Idk if you're still taking prompts but I'm tipsy and all my heart desires is Jack Rackham just fuckin. Feelin himself. Like he's got a great outfit on, gender expression is optional, he's just feelin beautiful and havin a good time. Bonus for any extra Anne being snarky/supportive, and bonus for VaneRackham because I'm weak for them, but truly anything goes
Listen, I am always taking prompts! Plus, I LOVE THIS. What a wonderful prompt! (I am also combining this with @snooksscribbles request for a “fashion-forward Jack moment” because do we not all love our favourite disaster pirate being at the cutting edge of the latest trends? We do.)
Also, this ficlet comes with its own meme.
Jack is a trans man in this. I am cis; any mistakes or misrepresentations are my fault alone.
Honestly, can we please all take a collective Moment to imagine - they’ve just come into port to refit and celebrate after their latest haul. Evening is falling fast as the sun sinks heavy beneath the choppy waves in the harbour, casting long blue shadows down the dusty streets of Nassau town.
It could be peaceful, if it weren’t for the raucous din coming from the brothel: drunken men, merchants and pirates alike hollering for ale and rum and whores; the jeering, bawdy laughter of onlookers at the gambling tables mixing with the tight high giggles of women pretending to be amused. Later, Jack knows, there will be fighting added to the mix; there always is, when the Ranger crew is ashore, no matter how recent the conquest at sea. Hallett will spit in Old Man Cooper’s drink, or Wilkins will crack one too many jokes about Price’s mum being a goat, and everything will devolve into fists and swords and slaughter until Jack goes down to do his duty as quartermaster, appeasing all the fragile egos and cleaning the mess up again.
But until then, he’s here. The rooms in the brothel aren’t soundproof by any means (and privately Jack thinks Max must like it that way, allowing her to keep a bead on the mood downstairs at any given time) but with the door closed and the room illuminated by the slanting rays of the sinking sun and the candles on the table, he can almost pretend. The flickering candlelight plays over the treasure trove spread across the bed. It is, if not the haul of a lifetime, at least the best haul this month to be sure. (Other men may not think so, but other men don’t have Jack’s flair for fashion.) He runs his hands reverently over the array of fabric: here, the slippery smoothness of a silk-lined waistcoat, there, the fine, airy weave of a muslin shift.
A snort draws his attention up from the pile of clothes to where Anne is holding a satin skirt like it’s a dead animal. “There’s dresses in this,” she says, in the tone of one handling something particularly gruesome or slimy.
“There are,” Jack murmurs in agreement while sizing up a burgundy wool coat. The silver thread used for the embroidery is unraveling in several places, but overall it seems serviceable enough. When he lowers it, Anne is still looking at him.
“You don’t like dresses. Don’t he know that?” Jack nods. “Why’d he give you this, then?”
"I believe he just crammed what he could into the crate,” Jack answers honestly. Then, at her skeptical look: “Darling, please let’s neither of us delude ourselves that Charles Vane would take the time to sort through petticoats and sashes during a raid.”
Anne drops the skirt. “Fine.” She stomps back over to the chair in the corner and flings herself into it, posture insolent as any man’s. Jack’s heart squeezes with almost painful fondness at the sight.
“I wouldn’t have taken it if it truly bothered me,” he says after a moment of her mulish silence. He knows she knows, but still, better to make it explicit. He wants to enjoy tonight and her and Vane at each other’s throats is not on the agenda.
There’s no reply from the chair, but the tight line of her lips eases slightly, which he counts as a victory. He turns his attention back to the clothes. Where to start?
The sun has set completely by the time Jack decides on an outfit. The candles are dripping wax onto the bare wood of the table, but their light is at least good enough to see himself by in the tarnished mirror. He twists one way, then the other, before turning to Anne. “What do you think?”
It’s quite a sight if he does say so himself. The blue silk chemise catches the light and ripples like waves with his every movement. He sheds his baldric to better admire the patterns of small flowers printed at the hems and collar; no expense was spared in this craftsmanship.
Anne has been silent. “Something the matter, darling?”
“No.” Then, a moment later: “Why’re you bothering? Getting all fancy for him?”
Jack pauses where he’d been fiddling with his favourite orange cravat. “For him? No, no this is for me.”
Anne looks at him suspiciously.
“It feels good. Sometimes one does things for no other reason than that.”
Anne stares at him a moment longer, as if parsing the veracity of his statement. She must reach a conclusion because she sighs and stands up. “It brings out your eyes.”
Jack fiddles with his rings to hide the smile her words bring to his lips. It doesn’t bring out his eyes; it does clash horribly with the yellow brocade justacorps he shrugs on. But he recognizes that comment for what it is: Anne, offering support, which is infinitely more wonderful to him than all the silk chemises in the world.
“Thank you,” he says softly. Then, as she heads towards the door, “I’ll be down in a minute.”
She nods once and is gone, leaving Jack alone in the room. He twists to the mirror again, admiring the swish and fall of the fabric, the rakish silhouette it creates. For a moment, he hears the rustling of silk and remembers the same sound, from long ago. He takes a breath and squares his shoulders, reminds himself of the years and oceans between now and then. He is not thirteen anymore, and now he has Anne, who will kill anyone who tries to put him in a dress. Even Charles. The thought is oddly comforting, and Jack whistles to himself as he takes one last indulgent look in the mirror and heads downstairs.
The sun may have gone down but the volume of the tavern has only gone up. Patrons are spilling rum and falling all over each other, turning the courtyard into a heaving mess of unwashed bodies and unintelligible voices. Jack pauses on the landing to take stock, noting the other crews that have since come in: he can see Sully, first mate of the Fortitude, cheating at cards with Joshua from the Walrus crew (he makes a mental note to be well clear of this place before Flint ever hears about it); a dozen other regulars are crowded round the bar, hoping against hope to barter for drinks on the house - more the fool they, for Max runs a tight ship.
The real focus of his attention is sitting in a grey haze of smoke off in a corner, and Jack makes his way down the stairs and through the throng of drunk, sweaty pirates with as much grace as he can muster. If he puts a bit of extra swagger in his walk, well. He's Jack bloody Rackham. He's earned it.
Charles is drinking from a tankard of rum. When he sees Jack, it hits the table with a thump.
"Evening, Charles."
A long slow exhalation of smoke. "Jack."
Jack doesn't shiver at the way Charles says his name, but it's close. He nudges at the toe of Charles' boot where his feet are propped on a chair. "Do you mind?"
In another time, in another life, if Jack were someone else, Charles might remove his feet only to kick the chair over, might spread his legs and leer, might drag Jack into his lap, why don't you have a seat here, sweetheart? This isn't that life. Charles removes his feet, shoves the chair and the rum towards Jack who takes both with a nod. He takes a quick swig of the rum, wincing slightly at the bitter burn.
Charles is still looking at him. His cigar is dangling from his fingers, slowly burning down. "The clothes fit, then?"
"Half of it was non-salvageable," Charles' fingers twitch, "but the pieces that were... Well." Jack gestures to himself. "If the clothes make the man, then I am well-made indeed."
"Huh," Charles says. And then: "You look good."
Plain. Simple. Easy. A statement of fact. It has no business sending a thrilling warmth through Jack's veins, and yet. He allows himself the slightest bit of preening. Then, emboldened by the burn of the rum and the weight of silk and brocade against his skin, "Thanks to you."
