Summary: You get a concussion
Tumblr media
It was a rare day off for both Magda and Pernille, one they spend watching movies without a certain thirteen year old studying at the kitchen table.
It's during a small gap in choosing the next movie when Pernille gets the call.
"Hello?"
"Hi, Miss Harder. We're just calling in regards to y/n?"
Pernille sits up. "Why? Is something wrong?"
Her first thought is that you've had an anxiety attack. You haven't had one in a while. You've been happy with your school work and you've been happy with your training. But Pernille can't think of any other reason why the staff were calling her.
"I'm afraid that she caught a ball in the face a little while ago and collided with her posts," The staff member explains," We've had her checked out by the medics and it's a low-grade concussion but we're just wanting you to come and pick her up."
"Yeah, yeah, of course. We'll be right there."
Magda looks confused as Pernille drops the call, not really getting an answer until they're already in the car.
You're sitting by the receptionist when they get there, holding a cold compress to your head.
"That's quite the egg you've got there," Magda teases as she looks over the swelling," Does it hurt?"
You huff. "A little bit. Is it true I can't come back to training for ten days?"
"You can't come back until you're fully healed," Magda says," Ten days is the average. Could be up to fourteen."
You huff again, kicking your training bag in annoyance. "It's not that bad!"
"It's bad if you start getting into the habit of playing while injured," Magda replies with a pointed look," Come on, up. Let's get you home."
You stubbornly don't talk in the car, arms crossed over your chest until Pernille snaps at you for not using the icepack.
She fusses with you when you get home as you're shepherded onto the sofa and buried under blankets.
You groan when she flashes a penlight in your eyes.
"Why do you even have one of those?" You complain, trying to push her hand away.
"Who cares why?" Pernille says," Stop moving."
"They already did it at practice," You say, still trying to avoid the light," I'm fine. It's just a headache."
"Did they give you painkillers?"
"Momma," You say," I'm fine."
She gives you a look. "Magda, grab some painkillers please."
Magda rolls her eyes. "If she says she's fine then she's fine."
"That would be the case if she wasn't your daughter," Pernille argues back," You do this too, so painkillers, please, Magda."
You're practically forced to swallow down some pills before Momma and Morsa settle in with you. You lay horizontally on the sofa with your feet in Morsa's lap and your head in Momma's.
The tv is switched off due to your concussion but you can hear Morsa watching something on her phone.
You try to sit up but Momma's gentle hand in your hair forces it to remain in her lap.
"Momma," You complain," I just want to-"
"Go on your Morsa's phone, yes, I know but you know concussion protocol. No technology."
"It's unfair," You say," She's teasing me!"
"Hey!" Morsa laughs," It's not my fault you got hit in the head!"
You stick your tongue out at her and the argument goes back and forth for a while before Momma manoeuvres you to your feet.
"I don't want to nap!" You say as she pulls you up the stairs.
Pernille doesn't listen to you and, for some reason, you allow yourself to be tucked into bed. Your head pounds even though you've taken a painkiller and you reach out to grab her wrist when she moves to go.
"Momma," You say, hating how your voice suddenly sounds all weak and pathetic," Please don't go."
"Of course not, princesse," She assures you," I'm just going to turn off your light. You're silly for thinking I'm leaving you alone while you're injured."
"You're silly for thinking either of us are leaving." Morsa appears in the doorway, leaning casually against the frame as you give her a wry smile.
"Are you here to go on your phone while I can't?"
Morsa laughs. "Who do you think I am, princesse? I can't just want to take a nap with you?"
"Going by your track record? No."
She slips into bed with you, wiggling around under the covers for a moment. "Can I have some pillow?"
You turn on your side, resting your head on Momma's chest with a smug smile. "No."
"Come on! You're not even using it!"
"Why don't you use your phone as a pillow?" You taunt and Morsa groans.
"Are you really holding that against me? I'm not the one with the concussion!"
"Magda," Momma says," Stop teasing her."
"Yeah, Morsa, stop teasing me!"
"And you," Momma says," We're meant to be napping. You're hurt."
You huff. "Do I have to?"
"Yes. So close your eyes and go to sleep. Maybe if you nap, you'll heal up quicker."
You don't need much more convincing than that.

Bad Days and Zoo Trips - HarderssonKid!R x Niamh and Jessie
Tumblr media
Summary: sometimes all it takes to make a bad day a little bit better is going to see your favorite animals at the zoo. (the request was more hardersson x kid!r)
A/N: who wants to guess how many different ideas this started as before it landed on this?
You are having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.
