OOC;; Since I am reviving the blog after a long pause on threads/interactions, here's a refresher for old and new moots on who my Emmet is:

Subway Boss of Nimbasa City, Unova. His workplace, Battle Subway, serves as a battle facility and a railway system's hub. He is both overlooking the railway system and handles the battles taking place in many subway lines, as well as being the boss of several lines people face after certain number of wins.

Very loud, kind of obnoxious man with a big heart and even bigger passion to make new friends. High intelligence, negative wisdom: he finds himself in trouble often.

Depends on the verse,but his twin brother who is also a subway boss got lost through a space-time rift and ended up in Ancient Sinnoh. Emmet did not handle the period (4 years) well, as he could not find any leads on where his brother might be.

Loves bugs, gossip, playing wingman, sweets, trains. Hates people telling him to be quiet, lies, failing when playing wingman which happens often, not being able to enjoy sweets due to being deadly allergic to various fruits.

Raised by Kalosian household which he ran away from, he is fluent in Kalosian and Unovan. He talks in other common languages of pokeverse well, except Paldean.

Has a lot of hobbies and a strict schedule where he starts his day at 4am. Likes sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking, dancing and ice-skating.

His great-great grandpa was an Ultra Human who got corrupted due to Mega energy in Kalos and turned into a Pheromosa, and still around in the Kalos mansion of Emmet's rich family. Emmet's family for the last 100 years has gone crazy thinking they were blessed/chosen etc. The existence of the poor grandpa is a well-kept family secret, even from the twins.

Due to his Ultra Human ancestry, Emmet has pale Ultra Human eyes that glows in dark.

Trans, pan. He had a lot of casual dates, but is afraid of serious relationships/commitment. Loves weddings and all the cheesy romantic stuff.

For interactions, Emmet is always ready to bother any muse and ask to be friends. You can also see the distinct feautures of Emmet that a muse might notice and make first impression on (constant smile, pale eyes, loud voice). Also, for more informed muses, this sheet on Emmet's public/semi-public info might be known.

rattling the bars of my cage. in the hellblazer universe, all gods spring from the imagination of humans and gain form + power based on the strength of their belief, with the more power they gather influencing how much their belief system shapes the world, meaning all creation myths are true and trade stages of validity based on the level of their specific faith accrued in the world at any given time.

based on that system, it is entirely fucking possible that by the later stages of hellblazer, constantine has participated significantly enough in the renewal / creation / downfall of enough gods, creation figures, and empires — including icons who are significantly tied into judeo-christian origins, like the beast of eden, the first of the fallen, lucifer, and the archangel gabriel — and built enough of a system of faith off the back of that reputation, to qualify as a minor god himself in time. which would explain how jc: hellblazer ends with him still walking and talking despite discovering that he no longer has a pulse or heartbeat. rattling the bars of my fucking cage!!!

I think my favorite unintentional comedy in DS9 is the episode where Odo's off station and Kira asks Julian to spy on Quark and he gets so excited telling her about how Garak's been teaching him surveillance techniques and that he'll watch Quark only for him to completely fuck off for the rest of the episode. We don't even see him in the background. He's just gone.

It doesn’t come out often, but Sionnach can have a very vicious temper, and it’s a direct inheritance from their mother, who, for all of her preening about being a rung or more higher than the feral, wily beasts they left behind generations and generations ago for “more”, is every bit as wild and vicious as their ancestors no matter how she tries to suppress it, and whether through nature or nurture or both, is something she passed along to her middle kit, who was much more eager to embrace their wild roots. Ironically, this often put Sionnach on the receiving end of their mom’s temper.

im not disagreeing with the path of this character's arc, but i feel like smth abt the story's pacing (at least in the manga?) makes it feel a bit strange. hes introduced to the story as the Nice master, he's kinda shown sometimes, usually in a way that shows he cant control his men and that he relies on pater, he has that pathetic moment revealing he keeled under peer pressure and lied abt his identity, he leaves pretty normal, has an unfortunate and confusing time in wild circumstances, is apparently holed up in a barrel in a comical manner for however long, then comes back nuts. there's just something about him that always feels sudden with when we see him again.

: ABOUT THE ARCHIVE OF STATION 10

The Archive of Station 10 is an original project created by me, the mod, and inspired by similar works, such as @/partycoffin’s Welcome Home, Netflix’s Archive 81, and the Mr. Bear’s Cellar (aka 1999) creepypasta.

The Archive of Station 10 focuses on my two main characters, Alex (he/him) and Sloane (she/they). they work for AIRAP (abandoned innovations re-archival project), a fictional company that focuses on recovering old “innovations”, as they refer to them, such as forgotten toy brands, obscure companies, not well-known artists, and, in the case of Station 10, obscure tv stations/shows.

the blog is run by Alex and occasionally Sloane, focusing mainly on Alex, Sloane, and AIRAP’s recovery of Station 10 and the tv shows it aired. Alex and Sloane were directed by AIRAP to create the blog and document the recovery process, to “spread the word of the cause”.

((All signs point to Kariom being a lot like Serban in his youth. Was he a stern kid? Yes. Grumpy? Yes. But he also had fun and was mischievous. He made pinwheels, he wanted to fly kites, he drew and colored in one of Flynn's gardening books (he drew constellations ofc but no doubt other things too) he ate so many cattails by the lake he almost choked to death, he ran around and got into trouble, he tried to make friends, and so on.

It's important to remember that he was a kid and he wasn't always so obsessively driven by his duty---and I mean driven to the point of where he, as an adult, considers all of that stuff as stupid, inconsequential, etc, and prefers not to think on it, driven to the point of self degradation (whether he acknowledges it or not and let's face it; he doesn't), etc, etc---such a severe reaction has to have a cause. Something changed him, something shifted his focus and it was definitely something huge. I imagine it's in part due to whatever happened to the Solomonari and his involvement on top of a variety of other things that built up over time until he could hold nothing else.))
