The Elephant

INT. TAYLOR SWIFT'S LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

(The living room is filled with guests at a house party, dressed in casual designer clothes. They chat over the music, and the lighting is low. TAYLOR sits on a cloud sofa with a distinguished-looking man in a tuxedo.)

INT. TAYLOR SWIFT'S LIVING ROOM - DAY

(The room is filled with sunlight. while staff are cleaning the night before, TAYLOR SWIFT sits on a couch, lost in thought while scrolling down her phone.)

EXT. TAYLOR'S BACKYARD - DAY

(TAYLOR stands before a GIFT BOX, unsure of what's inside. She opens it to reveal a BABY ELEPHANT.)

(TAYLOR hesitates, but then reaches out to pet the baby elephant.)

INT. TAYLOR'S HOUSE - KITCHEN - DAY

(TAYLOR is seen feeding the baby elephant and giving instructions over the phone.)

TAYLOR (sternly and worried) Did someone know the man in the tuxedo? We paid a fortune on security. Well, it's an exotic animal and a baby. There must be some organization looking for it. Can we just call the animal shelter? No, I can't just carry him around. He's the size of a horse. (TAYLOR ends the phone call, then smiles as she feeds the elephant.)

EXT. RED CARPET EVENT - NIGHT

(TAYLOR walks the red carpet with the baby elephant by her side. The baby elephant breaks a microphone with its trunk, and TAYLOR apologizes before continuing to walk.)

(Cameras flash, capturing the unconventional sight.)

INT. RECORD LABEL MEETING - DAY

(TAYLOR and the elephant stand before a group of STERN EXECUTIVES.)

TAYLOR (untiling) Until I have some accommodation from the WWF, there must be a place for the elephant on set. (TAYLOR stands confidently, holding her ground.)

INT. TAYLOR'S SUITCASE - DAY

(TAYLOR struggles to fit herself and the growing elephant into a music equipment's suitcase.)

(The elephant playfully nudges the suitcase, using it as a hat.)

EXT. CITY STREET - DAY

(TAYLOR walks alongside the elephant as they navigate a bustling city.)

GROUP OF PRETEEN GIRLS (screaming) Can we pet him, please?

(TAYLOR sight defeated at the screams then turns at the request, a little bewildered by the change.)

TAYLOR (pleasantly) of course, you can pet him, he loves attention.

(Passersby stare, amazed and curious.)

INT. TAYLOR'S LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

(TAYLOR sits beside the baby elephant, both looking exhausted.)

(TAYLOR smiles at the elephant, sharing a moment of understanding.)

EXT. TAYLOR'S BACKYARD - DAY

(TAYLOR sits in a flannel by the pool, writing poetry, while the elephant swims, now big enough for half the pool. The phone rings.)

TAYLOR (changing her voice) Hi, this is Taylor Swift's phone. How can I help you? (a bit defeated) Oh, I see. No, of course, it's great news. We are happy to accept the spot. Thanks a lot for the cooperation in finding Nemo a permanent home.

(TAYLOR smiles at the elephant, dreading the end.)

EXT. NATIONAL RESERVE IN AFRICA - DAY

(TAYLOR stands before the vast expanse of the national reserve, the baby elephant now grown.)

(TAYLOR watches the elephant roam freely.)

INT. TAYLOR'S DRESSING ROOM - NIGHT

(TAYLOR stands before a mirror, getting ready.)

(TAYLOR takes a deep breath, determined.)

EXT. AFRICAN SUNSET - DAY

(TAYLOR watches the sunset, the grown elephant by her side.)

(TAYLOR and the elephant share a quiet moment as the sun dips below the horizon.)

INT. STAGE ELEVATOR - NIGHT

(TAYLOR takes a deep breath with a big smile.)

(The sound of thousands of voices screaming fills the air as she gets on stage.)
