- Cooked food, eaten the food, not hated on the food while eating it (no hate and anger afterwards as well)

- cleaned the dishes

- made my bed and added a very nice yellow bed sheet

- put my laundry in the wardrobe

have been having many weird moments lately when i genuinely cant hear people or my surroundings. which is not something i have usually a problem with because my hearing is very good and if anything most of the time i have sensory overload because i am Too aware of all the sounds around me. but i have been having these episodes when internally i just have this sort of white noise in my ears and it takes me way too long to realize that someone is talking to me or there is a noise or something. like my grandma had to knock on my door several times for me to register that. my friend tried to have a conversation with me multiple times in a row and i just didnt hear, only later it was brought up that i was quiet and i was just like. huh. i literally didnt hear any of that.

one of my friends sent me this video a while ago and i keep going back to it because its the closest representation of what its like in my head in those episodes.
