IkeSen PS Vita: Ranmaru

While waiting for Kennyo’s route to come out on 23/12/19 (my main motivation is to see Kichou because Kaji Yuuki will voice him!), I played Ranmaru’s route on the PS Vita. There are 3 ends: Sengoku end, Modern end, Tragic love end. I tried to summarize as short as I could but it’s still too long so I put it under the cut >_>

[Photo 2] R: Everybody, rather than your crying face, I want to see your smiles. So, smile for me? 

[Photo 3] After a while, the large peach tree was replanted firmly in the middle of the garden.

[Photo 4] R: I promise, no matter what happens, I’ll definitely protect only you, so don’t worry.

[Photo 5] Y (During R’s difficult times, I’m glad I can be with him like this. He is kind, he tries to best, he’s serious ... he must have lots of worries that no one know about. I hope I can be a support for him)

[Photo 6] R brought me to a shack, he confessed that he was a spy for Kennyo, came to Azuchi with the goal to kill Nobu, but the more time he spent with Nobu, he understood and respected Nobu very much and couldn't kill him. And everybody at Azuchi has been kind to him, except Mitsuhide - by whom R had to try not get caught. R told me: “I was an orphan during war, living day by day was tough. I was so hungry like I could die. Then one day when I was about 4-5 years old, I saw a peach tree near a temple. I knew it was wrong but I climbed up the tree and stole some peaches to eat. A monk spotted me but instead of tying me up with ropes, he patted my head gently, picked another ripe peach to put it into my hand, smiled warmly and told me to eat another one. That monk was Kennyo-sama. That was the first time I thought.. maybe, it's ok for me to live in this world. The peaches were so sweet... my tears couldn't stop flowing. Kennyo-sama raised me - an orphan. He is the world to me. I can do anything for him ... Nobunaga-sama has forever taken away Kennyo-sama's smile... but I love Kennyo-sama's smile, I will do anything to get it back.” I asked R is there anything I could do to support him. He hugged me and said:

R: I intended to only be the cute little brother in front of you ... but seems like it’s impossible now. I’m serious, I love you *kiss

Y (I’m embarrassed ... but happy that Ranmaru-kun also likes me ...)

Actually R slipped a sleeping drug into my mouth via the kiss, then I lost consciousness. 

SENGOKU END

I protected you and raised you, but at some point, I became your shackle…. Forgive me. From now on, live your own life, Ranmaru. You are free. You are no longer chained…. Even if I die, you are not alone. Miss, I can see you really treasure R. Although I was with you for only a short time, I could see that clearly. So… I entrust R to you. Miss, I know I have no rights to ask you, but from now on, please stay by R’s side.

Ranmaru returned at the war council to explain he escaped from Honno-ji leaving Nobu behind in the fire. He was abt to do seppuku but I asked Nobu to spare him. Nobu agreed bc R has talents, it’d be a waste to kill him

[Photo 1] After the meeting I was lost trying to find my way back to my room, R approached me, suddenly his pet Shippo (a short tail weasel) popped up from his collar and jumped on my shoulder. R said it’s strange for Shippo to be so friendly to anyone other than him. I was happy that both R and Shippo were kind to me, R wanted to know me better. [Photo 2] On the way, lots of maids fangirl around R.

I was anxious abt whether I could go back to my time, I sewed to distract myself. R went in with a package of Mantou (Chinese sweet bun) that the maids had given him earlier to share with me. Suddenly he brushed across my lip to wipe away the red bean paste, I got dokidoki. He asked where I came from, I panicked trying to think of an answer, but Mitsunari knocked saying Hideyoshi was looking for R so R left.

That night, he visited again and explained he saw me stepping out of the light appearing in Honno-ji and saved Nobu, he thought I was a god from heaven. I replied I was only a normal human, not a god, and showed him my bag of stuff from the future. I told him to please keep my true origin secret from people, he whispered in my ear “This is a secret for just two of us"

[Photo 3] Next day, R showed me around the castle, a lot of people came to him for advice. He showed me a tribute peach tree to Nobu that would be replanted into the garden tmr, but if only it could be done today, poor tree. R went to ask Hideyoshi for help, who brought along Mitsunari, Ieyasu, Masamune and Mitsuhide to help move the tree. Yasu was being typical grumpy not really want to help aweee; R didn’t want to trouble Mitsuhide but he offered to help ;)The tree was successfully replanted, R looked very happy. Later R thanked me for helping, I thanked him for helping me getting closer to people at Azuchi. I noticed his smile to me now is more natural, not as idol smile as earlier. I blurted out I wanted to be his fan. I had to explain idol is a special popular person, fan is someone who supports idol, I didn’t mean anything strange, just purely wanted to support him. He said whatever meaning is fine, he was happy I wanted to be get on well with him. I asked isn’t it tiring to always smile/be kind to people? He replied no, in order to be liked by people, he will put efforts in to do anything, and asked me what idols in the future do to make fans happy? Shake hand. Suddenly his face is cloudy .. he can't meet his fans in the future world bc he must live in this area. I wasn't mistaken, sometimes R looked very lonely, I wondered if there were many faces of him I haven't seen.

