Why You Should Go To Church I will like to share with you, some good reasons you should attend Church service. These days, I see people feeling spiritually relaxed and less motivated to attend church services, especially after the global pandemic. There are various reasons for these. While some would have worn out by the demands of survival during the week, some think most God’s generals are gluttonous, ushers don’t treat them well, Pastors talk at them or don’t recognize them, while some members judge them by their financial/marital status before they relate with them. etc. All these reasons are valid because we are human. Back from service, chilling and scrolling through my December dumps to find This pics...😍 As a Thespian, this meant so much to me as I got to see my first Christmas Pantomime at the Paladium Theatre recently… titled "Jack and the Beanstalk”😂. It was so beautiful, the asthethics, scenery, costume grandeur, light and sound effects, and the bonus of having @alexanderburke with other amazing stars on stage was the icing of the cake. #moviereview i have heard a lot about this movie and i just want to add my one cent. To be honest, this movie does not need a sequel but since its here and going through backlashes instead of constructive reviews, i will just share my honest one cent of what i think about the movie. First, apart from being suggestive of your criticisms, i think it is unfair to outrightly state that, #chiefdaddy2 is a totally bad movie. The storyline/plot twist many not go down to your expectations but the movie met with global standards which is accepted for a @naijaonnetflix Movie pick/endorsement. Sound, Cinematogrphy, casting, characterisation etc are all in line. As for the storyline/action/plot twist and role interpretation vis a vis is exactly what it should be so You all should rest. Anyone that has an issue with this movie is simply not used to this genre of movie. Nigerians are used to stereotypical scenarios of Satire, Rituals, Sad themes, serious plot twist. Etc. If some of you have watched series like Tyler Perry’s MADEA, you will understand the psychological perspective behind the concept of this (playful, unserious) creative piece intended to be exactly what it is. Lastly, Ebony live TV (Mo Abudu) or Ayo Makun are international brands/players so they dont particularly produce movies for “Nigerian” audience alone, they do movies for a Global audience as well. So if Nigerians dont accept the movie as good enough, they still have a good percentage of viewers who are impressed with the Movie. PS: This is an honest opinion devoid of Hate and i share this respectfully.
