My nevermore confessions

look, I know plulalie is cute and plulalie is probably going to be cannon and plulalie has more content in the fandom but Bernice x Eulalie has just SO MUCH MORE CHEMISTRY and vibes and the canon moments they have are just *chefs kiss* PERFECTION!, not to mention they are so cute together and they just....

have more chemistry than plulalie, they just kind of make a better secondary couple in nevermore, they play off of each other so well, and the fact that they are roommates gives us even more background context of how they got close, and when they are just at 'home' or just not narratively active, they are alreadying bonding which gives a chance to add in more things to their dynamic that could have just naturally developed, while plulalie has the problem that since Pluto likes her and doesn't want to ruin things, he actively tries to avoid interactions that aren't group driven due to his anxiety which ultimately only serves to put more a divide between the two of them, and the whole thing with the series's secondarily ships are to CONTRAST the main couple, not give us a more tame version of it, if I wanted more emotional concealment and lack of acknowledgement twords romantic emotions that are very present, I WOULD JUST READ MORE LENNABEL. Bernalie gives us wholesome couple with unrestrained interactions, Plulalie dose not, and ultimately just kind of fails to set itself up as more than 'Emo boy x Witchy GF'