Charles has precious few tells but the way his eyes narrow fractionally at Jack's words is one of them. A heavy silence falls between them. Jack sits up straighter, squares his shoulders; he doesn't miss the way Charles' gaze tracks to the hollow of his throat.
"Fuck," Charles hisses, dropping the forgotten cigar which has burned down to his fingers. He crushes the stub under his boot heel and looks back to Jack.
"You know, nice as it is to get some peace and quiet -" Jack is cut off as a chair sails through the air to crash against the opposite wall, quickly followed by its occupant, "I was rather hoping we could do something other than sit and brood at each other all evening."
“Yeah?” Charles is leaning forward now, and Jack’s not even sure he knows it. His voice is a deep rumble. “What’d you have in mind?”
Jack plants a hand on the table, stands up. He’s warm from the rum, half-drunk on the freedom of his new clothes and the intoxicating weight of Charles’ dark gaze that hasn’t left him for a moment. He leans forward into Charles’ space and smiles, all teeth. “Why don’t I show you?”

favorite superwonder quotes???
Gosh there are many and I’m positive I will have missed out some good ones but here are some faves!
“You’re strong.”“I know.”
“We are each other’s shelter from the storm”
“I still have to keep secrets from everyone. So how close I am to anyone is debatable.”
“We’re not like Zeus but we’re not like them either.”
“We’re not like anyone.”
“People like us are really alone, aren’t we? Do you ever feel alone?”
“Of course…I do.”
“I didn’t want to wake you.”
“After last night who wants to sleep?”
“What did I tell you about making me blush?”
“You’ve got nothing to blush about, darling.”
“What happened a few days ago, Superman, it just happened.”
“I know. It was a kiss, not a commitment. But it was nice, Diana.”
“It was.”
“As simple as Smallville.”
“You know how close you came to dying? All alone? You know what that would have done to the League? To me?”
“And if you were in my place, what would you have done?…Kal…Clark…Superman…answer me!”
“I would have died fighting at your side, Diana.”
“Quite a memorial.”
“As it should be. Not just for those claimed by the bomb. But for all those who lost their lives to our mistakes.”
“Let them rest in peace, Kal. They will only haunt you if you forget what they taught you. Speaking of which…”
“What’s this?”
“A gift. A little something to help you see clearly.”
“Who would have guessed?”
“Not then. But we both know now…”
“We were meant to be together.”
“I’m sorry. I couldn’t resist. I missed you.”
“It’s mutual. What are you sorry for?”
“I know you like your privacy.”
“Eh, you know what? Let em look!”
“Then I will go with you. Together we can defeat…”
“If you go with me, we both die. Why would I have sent three of my team mates, my friends, into deadly danger? If you insist on coming with me, you sacrifice them. It was a terrible thing to do to you, Kal. I am sorry. But the world can’t afford to lose you.”
“I did what I had to do.Believe me, I didn’t do it out of pride.”
“You know how close you came to dying? All alone? You know what that would have done to the League? To me?”
“And if you were in my place, what would you have done? Kal…Clark…Superman answer me!”
“I would have died fighting by your side, Diana.”
“Good work out, Kal. Remind me to go easier on you next time.”
“That woman never ceases to amaze me.”
“How can I trust you, Mr Kent, if that is who you really are?”
“You know you can. You know.”
“Diana, you know I’d follow you to the ends of the universe but for god’s sakes, are you sure this is the right thing?”
“If we can’t believe in a higher law than that of man…if the bond between mother and child is worthless…what are we fighting for?”
“What if we are not the heroes we should be. What if we’ve been deluding ourselves. If we’ve…if we’ve failed and just haven’t the courage to admit it?”
“We admit our mistakes and learn from them. None of us is infallible, Kal. Not even you. Life is as much about effort as it is accomplishment.”
“But we don’t have the luxury of failure.”
“It is not a luxury. It is a certainty and cannot be denied. At some point…many points…we all falter. We are never every thing we wish to be, Kal-El and rarely are we everything we appear to be.”
“You are.”
“Clark?”
“Yes. But how…?”
“I’d have to be blind, deaf and very, very dumb.”
“Diana. I wanted you to know…I need you to know.. how much I treasure our friendship. And despite whatever differences we may have, I wouldn’t want anything to come  between that.”
“Okay, I’m a little confused as to where this is coming from but yes, of course I know. We’ve had our differences, particularly of late but I think it boils down to you have one sense of how things ought to be done…and I have another. I’m not sure that is a bad thing. It’s what makes life interesting.”
“Kal, your real power lies not in your strength but your values and compassionate spirit. That’s what American needs now. Not another administration. It needs a leader.”
It’s on it’s way here, Kal. I had to warn you. It’s too big to stop alone. To defeat this you’ll all have to come together for the greater good. It’s you that must lead them, Kal. There’s the door…spaceman.”
“These are my roots.”
“You can’t live forever in solitude.”
“I’m Superman. I can do anything.”
“Except apparently face your fear.”
“Are all these your awards?”
“They’re Clark’s. For a story I wrote last year on the ecology.”
“Well I’m sorry I’m taking you away from your work to help me.”
“This is my work”
“It’s beautiful and a little bit strange. It made me think of you.”
“Oh Clark. If I wanted smooth, I’d be with Hal Jordan.”
“Flowers isn’t the only thing I keep at the fortress, Diana. I agree with you…I don’t like keeping secrets, but somethings you have to.”
“Like us?”
“Like us. But that’s both. A secret we have to keep and one I want to  keep. We give them everything. This is ours. At least for now.”
“You’re so strong, Clark. But you’ve never been trained to fight. Power isn’t everything. I on the other hand trained under the actual God of War since I was a child. You have things to learn and I’m just the woman to teach you.”
“Clark. I have fought warriors you would not believe. Monsters…Gods…with power to make the world tremble. You make them all seem weak and not because of your strength. Strength is everywhere in this world. If you have to fight Doomsday again, you will defeat him. You will beat him because of who you are. Clark, Kal-El. Superman. And because you will not fight him alone.”
“I know the truth.I see it every time you fly. The way you look at me when you think I’m not watching.”
“Do you know why I chose to be a writer,Diana? Because writing is difficult. Choosing the words, forming ideas, precision…it’s never easy. It’s the same reason I’m still Clark Kent. Being Clark is hard. The same way ordinary life is hard for billions of people on this planet.”
“We are different, Clark. But also the same. Superman. Kal-El.”
“You’re right. About both things. But isn’t that the way it should be? We have things we share and things we bring to each other?”
“It should be,yes.”
“He is mine.”
“We could not do this apart. We are better this way.”
“I love you.”
“Of course you do.”
“I love to dance. Do you? In my experience not all men like to…”
“Heh. Come on.”
“Keep home safe until I come back. “
“I will. We’ve only gone dancing once.”
“And I didn’t even show you my best moves.”
“You know, it did feel like you were holding back.”
“I will come back to you.”
“I know, darling. Go.”
“Diana, you heard Bruce. There’s no time. We’re out of choices.”
“I know, Clark. We do what we have to do. I’ll see you soon.”
“There’s no coming back from this. Don’t come after me. You’ve saved me so many times. Let me return the favor. Let me save them. Let me save you.”
“Race you.”
