Imma put this under a read more and with a hundred tags about how this is an anti post about someone who disliked this season particularly and if you read it even after all the disclaimers and got offended then that’s your own personal problem and should go to therapy probably

first of all let’s start with how fucked up is that they did Michael, THE PRINCE OF HEAVEN, GOD’S RIGHT HAND, THE LEADER OF GOD’S ARMY so much dirty in this season.

Like, it seems like they literally went “oh, what’s the opposite of the ‘uwu lucifer’ we have built??? well, A SHITTY MICHAEL!” And I MEAN IT, FOR REAL, seems like they looked up “lucifer traits” and went with exactly the opposite.

lucifer: charming, perfect posture and stance, can make the room where he walks in his, has a new found love for humanity, pristine white wings, apparently his siblings’ favorite, english accent, self-loath

michael: odd-behaviour, apparently has some sort of shoulder issue???, awkward walking after he stops impersonating lucifer, hates humanity, black wings, his siblings hate him apparently, american accent, jealous of lucifer’s ‘success’

how the fuck did you saw The Archangel Michael’s lore and thought ‘lets ignore AAAALLL of this and create him in comparison to our main character as an opposite’

SECOND, what the fuck was that lilith bullshit??? Like, imagine being the first woman, mother of demons, immortal and better than the humans created after adam and eve.... and giving it all up to live a common mortal life just because you saw the magics of heterosexual love???

Like, ok, let’s say it makes sense somehow and she lives a human life, WHY THE FUCK INTRODUCING HER AND KILLING HER THE NEXT EPISODE FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON????? But wait, there IS a reason that takes me to point number

THREE, Mazikeen’s feud against Lucifer.... AGAIN. A-FUCKING-GAIN, HAVEN’T WE HAD THIS PLOT OVER AND OVER AND OVER THROUGH FIVE FUCKING SEASONS?????? Why the fuck is Mazikeen’s entire life revolve around Lucifer’s presence AGAIN!?!?!?!? after all the help and self-love she’s been taught, you reduce her to wanting to have a soul WITH THE SOLE PURPOSE of searching for a sOuLmAtE

Imagine being reduced to your aching need for romantic love (which is also the reason why they took Eve away for absolutely no fucking reason.

And also the whole “archangels’ abilities aren’t real its just humans reflecting their desires/fears/faith/etc.” and how lucifer was able to turn it on (regaining invulnerability after being shot by Dan) and off (’giving’ his mojo to chloe through the strenght of heterosexual intercourse uwu) at will is such bullshit.

especially after Chloe at the end goes “if you have your mojo & invulnerability that means you don’t love me anymore and it’s tru cuz you haven’t told me u love me :’(” get out with this hetero manipulative bullshit!!!

also this is leading me to think the end game is gonna be lucifer just giving up on his ‘immortality and powers’ in order to be with chloe (which we just were shown it’s something you can do apparently, just see lilith lol) and how there’s nothing stronger than love. heterosexual love.

Honestly i’m not surpised and not even disappointed because i’ve seen the descent of this show’s coherence since season 2, at this point, just like with supernatural, i’m just waiting for the end so we can be free of this misery.

Another thing that angered me of spn. Killing the Norse Gods (and who are powerful af in the myths). I hated that they made Baldur evil... who was the most loved God amongst the gods themselves.
