okay thats interesting! in the SF try-outs during the song "legally blonde" she sings about how she cant be legally blonde, while in the official version AND THE DEMO she sings about letting her be legally blonde. which means that at some point they changed the lyrics around, and then changed them back! laurence o'keefe.... nell benjamin.... what occurs in your twisted minds

Finding out I've been pronouncing my own character's names for a really long time is the worst feeling actually.

#just happened with emmett and happened a while ago with fushigi #used to pronounce akarui as 'a-ka-ree-oo' because i fucked up where the i and u were in my brain #and ive been pronouncing anouilh as 'an-oh-eel' for since i made him #its fucking 'an-oo-ee' his last name is french i should've known the pronunciation would be fucky #shit if ive been pronouncing aetos wrong for thrre years too its over for me #FUCK #hold on #im having a moment hold on #writing

In truth, these claims are so farfetched, so outlandish, Emmett has half a mind to dig his heels in and demand to know which one of his colleagues put her up to this as a way to get back at him for his recent (re)obsession. He has been none too shy about sharing it, to the amusement of some and the disdain of others.

But something stops him. The look on her face; the way she seems to fight with herself just to sit here and keep herself from saying anything else. The nervous energy radiating off her could power half the electronics in the room. Whether he truly believes these claims right now is irrelevant—he's a dreamer, not a fool—when she believes what she says wholeheartedly.

If these wild claims turn out to be true—

Emmett lets out a long-suffering sigh and sinks back into the chair in his office, sceptical but willing to play along, and rakes a hand through his red hair.

❝This all sounds insane,❞ he admits, still trying to pick apart the barrage of information thrown at him to find the one thing that turns this all on its head. ❝But I don't think you're lying. And if you're not lying, that means—Great Scott!❞

The problems continue to multiply exponentially before his eyes.