“I thought you were dead.”
“I”m not.”
“This thing is starting to impress me.”
“Well it is Kryptonian.”
“Wait. This isn’t right. I love you. Something’s…I know what this is. We’re under attack. I’ll handle it. See if you can find a way to slow down the flower. I’ll be back soon.”
“Wait… What did you say?
“You know, Diana, whatever happens…we’re ready.”
“If he needs me, he’ll call. The world comes first. Always. We’ve never had to say it out loud but we know. I think the moment that stops, so do we.”
“Diana, you have to go!”
“No! Not until this thing is dead. It’s killing the world. I’m fine. Worry about it. Not me.”
“Diana. I have to.”
“I know you do. I know. Just go.”
“Diana…”
“Go. Just kill that thing and bring me its head!”
“Diana, honestly…That’s the most romantic thing you ever said to me.”
“It’s taking everything I’ve got to hang on, Diana. Energy inside…burning pain’s..intense…”
“It’s time. Let go, darling. It’s all right. All your parents are waiting for you.”
“What a lucky man I was.”

The monologue in a drama is a way to express the deep insight of character’s view and to help viewers to more connect with character’s feeling. And what make Suspicious Partner quotes are special *for me* is this drama has poignant monologues in almost of each episode, that made me felt like the characters themselves narrated their stories to me, and I couldn’t help to get invest into their stories.
Ep 1-2
Tumblr media
Singing a song of curse isn’t how you take your revenge on your ex. Just ignore him. Become a better person, and live a nice life. No Ji Wook
When people are cheated on, people are deluded. They think they made a mistake or it is their fault. They think if they become dull or boring. They think it’s something they did. I understand what you are going through. I was in your place once, but… It’s not right. We didn’t do anything wrong. It was them who betrayed us and did wrong. – No Ji Wook
Ep 3-4
Tumblr media
It’s 101. I passed the bar exam with that IQ. Isn’t it impressive? How much effort do you think I had to make to pass the bar exam? I asked myself every single day. “Should I just quit everything and earn money so that I can help my family?” I mean, I wasn’t even confident that I’d pass it. Studying was hard, but watching my mom having to support me was even harder. That’s how I came this far.  – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 5-6
Tumblr media
Some love begins without the owner of the heart realizing that one’s love has begun. Just like the spring breeze and moist rain drops, our hearts slowly get soaked with love whether we realize or not. Love gets into our heart. When I realized it, he took a corner of my heart all of a sudden. Some say for one to fall in love, 0.2 second is more than enough. The time I needed to fall in love… it was only 0.2 second. It’s the love you fall in love at first sight. – Eun Bong Hee
The less you expect, the bigger the surprise. – Ji Eun Hyuk
I lived a diligent life. And sometimes, when I had a tough time… From time to time when I felt like life was suffocating me, I took a little break… by peeking at you.  – Eun Bong Hee
Tumblr media
Not being loved back by the one you love is like torture. But in a way, being loved by someone you don’t want to be with… and being forced to love that person back… could be a bigger torture. How much of it can be called love? Where does obsession begin? And I… At this moment… whereabouts am I standing… between love and obsession? I would like to give myself a restraining order. – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 7-8
Tumblr media
The last two years that Bong Hee wasn’t present… During those two years, I felt safe and calm. The line between today and yesterday… and the line between today and tomorrow were blurred. Yesterday was like today. Today will become tomorrow. The days were mundane. No one ever invaded my life. They were peaceful days on which I also didn’t invade the others’ lives. After I met Bong Hee, everything… got messed up. I met a stalker. The real culprit resurfaced. My space… has been invaded. It’s dangerous and tiring, but it’s never boring. That’s a day with Bong Hee. – No Ji Wook
People find it easier to blame others than to acknowledge one’s own problem. – No Ji Wook
Ep 9-10
Tumblr media
Despite everything that has happened, I can’t cut ties with Eun Hyuk… and… completely hate Yoo Jung because… It’s because they mean… everything to me. Because they were my only friends. – No Ji Wook
Ep 11-12
Tumblr media
This is the definition of the word “beginning”. The first step of an act or a circumstance. Or the first step of an emotion. The beginning is… always thrilling. – No Ji Wook
Not everything that begins progresses. Some things stop as soon as they begin… because every beginning is frightening. – No Ji Wook
Ep 13-14
Tumblr media
I’m starting to regret confessing my love to you. But I don’t regret liking you. – Eun Bong Hee
Doing your best doesn’t mean you can change someone’s mind. – Ji Eun Hyuk
Ep 15-16
I really hate this person. I really do. But despite my hatred, I have a person… whom I can’t dislike nor hate.  – Ji Eun Hyuk
Tumblr media
He has broad shoulders, and he is very understanding. His eyes gleam like stars. On the back of his head, there’s a light bulb. A halo. Like a light. It shines like this. I think he was born to give me a heart attack. He makes my heart have irregular beats every single time. I turn into a little girl every single time. But he rejected me. That’s how it ended. – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 17-18
Tumblr media
This is one poet said, “We can generally predict the start of things. But we can’t generally predict the end of them.” In my case, it was the opposite. I had to experience the end of things many times in my short life. I hesitated to start this because I was afraid of it coming to an end. The moment I realized my feelings for you… I ran away from you… like a coward. And I failed… because… I started to have feelings for you without realizing. I just realized it late. I wonder when and with what incident it began. I realized it too late that I can’t figure out the starting point of it. The only thing… that I know now is… I can’t get my head around it. I just know my relationship with you that I can’t stop… going further, has begun.  – No Ji Wook
Tumblr media
Because I took too long, you seem to have given up your feelings for me. All right, I totally respect that. What I’m trying to say is… I’m not asking you to change your mind… or like me again. That’s not what I’m trying to tell you. Since I respect your decision, you should respect mine as well. So in other words, let me like you. Just leave me be. I won’t stress you out. I’ll never interfere with your peaceful life. Things can stay like this. Then one day, if you can open up to me again, change your mind… and look at me. I’ll be waiting. You can take your time. – No Ji Wook
Ep 19-20
Tumblr media
People can’t live without telling a lie. That’s the truth. – Jung Hyun Sung
In order to hide a big lie, people sometimes… confess a small truth. – No Ji Wook
Ep 21-22
Tumblr media
I’m sorry. I really wanted to talk to someone, but the only person I could think of was you. – Eun Bong Hee
All of us… have lost someone. Some lost a family member. Some lost a friend. Some lost a lover. Whether the person was kind or evil, there is no one… who didn’t lose someone… in their course of life. Therefore, life is cruel. If that’s true, during this cruel, limited period of time… and in a way, in this brief lifetime, the only thing we can do is… – No Ji Wook
Tumblr media
Bong Hee-ah… please… please like me back now. I’m sorry I didn’t keep my promise that I was going to wait for you. Please, like me back right now, Bong Hee-ah. – No Ji Wook
Ep 23-24
You got into an accident with Jung Hyun Soo. And I’m going to get through this accident with you. My decision won’t change even if you try push me away. I’m definitely… going to catch Jung Hyun Soo. So you need to make a decision. Do you want us to go through this separately? Or do you want to go through it together? I want us… to do this together. – No Ji Wook
Ep 25-26
Tumblr media
Let’s stop… blaming ourselves or each other for what happened. Let’s especially stop blaming our own selves. – No Ji Wook
I thought I was the only one who was full of regret. I thought I was the only one who was beating myself up. – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 27-28
Tumblr media
We all know that all of us are not in a good mood. But we must still smile. That’s how good things will come to our way. – Ji Eun Hyuk
Ep 29-30
We… should never break up, Bong Hee-ah. Even if I tell you to leave me, don’t leave. We… should only think about ourselves. Don’t leave me, Please? – No Ji Wook
Tumblr media
Postponement… My futile effort… to postpone it to a moment… and a step later. – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 31-32
Tumblr media
I was very miserable… and distressed. After I hurt him, I was wondering all day… if I had done the right thing or not. I couldn’t tell if I was sane or crazy. I just really… wanted to die. But after seeing you, I really want to start living again. It’s sort of like a will to fight. “Even she’s still alive, so I should continue to live as well.” – Eun Bong Hee