The next few days, I saw R sneak out of the castle. Mitsuhide saw my worried face and told me to try talk to him. I explained I was worried if R got into any trouble and kept sneaking out, oh wait, was Mitsuhide suspicious that R was plotting sth? But I still trusted R to be a good person though. Mitsuhide said if I wanted to believe that, do as I like.

I asked R directly where he went. He told me to come together with him next time. So apparently he walked into town and a bunch of girls went to talk to him, asking for his signed hand-prints. We bumped into Sasuke and Yukimura, who explained themselves as merchants. Sasuke whispered to me he'd visit my room that night.

Sasuke came to tell me he worked for Kenshin, and war was likely happen soon, so try not to go out a lot and stay near the warlords to be safe. R was outside listening to everything.

I saw R sneaking out again and followed him all the way to the wood. Suddenly he stopped and I bumped into his back. He explained he came here to secretly practice martial arts bc last time he couldn't do anything to save Nobu, pls keep this a secret. He asked why I followed him, I said the town was getting restless due to upcoming war so I was worried abt him. He said I was a kind and brave princess, and wanted to reward me with a kiss. Ohnonono, R, please treasure yourself, no need to kiss to thank me haha.

During war council, Nobu announced I'd go to battlefield with them. Later R went to the wood to report back all the Oda plans to Kennyo.

[Photo 4] At the battlefield, I was nervous, R said he'd protect me no matter what. That night R sneaked out to the wood to meet Kennyo. Kennyo ordered R to bring me to him. [Photo 5] I saw R when he returned to camp, looking all gloomy, but I told him I wouldn't ask until he was ready to tell me. He asked to stay like this (resting his head on my shoulder) for a while.

Next day, a messenger came to report to Nobu and Mitsuhide that they found the corpse of another messenger aka Nobu's plan didn't reach Hideyoshi’s army. At the same time, some men jumped out trying to attack us. One of them was aiming for me, R stood in front of me to protect me, luckily Nobu cut that man down saving both of us. Mitsuhide noticed these men weren't from Kenshin or Shingen, must be a third party. Nobu said he and Mitsuhide had to go to the front line, and entrusted R to protect me. Mitsuhide asked is this really ok, he knew who R sneaked out to meet with last night ... Nobu said when he made a decision, he judged the importance from the information he got with his own eyes, ears and feeling; if he had any doubt, he'd have finish R himself; he’d say this one more time, he entrusted me to R. Then both of them gone, another attacker arrived, he looked down on R but R threw out a kunai, knocking him down. I wondered why R was carrying ninja's weapon?

However, he slipped sleeping drug into my mouth via the kiss and I lost consciousness. When I woke up, Hideyoshi was there to bring me back to camp. R sent message to Hideyoshi that I was in this shack but he was no where to be found. 

When we got back to camp, R was fighting Nobu. I realized R was torn not wanting to betray either Nobu or Kennyo, so he was trying to get Nobu to kill him ...Nobu won, he told R: “I can cut off your head, but the life you throw away, I’d take it, From now on, live for yourself. You can come back to my side anytime if you choose to do so.”

Nobu held a meeting with Kenshin and Shigen about holding off fighting until they stop Kennyo. R was resolved to go find Kennyo and persuade him to stop revenge.

Sengoku end (2 CGs)

I suggested we come back to the present time to find a proof that Hongan-ji was restored so that Kennyo will let go of revenge. Sasuke, R and I went back to the modern time. 

[Photo 7] While Sasuke went back to his lab to do analysis, I and R had lunch bento on a park bench, R looked so happy. R was very popular to women (they thought he was an idol) and kids (because of ninja outfit)

Sasuke called to say wormhole would open tomorrow. After we got back to the Sengoku time, Sasuke went back to Kenshin, while we started searching for Kennyo in the wood.

After a loooong while, we found Kennyo at the peach tree where he first met R. A lot of talking, no use, so I showed him our proofs: the photos of me and R smiling with a peace sign in front of Hongan-ji in the modern time, also photos of the World heritage site board for Hongan-ji. Kennyo was surprised, this must be from Buddha, this Hongan-ji was exactly how he envisioned to rebuild it. R said please stop the revenge to restore Hongan-ji instead, so that this future modern time will stay true. 

Finally Kennyo agreed to stop the fighting, though he slowly backed away to ... a cliff. Kennyo jumped off the cliff, I stopped R from jumping. We rushed down the river bank trying to find Kennyo, but nothing, there were only fireflies flying beautifully in the night. R was heartbroken, but I showed him the photos again. In the photo, the panel (that explained history) wrote Kennyo was the person who restored Hongan-ji. If Kennyo died, we couldn't have taken these photos with Hongan-ji in the modern time. I believed Kennyo must be alive somehow, somewhere, waiting for the day he can rebuild Hongan-ji. R wanted to believe in that too.

[Photo 8] We were heading back to Azuchi, staying at an inn on the way. R said he wanted to let me sleep bc I must be tired after all these, but.. he whispered into my ears: “I want all of you". I replied I wanted him too. Intense kisses, happy night yay :3 Next day, R told me he was half a man, so he decided to go on a trip to visit many places, meet many people, broaden his world. I was sad thinking he wanted to leave me behind, but he said: “Please come with me on this trip. It won't be all fun traveling around, but even so, I want you to be by my side.” I agreed and we embraced each other happily. 

