bio. Puis très vite Biodynamie, méthode nature.
14 hectares tout en rouge qui donnent trois cuvées. Le même assemblage qui se différencie par son élevage. Terracotta en amphores depuis la fin des années 2000, époque où il était encore difficile de s’en procurer en France. On boira le millesime 2019. Diane (2016 bu), elevé en bois grand contenants. Et Fontenelle (2021 bu) directement mis en bouteille à sa sortie de la cuve. Trois traduction du même terroir.
Arrivent Ludovic et Patrica, leurs amis. On s’ouvre avec un rosé maison non commercialisé. Ils inventent une nouvelle façon de dire le dithyrambe de Rhapsode : chacun sa réplique. Il y a celle des chiens, celle des oiseaux qui nidifient dans la vigne vierge. Il ya celle des roses et des églantines. Il y a les notres.
On n’en parle pas mais je sens qu’il s’amuse dans son coin, Hermès, le dieu des carrefours.
2023 sera le vingtième millésime de Michel et Angelita. Et un nouveau virage se prépare. Ailleurs, une vigne jardin.

Dom Perignon Vintage Brut Dom Perignon; Moet & Chandon 2010 Francia, Champagne AOC Champagne Chardonnay (55%); Pinot Noir (45%) Spumante; Vintage; Brut 12,5 % Il Dom Pèrignon Vintage Brut è il prodotto classico dell’azienda, quello che divenne il simbolo globalmente riconosciuto, con un dosaggio vicino a 50-50 e 8 anni di sosta sui lieviti. Nell’annata 2010 caratterizzato da maggior morbidezza, minore acidità, dunque pronto prima. La storia di questa azienda è indissolubilmente legata al monaco benedettino Dom Pérignon, figura centrale di tutto lo Champagne poiché ne fu il creatore storico all’interno dell’Abbazia di Hautvillers tra il 1645 e il 1715 e da subito apprezzatissimo alla Corte di Luigi XIV. Grazie a ciò e ad una potente promozione, oggi gli spumanti Dom Pèrignon sono i vini più famosi al mondo, simbolo del lusso, tanto da essere stati acquisiti fin dal 1829 da Pierre Gabriel Chadon insieme al socio e genero Jean Rémy (nipote di Claude Moët, fondatore nel 1743 della sua Maison), dando vita a Moët & Chandon. Robert Jean de Vogüe ne divenne direttore, ideando nel 1936 (partendo con l’annata 1921) la Cuvée de prestige di uve millesimate Grand Crù di Chardonnay (55%) e Pinot Noir (45%) con dosaggio di 7 gr/L, divenendo ciò che oggi conosciamo come Vintage (o P1) e prodotto solo nelle annate migliori. Dal 1947 il Vintage non è più prodotto con la tecnica del transvasage. Situato nella Vallée de la Marne ad Épernay, conta 600 ettari da cui produce un totale di 5 milioni di bottiglie all’anno. Da sempre caratterizzato da grande longevità e famoso per la creazione di soli millesimati; i progetti nati nel XXI sec hanno portato alla sperimentazione di maturazioni sui lieviti ancora più importanti. Last Tuesday’s End-of-Year Rare and Fine Live auction followed by its Buy Now sale wrapped up the year beautifully. Thanks to our lively wine community and long-time supporters who artfully navigated the live auction and helped us achieve another great sale.
  Bordeaux once again led the show with 2006 Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1er Cru Classe Jeroboam taking the highest hammer at $4465. 1995 Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1er Cru Classe came second in this regional category at $1351.25, followed by 2010 Chateau Angelus at $916.50. 2001 Chateau Pavie sold for $423, 2009 Les Forts de Latour got snapped at $411.25, 2010 Chateau Pontet-Canet 5eme Cru Classe reached $376 while 2010 Chateau Pichon Longueville Baron de Pichon Longueville 2eme Cru Classe sold for $317.25. Within the New Zealand Bordeaux blends, 2007 Destiny Bay Magna Praemia from Waiheke Island scored $376.
  Onto Burgundy, 2010 Domaine Armand Rousseau Clos de la Roche Grand Cru came top at $2996.25. 2010 Domaine Taupenot Merme Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru sold for $411.25, followed by 2014 Domaine Leflaive Puligny-Montrachet at $376.
  On a bubbly note, 2007 Salon Cuvee ‘S’ Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs Brut scored $1821.25, followed by 2002 Krug Vintage Brut at $1175 and its 1990 vintage at $1034. 1988 Dom Perignon Oenotheque Brut Millesime closely followed at $1010.50. 2000 Dom Perignon P2 Plenitude Brut sold for $658 while 2008 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blanc got snapped at $352.50.
  Some other highlights from France including 1988 Chateau d’Yquem sold for $893 and 2005 E. Guigal La Turque Cote Rotie got snapped at $822.50, great buys!
  Italy has been the fastest-growing country of origin in our auctions in the past two years. Last week, 2002 Masseto Tenuta dell’Ornellaia scored $1410 with its 2007 vintage selling for $1175. 2003 Antinori Tignanello magnum reached $705 while 2007 & 2008 Tenuta dell’Ornellaia sold for $399.50 and $376 respectively.
  Iberian Peninsula performed well too, with legendary 2003 Quinta do Noval Porto Vintage Nacional scoring $1539.25, followed by 1994 Bodegas Vega-Sicilia Unico Gran Reserva at $1057.50. 2005 Bodega Numanthia Termanthia sold for $352.50.
  No great Australasian auction is complete without Penfolds. 1996 Penfolds Kalimna Block 42 sold for $705, while 2002, 1996, and 2010 Penfolds Grange Bin 95 sold for the same price. 2004 Penfolds Grange Bin 95 followed at $681.50, and its 2005 vintage sold for $646.25.
All prices include Buyers Premium but exclude GST.