Tumblr media
Just forget about your pride and go to work. I don’t care about your love life nor am I interested, but you’ll need money to date anyone in the first place. Are you going to continue living your life by relying on other people? – Na Ji Hye

Ep 35-36
Tumblr media
Just listen! My dad… was never an arsonist. I… am not the murderer who killed your son. But you think you are always right… and that you are never wrong. On top of that, you even fabricated evidence and persecuted him. Have you thought about how the family you ruined lived? Or how my mother lived? Do you know how hard my life was because of what you did to me? You don’t know, do you? You were never interested anyway. Let me tell you again. My dad… was an innocent man who did nothing wrong. It was you… who made a mistake. – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 37-38
Let’s just… go back to before all this happened. Let’s go back… to when we first met. – Eun Bong Hee
Tumblr media
I constantly fall in love with this person… as I follow my heart. – Ji Eun Hyuk
Tumblr media
You rescued me… and I fell for you who tried to save me. Now that I think about it, after that day, my life was a series of days for me to fall for you again and again. Even at this very moment, I fall for you again. – Eun Bong Hee
Ep 39-40
Tumblr media
It’s just that… breaking up with you is scarier. To me, that’s the scariest thing. – No Ji Wook
Tumblr media
I am you, and you are me. Every day is perfect with you. – No Ji Wook
When there’s no external problems, problems ought to arise internally. Both of you will start noticing each other’s flaws and discover reasons why you may not be compatible. Then you’d get bored of each other as well. – Na Ji Hye
Tumblr media
I’m so happy… that I met you. You, my love. – No Ji Wook & Eun Bong Hee
Tumblr media
My Impression:
Watching Suspicious Partner is like the experience of riding merry-go-round on my childhood time. I had all the uplifting excitement when I tried it at first time, but after riding it many times, the excitement went down, because you know, it felt like a repetitive enjoyment that we were already familiar with, but when I became an adult and couldn’t ride it anymore, the nostalgic feeling came that I wish I could go back to my childhood. That’s how I felt about this drama. There are some parts that I really… really… love, especially the first half of drama when all comedic and romance are mix in a very fun quirky way that give an addicting feeling. But there are also some parts, especially the weak law element and the draggy plot in the middle that I really felt annoyed because the plot holes are stupid and cannot be ignored with my logic mind. But after watching the final episode, all the good feelings of why I love this drama came back, and in the end I felt sad to say goodbye to this drama.
Tumblr media
One thing for sure, and the most highlight of this drama is Ji Chang Wook & Nam Ji Hyun chemistry is undeniably overflowing. All of their romantic scenes came out naturally that I can feel Ji Wook & Bong Hee are truly in love.  They can even portray the kiss scenes & bed scene came out fluttering & beautifully, instead of erotic & greasy.  And of course, I also love the adorable side characters, the bromance and womance in this drama.

Suspicious Partner is not a type of drama that I will watch many times without getting boring, or a drama that give me a strong withdrawal syndrome, but I admit I enjoyed the comedic and romance element in this drama so much. The only thing I will miss is the adorable quirky characters in this drama and the “reel felt real” chemistry of Jibong couple (Jibong =  OTP’s name of Ji Wook & Bong Hee). They set up the bar so high for OTP’s chemistry in K-Dramaland. Thank you for giving many sparkling moments in these 3 months. Goodbye, my lovely couple!

Side Note:
The hectic work keeps preventing me to have fun in K-Dramaland. So for this time being, I will spazz more on my Instagram, instead of Tumblr. If you have interest, please check out my Instagram here: @thecantabile

Shams Tabrizi’s 40 Rules of Love How we see god is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves. If god brings to mind mostly fear & blame, it means there is too much fear & blame welled inside us. If we see god as full of love & compassion, so are we. The path to the truth is a labour of the heart, not of the head. Make your heart your primary guide! Not your mind. Meet challenge & ultimately prevail over your nafs (self, psyche, soul) with your heart. Knowing your ego will lead you to the knowledge of god. You can study god through everything & everyone in the universe, because god is not confined in a mosque, synagogue, or church. But if you are still in need of knowing where exactly his abode is, there is only one place to look for him: in the heart of a true lover. Intellect & love are made of different materials. Intellect ties people in knots & risks nothing, but love dissolves all tangles & risks everything. Intellect is always cautious & advises, “beware too much ecstasy”, whereas love says, “oh, never mind, take the plunge!” Intellect does not easily break down, whereas love can effortlessly reduce itself to rubble. But treasures are hidden among ruins. A broken heart hides treasures. Most problems of the world stem from linguistic mistakes & simple misunderstanding. Don’t ever take words at face value. When you step into the zone of love, language, as well know it becomes obsolete. That which cannot be put into words can only be grasped through silence. Loneliness & solitude are two different things. When you are lonely, it is easy to delude yourself into believing that you are on the right path. Solitude is better for us, as it means being alone without feeling lonely. But eventually it is best to find a person who will be your mirror. Remember only in another person’s heart can you truly see yourself & the presence of god within you. Whatever happens in your life, no matter how troubling things might seem, do not enter the neighbourhood of despair. Even when all doors remain closed, god will open up a new path only for you. Be thankful! It easy to be thankful when all is well. A sufi is thankful for what he has been given but also for all that has been denied. Patience does not mean to passively endure. It means to look at the end of a process. What does patience mean? It means to look at the thorn & see the rose, to look at the night & see the dawn. Impatience means to be short-sighted as to not be able to see the outcome. The lovers of god never run out of patience, for they know that time is needed for the crescent moon to become full. East, west, south, or north makes little difference. No matter what your destination, just be sure to make every journey a journey within. If you travel within, you’ll travel the whole wide world & beyond. The midwife knows that when there is no pain, the way for the baby cannot be opened & the mother cannot give birth. Likewise, for a new self to be born, hardship is necessary. Just as clay needs to go through intense heat to become strong, love can only be perfected in pain. The quest for love changes us. There is no seeker among those who search for love who has not matured on the way. The moment you start looking for love, you start to change within & without. There are more fake gurus & false teachers in this world than the number of stars in the visible universe. Don’t confuse power-driven, self-centred people with true mentors. A genuine spiritual master will not direct your attention to himself or herself & will not expect absolute obedience or utter admiration from you, but instead will help you to appreciate & admire your inner self. True mentors are as transparent as glass. They let the light of god pass through them. Try not to resist the changes which come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come? God is busy with the completion of your work, both outwardly & inwardly. He is fully occupied with you. Every human being is a work in progress that is slowly but inexorably moving toward perfection. We are each an unfinished work of art both waiting & striving to be completed. God deals with each of us separately because humanity is fine art of skilled penmanship where every single dot is equally important for the entire picture. It’s easy to love a perfect god, unblemished & infallible that he is. What is far more difficult is to love fellow human beings with all their imperfections & defects. Remember, one can only know what one is capable of loving. There is no wisdom without love. Unless we learn to love God’s creation, we can neither truly love nor truly know God. Real filth is the one inside. The rest simply washes off. There is only one type of dirt that cannot be cleansed with pure waters, & that is the stain of hatred & bigotry contaminating the soul. You can purify your body through abstinence & fasting, but only love will purify your heart. The whole universe is contained within a single human being - you. Everything that you see around you, including the things that you might