I need to talk but feel like I’m being heard so I’m going to spew shit here. I usually do it in my notes but I’m sick of writing alone. I just don’t want to feel like I’m talking to a brick wall, idc if anyone reads this or not, this is just for me to get it out

I learned tonight to always think about the people who have said they care about you, even if you don’t believe it. They didn’t say it for nothing

This is the worst night I’ve had this year. I wanted to kms tonight by od’ing on painkillers, (Dw, I wouldn’t have gone through with it, im a pussy and still have things I wanna do in life, but I was considering it) but I thought about my parents and friends and how heart broken they’d be and I know I just can’t do that to them. I’ve felt this way for a long time but it all just came out tonight. I know I just have to keep pushing, a few years give or take and I should be where I hope to be. I should be better and happier. It’s what I’ve always told myself the past 7 or so years, but surely this time it has to be true. Just a few more years and it’ll get better

I’ve been struggling with my gender identity for nearly a year now and it was filled with doubts and questions at first but I had someone to help me through it. I’ve slowly found myself more and more but those doubts continue to terrify me. I want desperately to change myself but I’m afraid of regrets. I’m afraid of how my parents will think of me. I’m afraid of how the world will view me. I’m scared to be trans but at the same time I’m afraid of a doctor confirming that I’m not actually trans because I want to be a man. If a doctor tells me I have no signs of dysphoria, then how can I ever trust myself?

Im lonely. I feel so fucking lonely and I feel guilty for it because I have friends who care about me. The only people I see are my parents who I live with and my coworkers. Rarely an old friend who I went to school with too. I just need someone who I can physically be with. I want to sit in bed and watch movies with someone. I want to show them memes and videos on my phone. I want to go on works and go eat food and just talk to someone irl. All my friends I did have I haven’t seen since college over a year ago. My online friends mean the absolute world to me but it’s so painful not being able to interact with anybody irl. I need that stimulation and socialisation but I only get that at work which isn’t exactly the fun type of socialising when you work in customer service

I feel like a burden to my friends even though I know they wouldn’t want me to feel that way

I need independence. I live with my parents and whilst I have a good relationship with them, I desperately want my own life. Im not allowed to cut my hair or get tattoos, I’m an adult. I want to make my own decisions. I want to stop being treated like a child. I want my parents to prove to me that they trust me. Every time I leave the house, I’ll immediately get a phone call from my dad asking where I’m going (we have a security camera so it comes up on his phone when it detects movement). It’s none of his business, he doesn’t need to ask me when all I’m doing is going for a walk or going to work (it’s all there is to do where I live). Every time I get post, my dad wants to know what it is. It’s none of his business, what does he think I’m buying? Why can’t he trust me when I’ve always been good? I’ve never been a bad kid. I just want someone to have some faith in me that I can do things, that I’m actually worth something

I feel guilty for feeling this way when I have people who I know care about me. People who do so much shit for me. Im guilty that I’m still this way even after their efforts. It must be so tiring for other people that I’m like this, I just want to be happy and make it easier for everybody else. I want to be normal, I want to be better but I don’t know how

I want therapy but I either can’t afford it, or if it’s free under the NHS, it’s all got terrible reviews (because it’s free, ofc it can’t be good). I’ve never met anyone who said any of the free alternatives in the UK are good. It worries me, can I ever get better?

My manager recently hurt me with his words. I know I’m better than what he said, I’m proud of myself for what I’ve done so far at work. I’ve come so far compared to a year ago in that aspect, but it still hurt. I still think about it everyday even if I know I’m better than he said. I guess a part of me fears that what he said is true
