Today I basically restarted @portionfix I have done this program before and I honestly will never know why I stopped. SO MUCH FOOD!! I never feel hungry, like for real! I also got in a great #workout with @thecurvygirltrainer her #forbeginnersonly program is #bomb my #mentalhealth has already started improving too, it’s all about taking the best care of the body God gave you!! #healthesteem Now it is just day one for me on this, I am setting myself up for success but I will make mistakes, I am nowhere near perfect.