not be fond of & even the people you despise or abhor, is present within you in varying degrees. Therefore, do not look for Sheitan outside yourself either. The devil is not an extraordinary force that attacks from without. It is an ordinary voice within. If you set to know yourself fully, facing with honesty & hardness. If you want to change the ways others treat you, you should first change the way you treat yourself. Unless you learn to love yourself, fully & sincerely, there is no way you can be loved. Once you achieve that stage, however, be thankful for every thorn that others might throw at you. It is a sign that you will soon be showered in roses. Fret not where the road will take you. Instead concentrate on the first step. That is the hardest part & that is what you are responsible for. Once you take that step let everything do what it naturally does & the rest will follow. Don’t go with the flow. Be the flow. We were all created in his image, & yet we were each created different & unique. No two people are alike. No hearts beat to the same rhythm. If god had wanted everyone to be the same, he would have made it so. Therefore, disrespecting differences & imposing your thoughts on others is an amount to disrespecting god’s holy scheme. When a true lover of God goes into a tavern, the tavern becomes his chamber of prayer, but when a winebibber goes into the same chamber, it becomes his tavern. In everything we do, it is our hearts that make the difference, not our outer appearance. Sufis do not judge other people on how they look or who they are. When a Sufi stares at someone, he keeps both eyes closed instead opens a third eye – the eye that sees the inner realm. Life is a temporary loan & this world is nothing but a sketchy imitation of reality. Only children would mistake a toy for the real thing. And yet human beings either become infatuated with the toy or disrespectfully break it & throw it aside. In this life stay away from all kinds of extremities, for they will destroy your inner balance. Sufis do not go to extremes. A Sufi always remains mild & moderate. The human being has a unique place among God’s creation. “I breathed into him of my spirit,” god says. Each & every one of us without exception is designed to be God’s delegate on earth. Ask yourself, just how often do you behave like a delegate, if you ever do so? Remember, it falls upon each of us to discover the divine spirit inside & live by it. Hell is in the here & now. So is heaven. Quit worrying about hell or dreaming about heaven, as they are both present inside this very moment. Every time we fall in love, we ascend to heaven. Every time we hate, envy, or fight someone we tumble straight into the fires of hell. Each & every reader comprehends the holy Qur’an on a different level of tandem with the depth of his understanding. There are four levels of insight. The first level is the outer meaning & it is the one that the majority of the people are content with. Next is the Batin – the inner level. Third, there is the inner of the inner. And the fourth level is so deep it cannot be put into words & is therefore bound to remain indescribable. The universe is one being. Everything & everyone is interconnected through an invisible web of stories. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are all in a silent conversation. Do no harm. Practice compassion. And do not gossip behind anyone’s back - not even a seemingly innocent remark! The words that come out of our mouths do not vanish but are perpetually stored in infinite space & they will come back to us in due time. One man’s pain will hurt us all. One man’s joy will make everyone smile. Whatever you speak, good or evil, will somehow come back to you. Therefore, if there is someone who harbours ill thoughts about you, saying similarly bad things about him will only make matters worse. You will be locked in a vicious circle of malevolent energy. Instead for forty days & nights say & think nice things about that person. Everything will be different at the end of 40 days, because you will be different inside. The past is an interpretation. The future is an illusion. The world does not move through time as if it were a straight line, proceeding from the past to the future. Instead time moves through & within us, in endless spirals. Eternity does not mean infinite time, but simply timelessness. If you want to experience eternal illumination, put the past & the future out of your mind & remain within the present moment. Destiny doesn’t mean that your life has been strictly predetermined. Therefore, to live everything to the fate & to not actively contribute to the music of the universe is a sign of sheer ignorance. The music of the universe is all pervading & it is composed on 40 different levels. Your destiny is the level where you play your tune. You might not change your instrument but how well to play is entirely in your hands. The true Sufi is such that even when he is unjustly accused, attacked, & condemned from all sides, he patiently endures, uttering not a single bad word about any of his critics. A Sufi never apportions blame. How can there be opponents or rivals or even “others” when there is no “self” in the first place? How can there be anyone to blame when there is only one? If you want to strengthen your faith, you will need to soften inside. For your faith to be rock solid, your heart needs to be as soft as a feather. Through an illness, accident, loss, or fright, one way or another, we are all faced with incidents that teach us how to become less selfish & judgemental, & more compassionate & generous. Yet some of us learn the lesson & manage to become milder, while some others end up becoming even harsher than before. Nothing should stand between you & god. No imams, priests, rabbis or any other custodians of moral or religious leadership. Not spiritual masters & not even your faith. Believe in your values & your rules, but never lord them over others. If you keep breaking other people’s hearts, whatever religious duty you perform is no good. Stay away from all sorts of idolatry, for they will blur your vision. Let god & only god be your guide. Learn the truth, my friend, but be careful not to make a fetish out of your truths. While everyone in this world strives to get somewhere & become someone, only to leave it all behind after death, you aim for the supreme stage of nothingness. Live this life as light & empty as the number zero. We are no different from a pot. It is not the decorations outside but the emptiness inside that holds us straight. Just like that, it is not what we aspire to achieve but the consciousness of nothingness that keeps us going. Submission does not mean being weak or passive. It leads to neither fatalism nor capitulation. Just the opposite. True power resides in submission to a power that comes within. Those who submit to the divine essence of life will live in unperturbed tranquillity & peace even the whole wide world goes through turbulence after turbulence. In this world, it is not similarities or regularities that take us a step forward, but blunt opposites. And all the opposites in the universe are present within each & every one of us. Therefore the believer needs to meet the unbeliever residing within. And the non-believer should get to know the silent faithful in him. Until the day one reaches the stage of Insan-I Kamil, the perfect human being, faith is a gradual process & one that necessitates its seeming opposite: disbelief. This world is erected upon the principle of reciprocity. Neither a drop of kindness nor a speck of evil will remain unreciprocated. For not the plots, deceptions, or tricks of other people. If somebody is setting a trap, remember, so is god. He is the biggest plotter. Not even a leaf stirs outside god’s knowledge. Simply & fully believe in that. Whatever god does, he does it beautifully. God is a meticulous clock maker. So precise is his order that everything on earth happens in its own time. Neither a minute late nor a minute early. And for everyone without exception, the clock works accurately. For each there is a time to love & a time to die. It is never too late to ask yourself, “Am I ready to change the life I am living? Am I ready to change within?” Even if a single day in your life is the same as the day before, it surely is a pity. At every moment & with each new breath, one should be renewed & renewed again. There is only one-way to be born into a new life: to die before death. While the part change, the whole always remains the same. For every thief who departs this world, a new one is born. And every decent person who passes away is replaced by a new one. In this way not only does nothing remain the same but also nothing ever really changes. For every Sufi who dies, another is born somewhere. A life without love is of no account. Don’t ask yourself what kind of love you should seek, spiritual or material, divine or mundane, Eastern or Western. Divisions only lead to more divisions. Love has no labels, no definitions. It is what it is, pure & simple. Love is the water of life. And a lover is a soul of fire! The universe turns differently when fire loves water.