Modern end (2 CGs) 

R and I tried to go find Kennyo before Nobu & Co did. Ranmaru heard a gunshot so asked me to stay put waiting for him while he went to check. After a while, I heard footsteps, but a cloth was put over my mouth and I lost consciousness. I woke up in a cell and there was Kennyo. I tried to persuade him to give up revenge, but he refused to listen.

In the wood, R returned and couldn’t find me. Nobu’s vassal arrived to tell him abt the letter from Kennyo informing he had kidnapped me. R arrived at the castle where I was held. Kennyo dragged me out of the cell to see R. R didn’t want to fight with Kennyo but had to. Kennyo said R was holding back, was R looking down on his strength? Fine, he’d cut me down. R protected me and his sword cut a line across Kennyo’s chest. I realized Kennyo pretended to attack me to make R angry and attack him...

R refused to let Kennyo die, he put Kennyo’s arm on his shoulder and bring him to the nearby doctor’s for treatment. He didn’t sleep for days to look after Kennyo.

Kennyo woke up. R was very happy, he said: Nobu-sama was still after Kennyo-sama, so Kennyo-sama should escape and live to restore Hongan-ji. Kennyo said he’d learn from R, search for a new future, one day when he found a new path that he should go, will R come meet him again?

Afterwards, we parted with Kennyo to return to Nobu-sama, Kennyo said he gave up and revenge and would go into hiding. Nobu said if Kennyo no longer held malicious intentions, no need to go after him, the war ended.

R was thinking what he wanted to do for the future. We were walking in town, Sasuke appeared to tell us abt the worm hole appearing soon. Ranmaru wanted to go see the modern world I lived in, I agreed.

[Photo 10] R was also very popular to modern people. He was scouted then later debuted as an idol while I became his exclusive stylist and designed his clothes. We lived in both the sengoku and modern time, and brought the R’s idol bromide back to sengoku time to show Sasuke haha. Sasuke said we should visit the Oda warlords. In the garden, we found the peach tree still growing well. I was reaching out to take one peach (Nobu permitted us to eat), but R suddenly kissed me and helped me get the peach. Then we talked abt how happy we were bc we had each other. 

  Tragic love end (No CG)

We were back in Azuchi and Ranmaru was prepared to face the Oda warlords abt his betrayal. However, when we entered the war council, everybody were friendly caring like normal. Mitsuhide explained they weren’t that surprised abt R working as a spy, also R didn’t mean any harm, so to them, R no longer was a spy. As per Nobu’s order, R explained his story, he was willing to take any punishments, but before that, there was sth he must do: stop Kennyo from carrying out revenge. Nobu allowed him to go.

R returned my bag to me, I told him abt my dream as designer, but I decided to give it up, not return to modern time and live in this era with him

Next day, I was looking at the garden one last time when Nobu asked me why I was alone. R went to castle town to say goodbye to people, we’d go greet Nobu too. Suddenly among the grass a man jumped out - an assassin. He aimed for me rather than Nobu but R’s kunai stopped him. R put the knife to the man's throat. The man answered he worked for Kennyo, the new plan was to kill me so that Nobu could have a taste of hell (they misunderstood I was Nobu’s lover)

R asked to meet Sasuke in the wood to ask Sasuke to help bring me back to the modern time safely.

I and R went on a trip to Kyoto to find Kennyo. We stayed at an inn. R lied on my lap while I gently stroked his hair. Then he wanted to pamper me to, he rained kisses to every corner of my body, that night I was loved so many times yay :3

Next day, R brought me to Honno-ji, he gave me my bag back and explained a wormhole would appear soon. I protested that I wanted to stay, but R said "Kennyo-sama would keep trying to assassinate you, if you died... if I lost you, I wouldn’t be able to bear it. When that assassin tried to kill you, it was as if my heart stopped beating. I promised to protect you right, I love you the most in the world, hence… we can’t live together.” Sasuke appeared, he’d go back with me but I asked for a bit more time alone with Ranmaru. We held hands tightly, he said: “Even if I can never see you nor touch you again … if you’re alive, that’s enough to make me happy… I love you... farewell …Y-sama, I love you, I love you so much. Even if we don’t meet again, I will only love you. Once this finishes, one day, I’ll definitely…” Unfortunately I got sucked into the wormhole before he could finish the sentence. 

After I returned to modern time, I followed my designer dream just like my promise with R. My dream came true. It has been 1 year since that day, I looked up at the sky thinking that everything already changed, except the sky... someday I’d be able to meet R. 

In Sengoku era, also one year from that day, R was taking a break from walking, he took out a page of my design sketch, just like countless times he did before. "I'll continue to fight against fate, Y-sama, I'll stop Kennyo-sama, and then ... I will meet you again, even cross through five hundred years of time, because I'm your idol." R smiled and gently kissed the sketch.

Diabolik lovers Lunatic Parade: Carla Tsukinami

C: You are mine, so is your life. From now on, as long as I'm here, you won't die. 