Frederic Savart L’accomplie 1er cru
これだけマグナムボトル。最初と最後で味が違う。 外観はやや濃いめ。最初は清涼感があり、後味に苦味もある。 徐々にバターの香りが顔を出す。
エキュイユ村とヴィレール・オー・ヌードの単一区画ル・モンブノワのブドウをブレンドし、樽発酵で造ったワインを大部分に使用しています。ドザージュは4g/L。
白桃や梨を思わせる瑞々しいアロマに、しょうがやバタートーストの香が混ざり合います。力強くエネルギッシュで、オークのアクセントが感じられ、フィニッシュは長くベルベットのようで、ストレートに続くミネラルがより複雑な味わいを形成しています。
キュヴェ名の「L'accomplie」は、「到達した」という意味で 何年にもわたって試行錯誤と実験を繰り返してきた樽の使用技術について自身の納得のいく絶妙なバランスを習得しこのキュヴェに表現した、自信に溢れる極上の一本です。

Vintage - 2014
FeedBack - Medium gold with amber tinges, very attractive colour. The nose is light but has distinct sour apple, white flowers, citrus peel and then on the end more distinct honeyed and yeasty notes and a nice minerality. The palate carries over far more of the yeasty and honeyed notes with faint citrus on the finish. Excellent fine mousse and fantastic acidity keeping it crisp and light. Excellent example of a cava style, not as honeyed and rich as a champagne but lovely in its own way, definitely recommend!

FeedBack - The pick of the tastings for me and I’m not a fan of the pink stuff! 100% PN, 4yrs in cellar, same 9g sugar. Macerated on skins for 24-72 hrs. 👀clear, deep pink salmon, ultra inviting fine bubbles. Mouth waters just at the sight. 👃🏻light and clean, strawberries, raspberries, loganberry but refined and not overpowering. 👅dry, great complexity and interaction with acidity. Again not as powerful as expected but great structure and layers of strawberry and tangy raspberry. Lasting red fruit finish.Buy!

FeedBack – Start! (The Jam) Big Vazart-Coquart vertical #1 Lieven served us this 08 Special Club as a luxurious palate cleaner, before the serious bubbles were uncorked. The only bottle that wasn’t recently disgorged, as all the following ones were disgorged especially for us some months ago. This great and lively BdB had an inviting citrus-blossomy nose and a mouth full of fruit with layers of peaches, pear and candied lemon on toast, sprinkled with smoky chalk and evolving from very dry to nicely creamy. Great!

FeedBack - Traditional Rheingau Riesling made by a man with a serious mustache, aged in big Fuder and released after proper aging at ridiculously low prices. This is a normal plot in central Rheingau but still delicious!! Nose: aged riesling petrol notes with seductive candied lemon, chamomille, Fuji apples, ripe apricots+superglue. Palate: ripe citrus, round pineapple, subdued minerality but still amazingly crisp+acidity. Ripe strawberries lead to warm pear, honey. Banana joins in for the long aftertaste.

FeedBack - disgorged 2006. Started off as a completely diff style to the Clos de Goisses, oxidative and also almost sherry like aromas, pungent and powerful. On the palate is intense, but not as focus and refined. (3.5*). Only getting more focus with brighter fruits and salinity complexity toward the end of the dinner (4*). Could be not in Gd shape due to travelling. But I believe this will show better in normal condition & has the substance and balance (showing at the end) to get better.

FeedBack - Rosé Champagne, with such a lucid and strong strawberry color puts it quite apart. Mineral and dry essence, can be identified from a mile away. It has a unique character, taste, color and feel, is really gorgeous. Strawberries are very present in mouth, the expression of the Pinot Noir is fantastic and quite powerful. Bubbles are so fine and enduring.. making this a very special treat.

FeedBack - A super apertif brought by Champagne Spy which we enjoyed before a blind tasting of 6 outstanding champagnes. Thank you for bringing Dan. 100% chardonnay from grand crus Avize, Mesnil, Oger and Cramant. 35-40yr old vines. 50% aged in barrels. Partial malo. Aged 7 years before release. Zero dosage. Crispy fruit and minerality. Fairly easy going but well made with some density. Perfumed. Long juicy and chalky palate.

FeedBack - Bone dry, fresh, apples, brioche. Long and lasting finish with lemon and green apples. Perfect with seafood and shellfish. Blended with Extra Brut purpose. 4 stars was a bit cheap. An extra half star for the finish alone. 2010/11/12 Reserve wine; 2013 Base. 2g/l.

Suculenta atención por parte de Antonio quién me recomendó el @champagnelamiable millesime 2011, grand Cru, blanc de blancs Phéerie. Burbuja fina y sedosa con notas a Brioche y panadería perfectas para armonizar los platos del chef @juan_jo_carmona y propiedad de Antonio Jesús García junto con @restauranteladeriva Thorne daughters , rocking Horse 2020, cape White blend, Sudáfrica @thorneanddaughters Vino complejo con notas minerales, fruta amarilla, flores -- Very pleasant and surprising visit to @cavala_malaga where they pay homage to wine, mainly from small producers.