Precious Sayings of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba
 1. Action - Karma
This deha prarabdha (present birth) is the result of the karma (action) done by you in the former births.
2. Assurance
If a man utters My name with love, I shall fulfill all his wishes and increase his devotion. If he sings earnestly about My life and deeds, him I shall beset in front and back and on all sides.
3. Beauty
We have not to bother  chennai to shirdi flight packages   about beauty or ugliness of the person, but to concentrate solely on God underlying that form.
4. Charity
The donor gives, that is, sow  his seeds, only to reap a rich harvest in future. Wealth should be meant to work out Dharma. If it is not given before, you do not get it now. So, the best way to receive it is to give.
5. Contentment
One must rest content with one’s lot.
 6. Dakshina
The giving of dakshina (reverential gift) advances vairagya (non-attachment) and thereby bhakthi (devotion).
7. Death
None dies ; see with your inner eyes. Then you will realise that you are God and not different from Him. Like worn-out garments the body is cast away.
8. Illusion (Maya)
Whenever any idea of joy or sorrow arises in your mind, resist it. Do not give room to it. It is pure maya (illusion).
9. Destiny
Whosoever is destined to be struck will be struck. Whosoever is to die will die. Whosoever is to be caressed will be caressed.
10. Discrimination
There are two sorts of things - the good and the pleasant. Both these things approach a man for acceptance. He has to think   and choose one of them. The wise man prefers the good to the pleasant but the unwise, through greed and attachment, chooses the pleasant and thereby cannot gain Brahma gyana (self-realisation).
11. Devotee
He who withdraws his heart from wife, child, and parents and loves me is My real lover or devotee and he merges in me like a river in the sea.
12. Devotion
Knowledge of the Vedas or fame as a great jnani (learned scholar) of formal bhajan (worship) are of no avail unless they are accompanied by bhakthi (devotion).
13. Differences
People differentiate between themselves and others, their properties with others' properties. This is wrong. I am in you and you are in Me. Meditate on the self with a question "Who am I ?"
14. Duty
Unless a man discharges satisfactorily and disinterestedly the duties of his station in life, his mind will not be purified.
15. Egoism
The teachings of a Guru are of no use to a man who is full of egoism and who always thinks about sense-objects.
16. Enemy
Who is whose enemy ? Do not say of anyone that he is your enemy. All are one and the same.
17. Equanimity
Let the world go topsy-turvy, you remain where you are. Standing or staying at your own place, look calmly at the show of all things passing before you.
18. Exploitation
Nobody should take the labour of others' gratis. The worker should be paid his dues promptly and liberally.
19. Feeding
Know for certain that he who  feeds the hungry, really serves Me with food. Regard this as an axiomatic truth.
20. Food
Sitting in the masjid (mosque) I shall never, never speak untruth. Take pity on Me like this : first give bread to the hungry and then eat yourself. Note this well.
21. Forbearance
Our Karma is the  cause of happiness and sorrow. Therefore, put up with whatever comes to you.
22. God
God lives in all beings and creatures, whether they be serpents or scorpions. He is the greatest wirepuller of the world, and all beings, serpents, scorpions, et cetera, obey His command.
23. God’s Gifts
What a man gives does not last long and it is always imperfect. But what my sircar (God) gives, lasts to the end of life. No other gift from any man can be compared to His.
24. God’s Grace
You must always adhere to truth and fulfill all the promises you make. Have shraddha (faith) and saburi (patience). Then I will always be with you, wherever you are.
25. God’s Will
Unless God wills it, nobody meets us on the way ; unless God wills, nobody can do any harm to us.
26. Goodness
If you act in a good way, good will really follow.
27. Greed
Greed and Brahma are poles asunder ; they are eternally opposed to each other. Where there is greed, there is no room for thought or meditation of the Brahma. Then how can a greedy man get dispassion and salvation.
28. Guru
Stick to your own Guru with unabated faith, whatever the merits of other gurus and however little the merits of your own.
29. Guru’s Grace
The mother tortoise is  chennai to shirdi flight packages  on one bank of the river and her young ones are on the other. She gives neither milk nor warmth to them. Her mere glance gives them warmth. The young ones do nothing but remember (meditate upon) their mother. The tortoise glance is, to the young ones, a downpour of nectar, the only source of sustenance and happiness. Similar is the relationship between the Guru and his disciples.
30. Humility
Humility is not towards all. Severity     is necessary in dealing with the wicked.
31. Happiness
If others hate us, let us take to nama Japa (chanting of God’s name) and avoid them. Do not bark at people ; do not be pugnacious. Bear with others' reproach. This is the way to happiness.
32. Help
If someone begs anything and if that be in your hand or power and if you can grant the request, give it. Do not say, ‘NO’. If you have nothing to give them, give a polite negative reply but do not mock or ridicule the applicant nor get angry with him.
33. Hospitality
No one comes to us without Rinanubandha (some previous bond of give and take). So when any dog, cat, pig, fly or person approaches you, do not drive it or him away with the words ‘Hat - Hat’, ‘Jit - Jit’.
34. Inquiry
Inquire always : Who am I ?
35. Introspection
We must see things for ourselves. What good is there in going about asking for this man or that for his views and experiences.
36. Liberation
Service at the feet of Guru is essential to attain moksha (liberation).
37. Lust
A person who has not overcome lust cannot see (realise) God.
38. Name Chanting
If you do this - chanting ‘Raja Ram’, your mind will attain peace and you will be immensely benefited.
39. Non-possession
Everything belongs to us for use. Nothing is for us to possess.
40. Omnipresence
I am not confined within this body of three and a half cubic height ; I am everywhere. See me in every place.
41. Oneness
The dog which you saw before meals and to which you gave the piece of bread is one with Me, so also other creatures (cats, pigs, flies, cows, et cetera.) are one with me. I am roaming in their forms. So abandon the sense of duality and serve Me as you did today (by feeding that dog).
 42. Poverty
Poverty is the highest of riches and superior to Lord’s position. God is brother of the poor. Faqir is the real Emperor. Faqir does not perish, but empire is soon lost.
43. Quarrel
If anybody comes and abuses you or punishes you, do not quarrel with him. If you cannot endure it, speak a simple word or two, or else go away from that place. But do not battle with him and behave like this.
44. Questioning
Mere questioning is not enough. The question must not be made with any improper motive or attitude or to trap the Guru and catch him at mistakes in the answer, or out of idle curiosity. It must be with a view to achieving moksha or spiritual progress.
45. Reality
Brahma is the only ‘Reality’ and the Universe is ephemeral and no one in this world, be the son, father or wife, is really ours.