(Carla saved her when she was abt to fall from Earl Walter's castle's balcony)

A cute scene that I really like: Y and C were walking in town, there were so many people bumping into Y and then:

C: Good grief, I can't take my eyes off you. If I wasn't here, will you be able to walk straight? *hold her hand*

Y (Somehow walking while holding hand like this ... it's like we're on a date *blush*)

C: Why is your face red? You have a fever?

Y: ... Uhm... Walking while holding hand like this ... I was thinking this is like a date

C: It's not like-a-date, isn't this a date?

Y: Eh!? You really think so?

C: What are you surprised about? A man and a woman, only two of them, walking holding hand. If you don't call this a date, what do you say is a date then? 💯💯💯

C: There is a snake from the demon world called Medusa snake inside Zatan's mouth. 

In this town, there is a Zatan’s mouth at Diamante fountain, if you put your hand inside the mouth, it will tell you the truth, but no one have tried yet because it’s said that a disaster may occur to you (I included its picture in Lunatic Parade's Kanato's post). C put his hand in and got bitten by the Medusa snake, and he's gradually turning into stone aka he still has his consciousness but unable to move. 

Y: Kyaaa...!! (Carla's lips... it's hotter than usual...)

C: It's really strange how much you capture my heart ... 

C: Be quiet

They were hiding from the group of pureblood advocate vampires chasing after C asking him to guide them. In the end, he did give them advices, C is such a kind king :3

Old lady Aji from Reine de Aji general good store offered to help make the antidote, but some vampire kids sneaked in and stole some stones (that is part of the ingredients for the antidote). C and Y found the kids, turned out these kids were trying to save their dog Gatsby, which also got bitten by the Medusa snake while trying to protect the kids playing in the wood. C let the kids have the ingredients to save the dog :’( 

Then he went to Zatan's mouth again, put a curse on the snake to catch it (the stones they need are inside the snake’s body too), However C was weakened from the first bite, the snake resisted and bit him the second time :((( He still managed to bring the snake back to Aji. Y asked if Aji’d kill the snake, then C said if there's a way to take the stones out without killing the snake, pls do that, even if it'd take more time. While waiting, the kids gave C a candy to thank him. He muttered he wasn't good with kids but Y thought he was very kind to kids, and wondered about how he'd be a good father in the future //v// By the time the antidote finished, C lost consciousness and couldn't drink it by himself so Y fed it to him mouth to mouth (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*) They made it just in time, C was fine now yay!

Earl Walter returned Y's heart, the butler came to say it was great they were safe and dinner was ready. Y was excited to go to dinner but 

C: Ah, but before that, there is something for me to do. You make me hold back for a long time. I have been as patient as you want *kiss her* There is no need for me to hold back right? I won't go easy on you. 

Y: ..But dinner...

C: Is dinner or more important than me to you? (can I answer dinner :3)

Y: That's not it...

C: Y, I love you. How about you?

Y: Of course, I love you. Even if I don't say it, you can see through me right?

C: Fufu... well it's true, but sometimes hearing you say it (from your mouth) isn't bad. Say it one more time.

Y:... I love you.

C: ...More

Y: I love you

C: Fuu... You pass. 

Care for vampire

C: Apart from you, there isn't anyone that I trust this much, no? (...) Now it's time for your reward... come here Y _(:3」∠)_

Ok I love Kaji Yuuki and Kimura Ryouhei too much, but story-wise, Carla’s routes are my favourite out of the 3 I've played Kanato-Kou-Carla in Dark Fate and Lunatic Parade. He is strict, but also wise and kind king, and there are lots of cute convo btw him and Y that made me dokidoki (*´﹃｀*) Erm I was surprised how chilled he was with the turning-to-stone thing. In my head, I pictured him to become like the ojizou-sama stone statues wrapped in his beloved scarf ha..ha...OvO

Diabolik lovers Dark Fate: Carla Tsukinami

All thanks to @shadyraisincookie for kindly taking her time to explain to me about Carla and the DL game and send me so many useful links. So far I can get by ok with Kanato and Kou, but Carla ... ouch... more motivation for me to study jp harder ;u; 

C: You won’t speak ... why.... why..!!

(Because he hates vampires...? Or... is it a matter of pride?)

C: If you’re obedient, I will make this a good experience (within limitations). I will make you forget about those vampires.

C: Carla’s method of teaching is easy to understand, I solved it smoothly!

This is the first scene that I began to like Carla. He was helping Y with English homework but got angry when saw Reiji’s handwriting in her textbook. I found it really cute（*/∇＼*）

C: Carla, I ... love you. 

This scene is at the now-empty-hall where the first blood used to have evening parties, Carla danced with Y ahhh (´,,•ω•,,)♡ 

Y: You told such a simple woman that you love her, Carla? 

C: I’m ... no match for you ...

C: Become my wife.

