Localizada na região do Reno-Meno e nas montanhas Taunus, é uma atração para turistas da região e de todo o mundo. Durante os meses de verão, americanos e chineses invadem a tranqüila pequena vila. Não é à toa que Rüdesheim am Rhein pertence ao Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO, localizada no Alto Vale do Reno Médio, que atrai muitos visitantes com seus castelos e palácios, cercado pelo idílico Vale do Reno.

Sou da opinião que todo turista que admira a Alemanha, deveria vir aqui a Ruedesheim uma vez e pelo menos fazer um passeio de barco no Reno. Primeiro, porque pertence às mais belas paisagens culturais do país e, segundo, para muitos, o berço da cultura alemã está aqui.

Você pode encontrar lendas e sagas em cada esquina, desde os Loreley até os Nibelungenlied, desde poetas e pensadores que deixaram seus versos aqui até os wine bars onde você pode reviver a era alemã do pós-guerra com antigos sucessos. De fato, em Rüdesheim você pode experimentar muito.

Mas, foi a partir do século V que Heidelberg passou a ter a mesma forma que a atual.

Para quem realizou o passeio da rota romântica (Romantische Straße), Heidelberg também pode ser um destino ideal, pois está bem próximo a Frankfurt.