46. Saints
Daily take darshan of Siddhas, i.e., perfect saints. Live a moral life. Then you will be pure even in death.
47. Self-realisation
The idea that "I am the body" is a great illusion, and attachment to this idea is the cause of bondage. Leave this idea and therefore the attachment, if you want to reach the goal of self-realisation.
48. Service
Seva (serving) is not rendering service while still retaining the feeling that one is free to offer or refuse service. One must feel that he is not the master of the body, that the body is Guru’s and exists merely to render service to Him.
49. Sin
Inflicting pain on others by body, mind and speech is sin, the reverse is merit, good.
50. Support
Come what may, stick to your Support, i.e., Guru, and ever remain steady, always in union with Him.
51. Surrender
It is my special characteristic to free any person who surrenders completely to Me and who does worship Me faithfully and who remembers Me and meditates on Me constantly.
52. Truth
You should have  truth always with you. Then I will be always with you, wheresoever you are and at all times.
53. Unity
Rama and Rahim were one and the same ; there was not the least difference between them ; then why should  chennai to shirdi flight packages   their devotees fall out and quarrel among themselves ? You ignorant folk, children, join hands and bring both communities together, act sanely and thus you will gain your object of national unity.
54. Vicissitudes of Life
Gain and loss, birth and death, are in the hands of God. But how blindly people forget that God looks after life as long as it lasts !
55. Wordly Honour
Do not be deluded by wordly honour. The form of the deity should be firmly fixed in the mind. Let all the senses and mind be ever devoted to the worship of the Lord.

53. Unity
Rama and Rahim were one and the same ; there was not the least difference between them ; then why should their devotees fall out and quarrel among themselves ? You ignorant folk, children, join hands and bring both communities together, act sanely and thus you will gain your object of national unity.
54. Vicissitudes of Life
Gain and loss, birth and death, are in the hands of God. But how blindly people forget that God looks after life as long as it lasts !
55. Wordly Honour
Do not be deluded by wordly honour. The form of the deity should be firmly fixed in the mind. Let all the senses and mind be ever devoted to the worship of the Lord.

Forty Rules of Love
Rule 1
How we see God is a direct reflection of how we see ourselves. If God brings to mind mostly fear and blame, it means there is too much fear and blame welled inside us. If we see God as full of love and compassion, so are we.
Rule 2
The path to the Truth is a labour of the heart, not of the head. Make your heart your primary guide! Not your mind. Meet, challenge and ultimately prevail over your nafs with your heart. Knowing your ego will lead you to the knowledge of God.
Rule 3
You can study God through everything and everyone in the universe, because God is not confined in a mosque, synagogue or church. But if you are still in need of knowing where exactly His abode is, there is only one place to look for him: in the heart of a true lover.
Rule 4
Intellect and love are made of different materials. Intellect ties people in knots and risks nothing, but love dissolves all tangles and risks everything. Intellect is always cautious and advices, ‘Beware too much ecstasy’, whereas love says, ‘Oh, never mind! Take the plunge!’ Intellect does not easily break down, whereas love can effortlessly reduce itself to rubble. But treasures are hidden among ruins. A broken heart hides treasures.
Rule 5
Most of problems of the world stem from linguistic mistakes and simple misunderstanding. Don’t ever take words at face value. When you step into the zone of love, language, as we know it becomes obsolete. That which cannot be put into words can only be grasped through silence.
Rule 6
Loneliness and solitude are two different things. When you are lonely, it is easy to delude yourself into believing that you are on the right path. Solitude is better for us, as it means being alone without feeling lonely. But eventually it is the best to find a person who will be your mirror. Remember only in another person’s heart can you truly see yourself and the presence of God within you.
Rule 7
Whatever happens in your life, no matter how troubling things might seem, do not enter the neighbourhood of despair. Even when all doors remain closed, God will open up a new path only for you. Be thankful! It is easy to be thankful when all is well. A Sufi is thankful not only for what he has been given but also for all that he has been denied.
Rule 8
Patience does not mean to passively endure. It means to look at the end of a process. What does patience mean? It means to look at the thorn and see the rose, to look at the night and see the dawn. Impatience means to be shortsighted as to not be able to see the outcome. The lovers of God never run out of patience, for they know that time is needed for the crescent moon to become full.
Rule 9
East, west, south, or north makes little difference. No matter what your destination, just be sure to make every journey a journey within. If you travel within, you’ll travel the whole wide world and beyond.
Rule 10
The midwife knows that when there is no pain, the way for the baby cannot be opened and the mother cannot give birth. Likewise, for a new self to be born, hardship is necessary. Just as clay needs to go through intense heat to become strong, Love can only be perfected in pain.
Rule 11
The quest for love changes user. There is no seeker among those who search for love who has not matured on the way. The moment you start looking for love, you start to change within and without.
Rule 12
There are more fake gurus and false teachers in this world than the number of stars in the visible universe. Don’t confuse power-driven, self-centered people with true mentors. A genuine spiritual master will not direct your attention to himself or herself and will not expect absolute obedience or utter admiration from you, but instead will help you to appreciate and admire your inner self. True mentors are as transparent as glass. They let the light of God pass through them.
Rule 13
Try not to resist the changes, which come your way. Instead let life live through you. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?
Rule 14
God is busy with the completion of your work, both outwardly and inwardly. He is fully occupied with you. Every human being is a work in progress that is slowly but inexorably moving toward perfection. We are each an unfinished work of art both waiting and striving to be completed. God deals with each of us separately because humanity is fine art of skilled penmanship where every single dot is equally important for the entire picture.
Rule 15
It’s easy to love a perfect God, unblemished and infallible that He is. What is far more difficult is to love fellow human being with all their imperfections and defects. Remember, one can only know what one is capable of loving. There is no wisdom without love. Unless we learn to love God’s creation, we can neither truly love nor truly know God.
Rule 16
Real faith is the one inside. The rest simply washes off. There is only one type of dirt that cannot be cleansed with pure water, and that is the stain of hatred and bigotry contaminating the soul. You can purify your body through abstinence and fasting, but only love will purify your heart.
Rule 17
The whole universe is contained within a single human being-you. Everything that you see around, including the things that you might not be fond of and even the people you despise or abhor, is present within you in varying degrees. Therefore, do not look for Sheitan outside yourself either. The devil is not an extraordinary force that attacks from without. It is an ordinary voice within. If you set to know yourself fully, facing with honesty and hardness.
Rule 18
If you want to change the ways others treat you, you should first change the way you treat yourself, fully and sincerely, there is no way you can be loved. Once you achieve that stage, however, be thankful for every thorn that others might throw at you. It is a sign that you will soon be showered in roses.
Rule 19
Fret not where the road will take you. Instead concentrate on the first step. That is the hardest part and that is what you are responsible for. Once you take that step let everything do what it naturally does and the rest will follow. Don’t go with the flow. Be the flow.
Rule 20
We were all created in His image, and yet we were each created different and unique. No two people are alike. No hearts beat to the same rhythm. If God had wanted everyone to be the same, He would have made it so. Therefore, disrespecting differences and imposing your thoughts on others is an amount to disrespecting God’s holy scheme.