He proposed even with Shin right there. Poor Shin but aweee（*/∇＼*）

C: Losing you is scary to me ... Y  (Heaven scenario where he had a dream abt losing her)

I’m not good at writing and shadyraisincookie told me (also wrote on her blog) way better so I’ll only write a little bit. I like Carla. He is a kind selfless king who just wants to save his race. His past flashbacks about wanting to be praised by his Dad, his loneliness, his suffering Endzeit alone, hearing his coughs during the game are heartbreaking ... From Ectasy chapters, he treated Yui really well. When he said “If this woman is gone, I won’t be able to smile”; and he wasn't scared of bowing his head to Karlheinz to save her ... oughh my tissues ｡:ﾟ(;´∩`;)ﾟ:｡ I thought I came in prepared but Carla hit me with too much feels ... now I really like him (*´ ˘ `*).｡oO ( ♡ )

IkeSen (PS Vita): Ieyasu 💛

The second JP game I played on PS Vita is IkeSen, and of course I have to play my favourite warlord’s route first ( *¯ ³¯*)♡ There are 3 ends: Sengoku end (same as Mobile version’s Dramatic end), Modern end (similar to Mobile’s Romantic end but then wormhole took both of them back to modern time) and Tragic love end (only MC got taken back to modern time). 

Ieyasu: I said don’t touch her. 

Same CG as in the mobile version, when MC ran away from Azuchi castle in the rain, nearly got attack but Ieyasu saved her. 

This is before Ieyasu went on the mission to capture the guy attacking MC, she felt guity causing him troubles and worried for his safety hence he told her: This face doesn’t suit you at all. Just smile your usual goofy smile.

Well... it was a trap, Ieyasu was captured. Nobunaga & co came to save him, the bad guy nearly attacked MC again but Ieyasu saved her and collapsed. MC said she came along because wanted to do something for him, to be by his side and he told her: You are a real dummy. 

Now the bad guy was captured, MC had to come back to Azuchi castle as per Nobu’s order but on the way, Ieyasu took her to a beautiful flower field, MC was very sad to leave his palace, but he told her that his wounds had healed, he would come to Azuchi castle and see her face a lot, no need to feel lonely. And stop using keigo (polite/formal Japanese) with him while she didn’t use them with Hideyoshi and Masamune. He asked her to just call him “Ieyasu”. When she did, it was the first time she saw him smile (❁´▽`❁)*✲ﾟ*

Sengoku end

Ieyasu: We will always be together, until the day I die. 

Y: Ieyasu ... I truly love you.

Exactly the same as the mobile version’s Dramatic end :3

Modern end

Tragic Love End

There is no CG, this post is already long and this end is sad sad sad so under the cut it goes.

I will use First person POV for the summary.

* Unlike the above 2 ends, on the day of Oda-Uesugi negotiation meeting, it rained heavily and Kenshin still hasn’t showed up. It was freezingly cold and Ieyasu took off his haori for me. * Mitsuhide said Kenshin probably couldn’t come because of the rain so we should postpone the negotiation but Hideyoshi said at least one person must remain, in case Kenshin showed up. Ieyasu said he would stay here, there was an abandoned castle nearby, everbody should go there to not waste the soldiers’ strength.  * Nobunaga spotted someone coming, it was Sasuke, sent by Kenshin to say Kenshin left for this meeting, but the horse was scared of the stormy weather and wouldn’t move, so until the rain stopped, he couldn’t come yet. Nobu ordered everybody to move to the abandoned castle. Sasuke approached me, wanted to talk alone.

* Sasuke said today was exactly 3 months since I arrived at the Sengoku era. The wormhold coordination has moved significantly as if chasing us, and 99.9% it’d open in the castle. I apologized that I wouldn’t return because I had someone important here. Sasuke wanted to stay for Kenshin and his friends too. * I went inside the castle and was looking at the rain, thinking back about the modern world when Ieyasu hugged me from behind.  I: What are you thinking? Y: The rain is very heavy. I: Only that? Hmm... did anything happen between you and Kenshin? Y: No, he only kept watch so I wouldn’t escape. I: He seems to like you, the condition for the negotiation today is you also attend.  Y: There must be a mistake. (Back then), he cut my hair; said he’d kill me if I try to escape again; he told me he only felt alive during battle so I said that is not good, there must be other ways to enjoy life. Did I say unnecessary things? Ieyasu suddenly kissed me, deeply, licking and nibbling my lower lips.  I: It’s good that you don’t realize, but I prohibit you being alone with any other men apart from me. Y: Ieyasu, are you jealous? I: What if I say yes? Y: I’m so happy that I’m going mad (*´∪`) I: You dummy Suddenly there was a very loud thunder, Ieyasu told me to go inside the room, but I heard someone calling my name. Ieyasu couldn’t hear it, but my legs moved by themselves, I didn’t know why but I must follow the voice. I: Wait! Don’t go!

* I went outside the castle. Ieyasu chased after me and grasped my wrist but a dark hole appeared. Ieyasu pulled out his sword and cut into the darkness but it slipped right through him and heading towards me. Our fingers barely touched then got separated.  I: Wait!!! Definitely .... definitely...!

