osc gift exchange...2!

Heyyy gang, guess what i’m hosting again! This was pretty fun last year so hopefully it goes just as well this year

If you wanna join, either reblog/reply to this post or dm me with what you’d like included in your gift, like certain shows/comics, characters, ships, etc. Asking for ocs is absolutely allowed, just please send over a ref of them as well!

For those who are out of the loop, a gift exchange is pretty simple! After signing up, you’ll be randomly assigned someone to make a gift for based on the things they request. You can make pretty much anything: art, writing, music, provided you include their request, the options are endless! Then, once the day comes, you post your gift and @ the person its for.

The timeline of events looks a bit like this:

November 12-27: enter by letting me know what you’d like! If you want oc content, please don’t forget to send over a ref of them as well! Please be sure your gift requests are object show related. Also, in the interest of keeping this accessible to everyone, please dont ask for anything nsfw :]

December 1: I’ll let you know who you’ve been assigned and what they’d like. Please be sure to have dms or asks on so i can let you know!

December 1-30: make your gift! i should also note here that if someone asks for a bunch of shows/characters, you don’t have to make something for each and every one of them if you don’t want to. You can just pick one or a few of their requests to make something for, if you’d rather!

December 31: post your gift, and dont forget to @ whoever its for so they can see it!

Ok so I came up with an idea. Definitely can tell I'm still trying to figure out a good flow for me with getting my reading done since I've been working, cause I'm all over the damn place still... 😆🙈

I'm gonna tag all my people that I read their work on a regular basis. So you guys know too, why I'm only using tags and not reblogging normal, and using my wonky account I made.. 😆 ( I'll tag at the end of my ramble. Also, if you'd like updates with me but don't necessarily wanna follow, I have a tag " lil life updates 💞 " I put the 💞 so it could just be my posts, and won't get mixed in with other peoples posts, lol. 😊)

So I'm gonna use my account thats linked up with this one.. Since it's just sitting there, lol.

I'm gonna use it as kind of a bookmark blog. Yes I know I could do it on here, I see lots of people do it. 💞 but since I made that account, I figured I'd use it for something instead of leaving it alone. And since I post/reblog random stuff on here.. Kinda give me some santy of what I need to read.. 🤣

And of course to help boost you're guy's work double time.. Not just me reblogging normal on here. 💞

I love you guyssss so much!! I apologize for being all over the place and rambling on so much about what I wanna do... But it gives me ease sharing my ideas with the people I care about and interact with. And I know I'm not the only one that has a job and a huge tbr list.. But before I got a job I was highlyyy active on everything, and I've just fallen off the face of the earth pretty much.. 😆

Anyway!! After my rambleeee about nonsense... 🤣 I hope you all are doing well. Always sending infinite love your way. 😘 And be aware for my attacking of reblogging for my bookmarks.. 😆💞 And reading in general, cause I can't waitttt!!

And I feel like it's nice to give updates for the reason I'm gone cause I care about all the people on here I interact with ( I call you all my friends/family) on here and when y'all give updates it makes me smile seeing ya after being away for whatever you need. The mom in me always wants to come check in but I know I'm not super duper close with a lot of you, so I don't wanna bother ya. So getting updates is always nice. And always always take you're time when you need it, having breaks from doing things is so so important.💞 ( and not pressuring you guys into doing them.. Just making a comment that it's nice.. Never have to do them if ya don't want to. 💞😘 )

How this idea even same about was I was scrolling through my feed on here.. Yes I had time to read, but I was not in a quiet enough place to do so... So my longgg list of my tagged tbr was just sitting there.. So I figured I'd do this so ya guys know I'm not ignoring you and such. 💞

I haven’t been online since Friday 23rd, which is quite poopy of me, since I haven’t answered your kind messages and reblogged your posts, which I really enjoy doing. I’ve had a self-induced SKAM hiatus. I feel really happy when I see a fellow mutual post a gif set, text post or a piece of art they’ve created for this wonderful SKAMily. I’ve just been in my emo state and closed myself off from tumblr and the world of SKAM (which you can see from my unupdated blog). I didn’t know how the reaction of it all ending would be here on tumblr, and since my cat has started to refuse being a cuddly ball of fluff in which I bury all my tears in, I didn’t have anyone to be around with physically (except for my cat and horse, but they don’t really understand when I go all emo on them) to help solve my many personal emotions that were raised with the last clip and all of the seasons of SKAM. But I’ve revived myself, and can see myself staying here on tumblr until the foreseeable future. I’ve made too many friends to just shut myself from tumblr for much longer, and I’d really like to continue being in touch with you all.

@isaksredscarf Gael, you da BOMB!.com Thank you again, endlessly for bringing me into the skamfwn- it’s really boosted my confidence in writing, and everytime I published some little drabble, I always knew I could count on you to tell me how it was!<3 I’ve got an AO3 now, where I’m called tacha_bacha because I thought ‘mannentilminkardemomme’ would be quite long :P so, yay! This past week I’ve been slowly easing my way back into the wonderful, glorious SKAM world by reading and writing fic, which has definitely lifted my m00d by 110%, no doubt about it. I’m going on holiday to The Motherland (aka. Denmark) this Tuesday for 11 days with my friend who has never been, and I’m not bringing my laptop, so writing any drabble will be harder on my phone, but I will do it for you all!! Because I love writing for you and seeing your sweet reactions in the tags and comments. I’m also bringing a notepad along, so there will definitely be a lot of inspiration coming to me! I’ve already started thinking about writing an AU -whaaaaaaattt????
