i'm kind of new to the whole misgendering gerard stuff with girlgerard but i have seen thekidsfromyestergay 's posts constatly she/her-ing gerard but they say it's a joke. i don't know if it is funny to me or not... is that like normal? again i'm new to mcrblr

Several big mcr blogs on here she/her Gerard constantly, so it's become super normalized. But these blogs seem to always have a whole list of excuses including that its a joke, the gay she, and that Gerard is a actually a trans woman and to not use she/her is actually sooooo transphobic. In any case it's weird to constantly use the wrong pronouns for someone, or to label them in a way they don't want. (For reference Gee said on twitter his prns are he/they, and that's what Marina Toybina uses for him as well. Gee also said they don't use labels. They choose not to.)

Idc about an offhand girl joke or comment, but when thats all you use, or the thing you use the most its a problem. Jokes are meant to be funny, i don't see how addressing someone with pronouns that aren't theirs just because they dress more feminine is a joke or funny.

People deserve to have their name, pronouns, gender or lack thereof, all that, respected. None of us are Gerard or anyone else, therefore we can't know how they feel on things unless we're directly told. We only know what he has said, and to ignore that in favor of how we or any random person on the internet sees him is disrespectful to Gerard Way as a human being.

Hi, hello, I love you, you should not trust my judgement when it comes to Teen Wolf.

Uhm. Yes and no.

Yes, it’s worth watching because it looks amazing, the sets and the cinematography is breath taking, they really kicked it up a notch with this episode. Yes, because you love the characters. Our Stiles is back, Lydia is the best as ever, Scott is still amazing and Malia and Kira kick ass. Yes, because the last 5 seconds threw me off a cliff. (Note: I haven’t read any spoilers, I don’t know if people were expecting it, but I wasn’t and it shocked me). Yes, because the story was kind of okay, I like where these plots are heading. Yes, because honestly, the plot in this episode… parts of it are very well liked in fanfictions. Like, I’ve read them. Repeatedly. The last plot twist… I honestly didn’t think I'd ever get to see that trope handled, for real, on tv.

No, it’s not worth watching if you’re not up for Malia/Stiles. Cause it’s happening. A lot. It’s being shoved down our throats, and we’re supposed to be taking it with a smile on our faces. No, because you’re not up for Kira/Scott. Because that is also happening, but it kinda feels right? No, because they barely acknowledged Allison. No, because you hate Kate and that whole thing. No, because you don’t like Braeden, and yup, she’s also being shoved down out throats.

Yes, because if you’re still on the Sterek ship sailing nowhere, then you’re used to ‘evolving’ your ship just by them saying their names, showing concern and unshed tears. 

Yes, because you want to see how Malia is going to affect the relationship between Lydia and Stiles. Because, oh, it’s affecting it (judging by Lydia’s face).

Yes, because you love Scott. Because you’ve watched him evolve so much and you know he’s going to keep doing it, and you’re curious to where is he going to end up.

Yes, because the fucking monsters scared the crap out of me. I was watching it in the daylight and on a small screen and I still hugged my blanket because I was fucking terrified.

Yes, because this show will always be about Scott and Stiles. 

So. Really. I don’t know. You shouldn’t trust my judgement here, because I can’t be objective. I love this show, no matter what, and I absolutely hate when a tv show forces me to stop watching it.