* One year has passed since that stormy day. I was on a train to Kyoto alone. I have never doubted the time I spent with Ieyasu was a dream. I touched the flower earings I was wearing - the only proof that connected our two worlds. * Standing in front of the ruin of Honnoji, the sky was full of shining star, I knew a miracle wouldn’t happen that easily, but Azuchi castle, Ieyasu’s palace, everybody were all gone with time, now there was only this cold monument ... Why was it not raining? Instead of rain, I couldn’t stop my tears falling. But no matter how sad and lonely I felt, this love would never disappear. Suddenly I heard Ieyasu’s voice I: Hey, as long as you smile, I will be happy. So keep smiling. I will definitely come for you. Definitely.  I couldn’t see anyone, but that voice was definitely his - the person I loved most. This must be a miracle, 500 years ago under the same sky, he thought of me. I wouldn’t give up, I wouldn’t lose to Ieyasu, I’d become strong. I wiped away the tears, thinking that if he saw me now, he’d laugh and say I look terrible.  Y: Ieyasu, I will always wait for you. Until the day we can meet again, I’ll smile and wait for you. I’ll love you for eternity.  I kept shouting/crying that desparately inside my heart, stronger stronger so it’d cross through time and reach Ieyasu.

Amnesia WORLD: Normal world - Shin

The cafe was organizing a special event that MC suggested but now she lost her memories, she didn’t know what event it was (it was a day when the guys dress/act as princes). Shin, Toma, Kent, Ikki worked at the cafe with MC; Ukkyo was invited to be the photographer; Rika to help with costumes though she blew up the budget so Ikki could look amazing (Poor Waka haha). Waka asked Shin and Kent to help out as waiters (Ikki & Toma are already waiters), they refused Waka but caved in when MC asked them to :3

Shin was trying to think of dessert menu for the cafe’s event and asked MC to go with him to a popular restaurant to test their dessert. The place was full of girls so he couldn’t go alone. When he asked for suggestion, I followed a guide so the good answer is fruits tart. To thank her for accompanying him, he bought her some cakes from this restaurant so she could enjoy them at home.

Waka asked MC to collect a package from him on her day off. Firstly, it was raining, she nearly fell down but she tried to protect the package rather than herself. Luckily Ukyo was there to save her. He scolded her for not protecting herself, and the usual you-should-be-careful-around-me. Then, a shady guy trying to invite her to go out drink tea with him, again, luckily Toma and Kent arrived to stop him. Next, a purse snatcher snatched the package, Shin and Ikki ran after to get it back. Finally she could deliver it to Waka safely, inside were blue roses made from Italian Venetia glass. Waka said blue roses mean blessings and miracles, people thought it wasn’t possible to have blue roses, but specialist didn’t give up on researching and it was possible now. Nova (the spirit that bumped into MC causing her to lose memories in this game) said woa, human managed to do this with their own hands rather than asking for God’s help.

Nova: ...haha, (the photo) is taken. It’s a beautiful one. 

On the day, Shin was popular but he asked MC to let him grumble/vent a bit. He was annoyed by the loud voice, the heavy costumes, the customers getting too close to him when they took photos, even having to feed them the first bite and said Ahhh to them. MC said Shin is popular :P but he replied even if that was true, he was not happy, if the important person wasn’t aware of him, it didn’t matter. He asked her not to look at him serving customers, it’s not because he was embarrasessed. Even though it’s just acting, he hates being touched by any girls except MC so he doesn’t want her to see him doing this. 

Then MC remembered the day Shin’s mom lent her an album of Shin’s middle school. In the year that she and Toma already graduated, Shin was a prince in the culture festival’s play but he quickly took the album back so she couldn’t see how he looked as a prince. This is why she suggested the Prince event to Waka. 

Shin: Hey Y, let me see your face more. That expression, I want to burn it into my memories so I won’t forget. Don’t run away, princess, did you not long for this?

Shin: What are you ... that face is unfair, it’s too cute. Don’t say you have shown that face to anyone else? ... Don’t show it to anyone, I’m here first. You finally recognize me as a man, you can’t take it back easily. Therefore, be ready, princess. From now on, I won’t hold back nor go easy on you.

Diabolik lovers Lunatic Parade: Kanato Sakamaki

Earl Walter stole Yui's heart and replaced it with Kleinod. Yui and Kanato went to the earl's castle to ask for it back, but he wasn't there. They were advised to try find the butler to ask where his master was. Kanato wanted to get some rest first so they headed to a hotel. Due to the parade, the hotel was fully booked, Kanato demanded to see the manager - who recognized Kanato was Karlheinz's son and ordered staff to prepare the best room for him. While they filled in the accommodation card, the receptionist asked if Y was his friend, and Kanato replied: “She is my wife" (♡´艸`)

K: Hey Y, do you hate becoming a vampire that much?

Kanato told Y if Kleinod broke, it'd still be fine because he'd turn her into a vampire and they could be together forever. Y couldn't make a decision abt becoming vampires yet, Kanato got upset that she didn't understand his feelings and ran out of the hotel room. Y ran around town shouting his name looking for him. Seeing her desperately trying to find him, eventually Kanato came out in front of her. She must be tired from all the running so he suggested going to eat. While eating, Y suddenly fainted. Kanato brought her back to the hotel, he apologized it was his fault causing Y to run around earlier, he was very worried that if she remained human and someday she will die, he'd really hate it, he wanted her to stay with him forever. Y told him again that she wanted to find her heart first before making a decision. Kanato respected her decision and agreed to help get her heart back. 

