Some system updates:

Our primary host just found out about the third subsystem that we have, and he's not taking it so well

A bunch of alters have made themselves known to the rest of the system (including me!). We knew that they were there, we were just never able to speak to them before (our innerworld has houses/townhouses/apartments/some form of living space for each alter, so we knew they were there, they just didn't come outside of their home so we were never able to talk to them). The new alters include:

- Vampires. So. Many. Vampires.

- More littles!

- An introject of our own mother

- Melanie Martinez?? What are you doing here??

Also, we might have some more half-animal alters. We're not 100% sure though

Also also, our internal communication has gotten slightly better! Our hosts say it's a bit easier to hear/feel the others, so that's pretty neat

So yeah! That's some of the stuff we've had happening lately. Our head hurts, we've been getting physically sick a lot lately (probably from all the switching and memories, maybe also our meds), and we're really stressed. Trying to stay positive though!