Rule 21
When a true lover of God goes into a tavern, the tavern becomes his chamber of prayer, but when a wine bibber goes into the same chamber, it becomes his tavern. In everything we do, it is our hearts that make the difference, not our outer appearance. Sufis do not judge other people on how they look or who they are. When a Sufi stares at someone, he keeps both eyes closed instead opens a third eye – the eye that sees the inner realm.
Rule 22
Life is a temporary loan and this world is nothing but a sketchy imitation of Reality. Only children would mistake a toy for the real thing. And yet human beings either become infatuated with the toy or disrespectfully break it and throw it aside. In this life stay away from all kinds of extremities, for they will destroy your inner balance. Sufis do not go to extremes. A Sufi always remains mild and moderate.
Rule 23
The human being has a unique place among God’s creation. “I breathed into him of My Spirit,” God says. Each and every one of us without exception is designed to be God’s delegate on earth. Ask yourself, just how often do you behave like a delegate, if you ever do so? Remember, it fells upon each of us to discover the divine spirit inside and live by it.
Rule 24
Hell is in the here and now. So is heaven. Quit worrying about hell or dreaming about heaven, as they are both present inside this very moment. Every time we fall in love, we ascend to heaven. Every time we hate, envy or fight someone we tumble straight into the fires of hell.
Rule 25
Each and every reader comprehends the Holy Qur’an on a different level of tandem with the depth of his understanding. There are four levels of insight. The first level is the outer meaning and it is the one that the majority of the people are content with. Next is the Batin – the inner level. Third, there is the inner of the inner. And the fourth level is so deep it cannot be put into words and is therefore bound to remain indescribable.
Rule 26
The universe is one being. Everything and everyone is interconnected through an invisible web of stories. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are all in a silent conversation. Do no harm. Practice compassion. And do not gossip behind anyone’s back – not even a seemingly innocent remark! The words that come out of our mouths do not vanish but are perpetually stored in infinite space and they will come back to us in due time. One man’s pain will hurt us all. One man’s joy will make everyone smile.
Rule 27
Whatever you speak, good or evil, will somehow come back to you. Therefore, if there is someone who harbours ill thoughts about you, saying similarly bad things about him will only make matters worse. You will be locked in a vicious circle of malevolent energy. Instead for forty days and nights say and think nice things about that person. Everything will be different at the end of 40 days, because you will be different inside.
Rule 28
The past is an interpretation. The future is on illusion. The world does not more through time as if it were a straight line, proceeding from the past to the future. Instead time moves through and within us, in endless spirals. Eternity does not mean infinite time, but simply timelessness. If you want to experience eternal illumination, put the past and the future out of your mind and remain within the present moment.
Rule 29
Destiny doesn’t mean that your life has been strictly predetermined. Therefore, to live everything to the fate and to not actively contribute to the music of the universe is a sign of sheer ignorance. The music of the universe is all pervading and it is composed on 40 different levels. Your destiny is the level where you play your tune. You might not change your instrument but how well to play is entirely in your hands.
Rule 30
The true Sufi is such that even when he is unjustly accused, attacked and condemned from all sides, he patiently endures, uttering not a sing bad word about any of his critics. A Sufi never apportions blame. How can there be opponents or rivals or even “others” when there is no “self” in the first place? How can there be anyone to blame when there is only One?
Rule 31
If you want to strengthen your faith, you will need to soften inside. For your faith to be rock solid, your heart needs to be as soft as a feather. Through an illness, accident, loss or fright, one way or another, we are all faced with incidents that teach us how to become less selfish and judgmental and more compassionate and generous. Yet some of us learn the lesson and manage to become milder, while some others end up becoming even harsher than before…
Rule 32
Nothing should stand between you and God. No imams, priests, rabbits or any other custodians of moral or religious leadership. Not spiritual masters and not even your faith. Believe in your values and your rules, but never lord them over others. If you keep breaking other people’s hearts, whatever religious duty you perform is no good. Stay away from all sorts of idolatry, for they will blur your vision. Let God and only God be your guide. Learn the Truth, my friend, but be careful not to make a fetish out of your truths.
Rule 33
While everyone in this world strives to get somewhere and become someone, only to leave it all behind after death, you aim for the supreme stage of nothingness. Live this life as light and empty as the number zero. We are no different from a pot. It is not the decorations outside but the emptiness inside that holds us straight. Just like that, it is not what we aspire to achieve but the consciousness of nothingness that keeps us going.
Rule 34
Submission does not mean being weak or passive. It leads to neither fatalism nor capitulation. Just the opposite. True power resides in submission a power that comes within. Those who submit to the divine essence of life will live in unperturbed tranquillity and peace even the whole wide world goes through turbulence after turbulence.
Rule 35
In this world, it is not similarities or regularities that take us a step forward, but blunt opposites. And all the opposites in the universe are present within each and every one of us. Therefore the believer needs to meet the unbeliever residing within. And the nonbeliever should get to know the silent faithful in him. Until the day one reaches the stage of Insane-I Kamil, the perfect human being, faith is a gradual process and one that necessitates its seeming opposite: disbelief.
Rule 36
This world is erected upon the principle of reciprocity. Neither a drop of kindness nor a speck of evil will remain unreciprocated. For not the plots, deceptions, or tricks of other people. If somebody is setting a trap, remember, so is God. He is the biggest plotter. Not even a leaf stirs outside God’s knowledge. Simply and fully believe in that. Whatever God does, He does it beautifully.
Rule 37
God is a meticulous dock maker. So precise is His order that everything on earth happens in its own time. Neither a minute late nor a minute early. And for everyone without exception, the clock works accurately. For each there is a time to love and a time to die.
Rule 38
It is never too late to ask yourself, “Am I ready to change the life I am living? Am I ready to change within?” Even if a single day in your life is the same as the day before, it surely is a pity. At every moment and with each new breath, one should be renewed and renewed again. There is only one-way to be born into a new life: to die before death.
Rule 39
While the part change, the whole always remains the same. For every thief who departs this world, a new one is born. And every descent person who passes away is replaced by a new one. In this way not only does nothing remain the same but also nothing ever really changes. For every Sufi who dies, another is born somewhere.
Rule 40
A life without love is of no account. Don’t ask yourself what kind of love you should seek, spiritual or material, divine or mundane, Eastern or Western. Divisions only lead to more divisions. Love has no labels, no definitions. It is what it is, pure and simple.

52. Truth
You should have  shirdi flight packages from bangalore  truth always with you. Then I will be always with you, wheresoever you are and at all times.

3. Beauty
We have not to bother about beauty or ugliness of the person, but to concentrate solely on God underlying that form.
4. Charity
The donor gives, that is, sows his seeds, only to reap a rich harvest in future. Wealth should be meant to  shirdi flight packages from chennai  work out Dharma.
21. Forbearance
Our Karma is the  shirdi flight packages from chennai  cause of happiness and sorrow.
The mother tortoise is on one bank of the river and her young ones are on the other.

3. Beauty
We have not to bother about beauty or ugliness of the person, but to concentrate solely on God underlying that form.
4. Charity
The donor gives, that is, sows his seeds, only to reap a rich harvest in future.
The mother tortoise is on one bank of the river and her young ones are on the other.
53. Unity
Rama and Rahim were one and the same ; there was not the least difference between them ; then why should their devotees fall out and quarrel among themselves ? You ignorant folk, children, join hands and bring both communities together, act sanely and thus you will gain your object of national unity.