K: If you don't use cunning/dishonest means, you won't get the things you truly want.

They went to Reine de Aji general good store (Aji the lady owner here is the younger sister of Saba - the shop owner in Vandead Carnival game) to ask abt the butler. Aji asked them to get her the forbidden apple pie before answering. This forbidden apple pie was extremely popular and too many people queuing to buy, Y said this couldn't be helped and was drinking smoothie talking to Kanato in this CG. He wanted to use his dad’s power to get the pie but Y wanted to find other ways. 

A boy bumped into Y, spilling smoothie all over her clothes. Kanato was angry demanding the boy to apologize to Yui properly and the boy started crying. Y told the boy she didn't mind, it's alright. The boy apologized to both of them and ran away, then came back with his Dad - who was the forbidden apple pie shop owner. The Dad said Y forgave his son with a smile, she was a kind vampire (Y noticed that he mistook her as a vampire) so he wanted to gift Y a forbidden apple pie. Kanato accepted it but Y wanted to return the pie bc she didn't treat the boy kindly to receive rewards. Kanato got mad (bc he wanted the pie to exchange for the butler's info) and ran off. Y tried to follow him, she bumped into the boy and he said his Dad was testing Y, it was actually a poisoned apple pie; if Y was a genuinely kind person, she'd return the pie.

Kanato arrived at the shop, giving the pie to Aji, but now she said she didn't remember any promises with Kanato?! She was happily having the first bite when Y rushed in and warned her abt the poison. Aji was skeptical but Yui's face didn't look like lying. Aji thanked Y, said from the start she didn't plan to tell Kanato the butler's whereabouts, but for Y, she'd help. The butler liked medicine herbs so when the Earl was away, very likely the butler would be at the Smaragd volcano to gather them.

Kanato told Y he found it strange why the Earl still put the Kleinod inside her after stealing her heart, and he felt like everybody they met in town today were testing them. He worried abt Y's health and suggested returning to the hotel to rest. Y slept and had a dream abt a mysterious man telling her: he granted her wish, since he took the heart away, she didn't get into any troubles with the vampires; the Kleinod can work forever, the Sakamaki lied to her abt it being temporary because they want to suck her special blood. Y woke up to a worried Kanato but she lied that she didn't remember this nightmare well enough to tell him. She trusted Kanato but she got anxious if he would still love her without the special heart. 

Y and Kanato went on a gondola to get to Tirkiss waterfall near the volcano. The scenery was very pretty, Kanato said in town they couldn't enjoy the parade so they should take a break now, they know the butler is here, no need to worry. A fortune-teller lady invited them to try her shop that was famous for accurate love fortune. She gave Y a cup of tea to drink up then looked at the remaining tea leaves to predict that Y was having doubts abt Kanato. Y denied this but suddenly her body felt hot, her consciousness started fading and she fell into the water. Kanato jumped straight into the water to save her but the water was strong, she realized if going on like this, he’d drown...

K: ... Quiet! Only I can decide your fate. Don't die without my permission, I won't forgive you!

Y got drifted away and couldn't see Kanato anymore. She woke up in a cave with Kanato collapsed nearby. She was very happy he was still alive. She apolozied and told him the truth abt the dream. He said he only knew those kleinod to work temporarily, and:

K: Besides ... Even if the heart disappears, I will always love you. It's more important to me that you are alive than being able to suck your blood. I thought even if I don't say it in words, you already understood ... but seems like I was wrong. I ... love you *kiss*

Suddenly lots of bats appeared <Minigame Whack a Bat>

K (patting her head): It's a reward for your working hard (fighting the bats in the minigame). I’m praising you. 

After beating the bats, it wasn't likely that the butler was here so they should return to the hotel. Y sneezed, Kanato asked if she was cold, checked her forehead and sensed a bit fever, told her to give him her hand bc it'd be troublesome if Y collapsed (aweee) Y saw somebody collapsed and ran over to check even when Kanato didn't want them to get involved. This man woke up and explained he was picking up a rare moss growing inside a cave that has poisonous gas even to vampire. He bowed his head to thanks Y and Kanato for saving him. They noticed he had a red granite stone on his forehead and they realized he was the butler! Y explained her situation, the butler could only give them the card written by the Earl hinting the location: On the full moon night, when it raises the crown at the very high peak, I'll return. (sorwy, I don't understand what this means TwT)

Y thought the Earl could be either at the tower or the mountain. Unexpectedly she overheard the girls nearby talking about the Zatan's mouth at Diamante fountain: if you put your hand inside the mouth, it will tell you the truth, but no one have tried yet because it's said that a disaster may occur to you e.g. splitting up with your lover. Kanato was very cool put his hand right in and got the answer: The Earl will appear at Onyx tower. Y asked if he wasn't scared of losing her, but he said: “If that happens, I will take you back. It's not likely that you belong to anyone else but me...”

