This sheet is in a sense a self-portrait, but it is not a photographically accurate image of the artist's face, but a reflection of his inner state. In the morning, not yet fully included in reality, a person is at the junction of two worlds: everyday reality and dreams. A light haze seems to add to the work, there are still no strong emotions and tension, everything is balanced and averaged. And the moment of time is stretched to the utmost.

Мзунгу, лист 4 Акрил, темпера 137*122 Мзунгу – термин, который изначально использовался для обозначения людей европейского происхождения, в буквальном переводе (исходя из этимологии слова) – это «тот, кто бродит вокруг» или «странник». В наши дни термин «мзунгу» используется среди нардов банту (Кении, Танзании и т.д.) для обозначения людей с белой кожей, чужестранцев среди своих. The second work in the series is like a dream. Outside the window, frost and cold, and the lyrical hero inside, it's warm and cozy here: you can even dream about fairy-tale worlds. Winter is not scary here, on the contrary - it warms the soul and takes the viewer back to childhood. Reality smoothly dissolves here, and time stops.

These are people who are alien to civilization, they are not worried about Instagram and Facebook, but at 4 in the morning to milk a cow and walk the herd. They have different views on a healthy society, on the concept of happiness and, in general, on life.
