Idk why (probably my slowly increasing addiction to stardew) but I had the thought of exile wolf just going off and… living, somewhere, maybe learning how to garden and being able to create something living, and someone finding them there to bring them back and end up of a mental struggle of “but they look happy”

Then realized they’d never get the chance and would probably go back anyway but yk, the thought was there

This hurts bc the idea that Wolf had dreams of those things is already out there.

They want to be happy (though, do they deserve it? Are they allowed it? Would they allow themself it?), and the few nights they can sleep, or without being haunted (though, it could be argued the hope is what haunts them), are spent thinking through what-ifs like this.

Far, far away (sometimes. Sometimes, much closer to where the rest of their heart is) where they can live what time they have out. Where they're free of this, where no one has to suffer through it anymore. Where they can be removed from the picture, and still have some semblance of a happy ending.

There is... a kind of parallel to this, I guess, in Crow begging them to accept the "invitation" back to the City. But they aren't happy, of course - Better than they used to be, yes, but never, never happy. The only correlation is struggling to get them to come back, be it through their own hesitation or his (it's hard to ask someone to look their abusers in the eyes, when neither have forgiven one another. Or ever will)

Its been one year since someone (Knödel) pushed me to create this tumblr blog and sometimes share my codes on here.

I wish it would have been more in the span of a year but unfortunately ya girl got bills to pay and therefore work a lot.

Personally I don't think they're valid because you know, you need trauma to be a system.

in my mind jay is Very Tall and gill is Very Short so whenever they cuddle gillion is always the little spoon <3

neither of them saw much affection in their lives outside of their sisters (i imagine jay’s parents weren’t very touchy and stuff and the elders DEFINITELY weren’t) so they both are very shy about pda and just generally being affectionate with each other. they break out of their shells a little bit but mostly keep stuff in private <3 they are very comfy around the crew though and give each other little kisses at random. whenever they are on a new island or around new people gillion will hold jay's hand or stand close to her to reassure himself that shes safe <3

also new headcanon just because i’m sleepy rn . jays falls asleep in the deck a lot either taking watch or tinkering or just avoiding sleep. whenever gillion notices her he always carries her down to bed <3

they both info dump to each other <3 gillion loves talking about different sea creatures and life and plants and jay will talk all about her newest project and what she’s stuck on . then while ranting about it she’ll immediately figure out what was wrong with it and she’ll drag him along with her while she goes to fix it. he’s her good luck charm :)

the block arc (SPOILERS FOR EVERYTHING PAST EP 54?) was. ouugh man :(

jay had nightmares every night after the block where her arrow killed gillion. she’d wake up and scramble out of bed to check that gillion was still alive shed pull him out of his barrel and check his pulse and just sob. :( very sad . on those nights they would go above deck and star gaze. sometimes they talked about what happened and other times they just held each other

SPOILERS FOR EP 91?

now that gillion has nightmares jay always stays with him while he’s calming down. she holds him and plays with his hair not saying much. it hurts because she’s had to watch chip and gillion go through horrible terrors and she doesn’t know how to comfort them . but jay just being there helps gillion <3

also gill’s love language is acts of service and physical affection and jay’s is words of affirmation and acts of service (although love language are really stupid because i think everyone should have a healthy amount of all 5. also there’s WAY more than 5. but these r just their favorite/go-to ways of affection + comfort)
