yeah! so I have Bastra, and @certified-anakinfucker has primary custody of Kimni (his padawan). Bastra's also in the same orbit as @kiwikipedia's Arvid. then there's Nocte and his bestest friend of all time Saleese, who belongs to @babygirl-leon-kennedy. there's a very important poly verse where Nocte and @kit-fisto-obsessive's Dara are together. there are definitely others, I love to have my OCs be all tangled together with other people's OCs <3

2 — Do they have a dynamic trope? (enemies to lovers, sunshine x grumpy, etc?)

Sun and Moon! Omura as the Sun - the absolute being of power, the nourishment, the provider of life.. quite literally, as Omura is the vessel of the Living Force itself. Kimni as the Moon - symbolic of quiet power and perseverance, fluidity and adaptation, eager for change yet embracing a cycle. Kimni thought of herself as overshadowed in Omura’s light and skill, but realized later that she just had to have a little faith that her skills were independent - all Omura did was show her off a little bit ;)

4 — What’s their favorite sleeping/cuddling positions?

Kimni likes to take little spoon when they snuggle - but when Omura tops over 6’ and Kimni stays around 5’4, he likes to sleep on top of its torso or balance right on its side. Omura doesn’t mind either way, it just likes to hold them in some way like a teddy bear. If they’re still awake during the cuddles, sometimes Kimni will press to its side and wrap his arms around it and try to get under one of its lek.. warm <3

29 — What is something they can never agree on? How do they meet in the middle?

This was more a problem in the beginning, but Kimni couldn’t understand why Omura considered the Order secondary to its own pursuits - despite Omura’s pursuits almost always leading to benefit the Order in some way. They worried that it would run headlong into the Dark somehow with its ruthless chase of justice. Don’t forget - it was born a Mandalorian.

Despite the fact that Omura has still yet to do so, they still get really.. worried about that. After decades, even. Omura tries its best to vocalize why it is doing something in a certain way, even if that way contradicts the Order’s ideals. Kimni still gets antsy but has learned they can’t fight it when it makes up its mind..

🍉: Omura has a beskar pendant in the shape of a mythosaur skull that its mother, Usokya'Varhis Vane, placed in its carrier. For years it was used as a teething toy, then pounce practice, and now as a focusing element for prayer. There's a custom headpiece that @calamity-aims' Rishh made for Omura as well, adorned with crystals from Mandalore's underground cave systems, centered around the kyber crystals Omura found from the same systems - although this piece is typically saved for ceremonies or when it has to attend a formal High Council meeting later on in its 30s-40s.

🍍: Usually in a created nest, and surrounded by any number of loved ones. Mace Windu (dad <3), Kit Fisto (dad <3), Dara Idella (@spacerocksarethebestrocks, gender neutral mom and ultimate. yes <3), Agen Kolar (dad <3), Cin Drallig + Serra Keto + Bene McCallum (Kiwigiiii), baby sister Losnook, Bastra (you! 🍑: That's a hilarious question, since its partners are all have a very wide array of personalities - the polycule web stretches far and wide, with love for every single one of them. Omura couldn't even begin to tell you its real type besides "you are good to me, you love me, you are genuine, and I will put the same love in with you", to sum it up into words? Omura fell in love with Anakin the same as it fell in love with Latil, and the same as it fell in love with Kimni and Sirajaat and Chomp and Zarthi and Jess. All of them bring different things to the table. // Anakin is like, this certain sense of intimacy and trust. // Latil is like the calm and the quiet that settles right after the sun sets and the moon rises. // Kimni is like a rush of overwhelming devotion, but not in the intoxicating sense - more like waking up for the first time to something you adore. // Sirajaat was the first time Omura learned to open its eyes and see beyond what it knew, see beyond fear of the unknown when it came to knowing someone else. But also finding something that was much closer to home and comfort than it even realized. // Zarthi was the love of taking it slow, taking someone in and finding something natural. // Jess was the first time Omura was able to reach out to a Force sect outside of its heritage (Jedi, Mandalorian, Togrutan) and learn more, while connecting with someone in the process. // Chomp was the most happenstance thing to ever happen and it blossomed into a love so fucking true that Omura was genuinely surprised that it was mutual, and wasted no time in ensuring that it felt the exact same. If there is love, and the love is real and mutual and trustworthy, then Omura will nurture it.

🍆: Omura is a very physically affectionate person, and honestly always has been. It's preferred to show its love and care by pressing close to others (if wanted) and purring to comfort them, gently "grooming" them or asking if they want to talk about what happened to upset them. Or just being a quiet pillar to lean on for a moment. Omura likes to bite and kiss and hug and hold (and lick, depending on who you are) when playful. Very much just!! Being present, reminding the other that it's there with them, rubbing cheeks or chinning against them, man I just think Omura really really likes holding people. A good small-space heater for the chilly, a good bed for littles to lay on, MAN!!!

🍰: Betrayal and/or being lied to. Cough cough. O66 AU. Omura was willing to kill all those it loved just to keep Anakin closeby, following him into Darkness and becoming his Grand Inquisitor, just for it to find out that Anakin lied. And boy did Omura fucking LOSE IT. Imagine that the Living Force, corrupted and twisted into a walking amalgamation of death and decay that siphons off life just by walking past someone .. who has taken great care to not physically touch you because it knows it will kill you .. has suddenly turned its cosmic eye to you and is in the process of tearing a wall of solid durasteel apart out of sheer incomprehensible rage. Because you lied. And you killed its loved ones.

okay let's deviate. let's drag it back to the clone wars because i need to remember my blorbos that started it all,

DANCE :  for one muse to ask the other to dance at a party.

What if I revived Omura for just a little bit. This is set in roughly 16 BBY (man I really need to find a better calendar system here..) - the war has just ended, the Republic is victorious. The Jedi deserve to celebrate just as well as anyone else; they've fought, they've led the battles, they've slogged through hell and back and came out on top just as everyone was sure that it was going to look like a fucking wash! Who would have figured that the Sith Lord was .. uh, the Supreme Chancellor. Okay. Kinda weird.

But Omura, and Anakin, and Altair brought him to justice. He died in custody. That was fine, they had a better Chancellor elected by landslide vote.

Now was the time to recuperate. Omura was looking for someone in particular who had spent her entire time beating herself up for something or other, convinced she wasn't cut out for the war but wasn't cut out to miss it either. The orange-toned Twi'lek that stood nervously at the door of the ballroom that was alight was glee in the Force, absorbing it for themself and left their eyes wandering for Omura. "Kimni," it reached out with a warm hand, "c'mon?"

And Kimnitadodena pulled closer, letting on that they're newer to dancing than they are to combat. Not like Usokya'Omura Vane who turned combat into an elaborate dance choreographed by instinct, but like a Youngling holding twin blades for the first time trying to copy the Temple's most skillful master. Omura hoped to change their mind with a sweetened smile - "Nervous?"

"Duh. Did the Living Force tell you so?" Kimni clipped back, no malice intended. Very much nervous at eyeballing the amount of people inside. So Omura pulled him a different way, back into the quiet halls only occasionally disturbed by others hoping to dodge the party for their own reasons. Into a patch of moonlight where the jewels lit up over Omura's dress and cascaded drops of the rainbow on Kimni's overshirt.

Not that the subtle giggle of the Togruta was lost on Kimni, anyway. "Well, then I guess I'll have to teach you this too. Maybe I know a little something about dancing. Maybe.. just maybe." The growing smile over Kimni's features, though..

That made it worth the snide remarks.
