#JUHI WEEK ➝ DAY 1 [MOVIE]
↳ YES BOSS (1997)
I’ve been watching this film since I was a kid and it never gets old. I love everything about it: the story, the music, the comedy, and of course…the lead pair.
Juhi was great as Seema, an ambitious girl who is torn between two men: one who is deceiving her and one who truly loves her. I think she and SRK were the cutest in this film. They had terrific chemistry and I was rooting for them the whole time, despite Seema getting tangled in the boss’ web of lies.
The soundtrack is amazing, I love every single song and how they were picturized.
Another thing I really liked about this film was that the girl was never blamed. Seema and Rahul pretended to be married and kept it a secret from his ill mother, but she never once held it against Seema just because she was a girl. After all, it was the man in power who abused his authority.
We were definitely robbed of a real wedding scene, however. But this will always remain a childhood favorite of mine.

Day 3: [Sep 16] Pairing : Juhi Chawla & Aamir Khan
“Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak” (1988) - Rashmi and Raj
“Love Love Love” (1989) - Reema and Amit
“Tum Mere Ho” (1990) - Paro and Shiva
“Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke” (1993) - Vyjayanti and Rahul
“Ishq” (1997) - Madhu and Raja
These two are literally the cutest! They got their big break together and I love how they just decided to work non-stop together after that <3 I'll forever be curious about what they really fought over for so many years. I just hope someday we'll get to see them work with each other again!

#JUHI WEEK ➝ DAY 4 [SONG]
↳ I couldn’t choose just one, so here are my top 4!
AUR KYA (PHIR BHI DIL HAI HINDUSTANI, 2000): This song is soooo romantic and beautiful. The visuals are on point, the lyrics are lovely, and SRK/Juhi look beyond amazing. I also love Banke Tera Jogi, but Aur Kya is my favorite.
OSAKA MURAIYA (ONE 2 KA 4, 2001): Juhi absolutely ROCKED in this song. She looked incredibly stunning and powerful. I love the whole vibe of the song and also Raageshwari’s unique vocals (fun fact: I complimented her on IG and she liked/replied!) paired with Sonu Nigam. SRK of course, was really sexy. He and Juhi absolutely sizzled. Name a better pair, I’m waiting.
MERE MEHBOOB MERE SANAM (DUPLICATE, 1998): This song is super fun and silly, and a forever childhood favorite. I grew up watching it and still do to this day. Udit Narayan brought it to life with his upbeat vocals which suit SRK perfectly. I also love the gorgeous Sonali who holds her own against Juhi. The choreography is hilarious and apt (because this is Babloo’s drunken hallucination, after all) and these 3 did amazing.
AA TUJHE MAIN PYAR DOON (BANDISH, 1996): OMG this song is super sultry and seductive. Juhi looked soooooooooo beautiful, especially in the white saree. Poornima has such a fun, unique voice and she totally owned this song.
Special mentions: Roop Suhana Lagta Hai & Aashiqui Se Had Mein (from The Gentleman, 1994) and Saat Rang Ke Sapno Mein & Aati Hai To Chal (from Saat Rang Ke Sapne, 1998). Sadly, no HD videos exist but the songs are perfection.
