I had a hike a long the shore of Pasqua Lake and then setup my new Aqua Quest 3mx3m tarp. I'm impressed with how well made and how flexible the material is. Much nicer than my elcheapo tarps. I made lunch on my Primus Micron Trail Stove. I suped up an Uncle Ben's Bistro express with real fried mushrooms, onions and garlic. It was very tasty! I had the park to myself today. I went for a hike on some crown land close to the city. I got a chance to try out my new Firebox Nano. I love the stove but I'm sorry to say I lost one of the pins that holds the Trangia in the stove on my first time using it! I've ordered more but it will likely be at least a couple of weeks until they come. Anyway, I had a great hike, found a deer antler shed. I had a great lunch! Uncle Ben's Mexican Rice and Beans but I added some of my dehydrated soup veg mix to make it more of a meal. It was so good! I'm loving the new Nano stove and I'm loving the dehydrated meals I'm making for my hiking trips. I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during the pandemic!