They came to the tower and Earl Walter was there. He said he’d return Y's heart with a condition that she vowed to part from Kanato forever. She replied that he was wrong, he didn't take her most important thing. There's no way she'd exchange the 2nd most important thing (her heart) for the most important thing (Kanato). Kanato was very happy to hear her feelings. Suddenly the tower started to crumble and they got thrown outside, Kanato managed to catch her and said: 

K: Y! Don't leave my side. Hold on more tightly. Please don't let go no matter what. I will definitely protect you, now and ...in the future. You can stop worrying, it'll definitely be alright. I love you... I love you.

When Y woke up, she and Kanato were in the Earl's castle. He said he did want her heart but he realized that Y and Kanato were worthy of keeping such a treasure hence he returned it. Kanato demanded him to show his face but he refused. He hoped they would enjoy the festival and he needed to leave for his next target to steal.

Y had fun at the parade because Kanato was at her side. The forbidden apple pie shop owner gave them an apple pie (not poisoned one this time yay) and Kanato fed Y from his fork

Y: ... It’s extremely delicious! Just like you said Kanato!

K: That's good. You can eat the rest.

Y: Eh, is it ok for you Kanato? Does it not suit your taste?

K: No, it's not that. Because, as expected, I like this better *kiss*... Fufu, thanks to you eating the apple pie, this feels sweeter than usual *Nnn....n...Nnn.....*. You're a special. Y, to me you're probably the forbidden fruit. I love you ... From now on, you're mine and mine alone, forever ....

I really like Kanato's sub scenario with Carla. Kanato requested room service to hold a sweet party just for the two of them in the hotel's guest room aaaand Carla was eating their sweets there. Kanato was getting grumpy but Carla complimented Kanato's taste in choosing sweets - esp the religieuses that have high artistic value and sweeter than anything he has eaten, he’d ask Shin to get it for him - making Kanato smile again. Then Carla, Kanato, and Yui ate religieuses happily ever after hahaha. Just like my sis-in-law said, it's nice to see my old man and little boy getting along (人´∀`) The route is sweet, Kanato always worried abt Y’s health, he jumped straight into the water to save her, I squeaked for 15′ when he said Y is his wife haaa（˶′◡‵˶）It's just... I guess bc Yui's heart was missing, there wasn't any sucking blood scenes, only a few kissing scenes at the end, my ears starved playing this oughhh ;u;

My 3K(..ish) favourites in DL: Kanato, Carla (~Karura), Kou XD Me 50% of the time playing this route is ~aweee Kou why you so cute (he's much kinder and caring to Y than in More Blood)~ then 50% oughhh he is breaking my heart o(╥﹏╥)o Okay I get it that Kou can't be as strong as the First Blood or Pureblood vampires; he was cornered and in dispair, but ... I still wish he didn't ask Karlheinz to erase his memories :((( Maybe Rejet wants to give Y the chance to shine and fight bravely for their love... I need to play another route of the Mukami to see how they handle it. Anyway, the wedding CG is beautiful and Kou looks really happy so I will stop lamenting ( *¯ ³¯*)♡

Kanato sometimes still has a few outbursts (bc he's insecured abt his strength) but most of the time he is very sweet and caring to Y, anything happens and he will ask immediately if she is alright. The scene that Carla sealed Kanato's voice and sucked Y's blood right in front of him, Kanato screamed brokenly in agony ... oughhh ｡ﾟ( ﾟஇ‸இﾟ+)ﾟ｡ Kaji Yuuki's voice is amazing like always, he just breathes and I already want to hug Kanato ~ don't worry I will stay by your side ~ (⸝⸝⍢⸝⸝) ෆ

I was very touched when Kou gave up his eye to exchange for Y's heart, he treasured the eye from Karlheinz so much but he willingly gave it up for Y's sake :((( I like his PDA, when he kissed Y in front of everybody (I'm always weak for Kimura Ryouhei's kissing voice (づ￣ ³￣)づ ) and told the kids she is the most beautiful person in the world. Why are you so cute Kou ;u; I'm happy with this route, I still believe in Kou that he loves Y so much and willing to sacrifice a lot for her (e.g. his eye in this game), not just... forget her like in Dark Fate that made me so so sad (´；д；`)

Now I’ve finished Yanagi’s route, I’m glad to say CxM is still my favourite otome, the stories, the arts, the BGM, the guys (especially Kei, Kageyuki, Takeru) are amazing, I can’t recommend this game enough. Diabolik lovers Vandead Carnival - Kou Mukami

VC - Kanato was super cute and VC routes aren’t too long so I want to play the other guys to see how they are like. Kimura Ryouhei is my 2nd fav seiyuu after Kaji Yuuki hence Kou is next. I haven’t played Kou’s MB, DF, LE so I don’t know him yet, but in VC I find him cute ~(=^･ω･^)ヾ(^^ )

The translation for this route has already been done so I only include the screens I really like and some short lines :3

In this dress shop, the dresses choose the wearer instead. Kou took this as a challenge and picked out this red dress for Y. Turns out the dress chose Y too, well done Kou ◟ʕ´∀`ʔ◞

At a cafe, K went to order drinks, during that time Child!Kou appeared and he bit Y.

Sleeping vampire - I haven’t seen Kou’s sleeping vampire translation yet, or I prob haven’t searched hard enough ... but I write a summary-ish here :3
