One of my favorite hip openers I give my clients. Kettlebell Goblet squat with breathing. Here you hold a KB in front of you, squat down put your elbows inside your knees, then breathe and push your hips open with your elbows. Make sure not to keep your whole foot in contact with the floor. Hold and move around in this position for 1 min.