It all started this morning when Morsa told you that you had to go to nursery because your babysitter got sick and they couldn’t take you to practice because they had grown up things to do afterwards. Then when you were getting dressed Momma wouldn’t let you wear your Barcelona jersey with Moster Frido’s name on the back (because it's dirty) so you have to settle for wearing one of Tante Simone’s Hammarby shirt’s.
The terrible horrible no goodness continues at breakfast when you have to eat pancakes instead of waffles because there are none. And Morsa doesn’t even put any fruit in it like normally does when you have waffles.
You cry the whole way to nursery, where things do not get any better.
When you get there, a little boy that you don’t recognize is sitting in your normal spot on the rug and Miss makes you sit somewhere else when you ask him to move.
That little boy, Zac, continues to make your day worse at every possible turn.
After the rug incident, he takes the last seat at the lego table even though your friend Jamie had been saving it for you. When your class goes outside, he refuses to let you play football and then when the teachers make him, he keeps shoving you over. But, of course, Miss only notices when you shove him back and so you get put in timeout.
When you get back inside, after naptime, Miss tells the class a story about Vikings from Sweden, and the day improves for all of about 2 minutes when she lets you tell everyone about the Viking museum you went to the last time you visited Stockholm. But it goes sour again when Zac keeps cutting you off and even says that girls weren’t allowed to be vikings, which is just completely untrue.
That unfortunately, is your breaking point and before you even realize it, you’re across the room shoving the boy over. And just as quickly, Miss has grabbed you around the waist and is hauling you over to the timeout stool.
After 5 minutes, she comes back and brings you over to say sorry to Zac, except you don’t. Instead you start a rant in Swedish about Vikings, and well both your refusal to apologize and the Swedish (something you’ve been warned about in the past) land you back in the timeout where you stay for the rest of the day.
You’re not sure how long it really is but it feels like forever before the sound of two familiar voices have you turning around to face the rest of the classroom.
You only need to catch a glimpse of them before you're off the stool and barrelling towards them at fool speed barely dodging the other kids who are still waiting to get picked up.
“Jessie, Niamh,” you all but shout, slamming directly into the Englishwoman's legs, “Why are you here? Where’s my Momma and Morsa?”
Before either of the athletes have a chance to answer, Miss speaks instead.
“Y/N, I know you’re very excited to see your friends but that’s no excuse for running or shouting indoors.”
“Sorry, Miss.” Even to your own ears you don’t sound very sorry. “I’m going to get my things.”
You dart back off across the classroom, only slowing down slightly when Miss calls out after you.
It takes you less than a minute to grab your things and come back, immediately shoving your jumper and backpack into Niamh’s hands.
“No way, kid, we’re under strict instructions to make sure that you wear this,” the defender says.
“No thank you, bye Miss,” you say, taking Jessie’s hand and leading her out of the classroom and the building.
You can hear Niamh laughing as she follows behind, still holding your jumper, and complaining about it, until Jessie eventually stops you halfway down the block.
“Y/N/N, I know you don’t want to but you really need to wear your sweater,” the Canadian says.
“No thank you.”
That earns you a hard stare from the older girl, “I wasn’t really asking you.”
“No.”
“Yes, Y/N.”
With the two of you locked in a very intense stare down, Niamh takes the opportunity to take you by surprise, forcing the jumper over your head. She manages to get it down past your shoulders, making it so you can do nothing but whine as you struggle to get your arms free and through the appropriate holes.
“Not fair,” you say with a stomp of your foot and the slightest pout, once you manage to free yourself.
“Isn’t it crazy how life is rarely fair,” Niamh asks sarcastically. “But since it isn’t fair, I guess that means that you don’t want to come to the zoo with Jessie and I?”
Wide-eyed you look over at the Canadian, who just nods at you very seriously before speaking, “Niamh and I would just have to go by ourselves and it won’t be as much fun without our favorite little girl there to tell us about all the reptiles and amphibians.”
You pretend to take a moment to think about it but anyone watching from the outside, specifically Jessie and Niamh, can see the way you’re practically shaking with excitement.
“Well, I suppose that we can still go,” you say as calmly as a kid your age can, “the two of you need someone to help you see the differences in all the salamanders and newts.”
The two footballers exchange a knowing smirk over the top of your head as you allow Niamh to take you by the hand.
The trip to the zoo takes too long in your humble opinion but you do your best to not bounce up and down in your seat. Once you reach the zoo, all sense of pretense is lost and you just barely agree to see some of the other animals before you attach your face to the glass in the reptile exhibit.
You allow yourself to be dragged to the different primates (where you do your best not to make faces back at them), then to the big cats (where you happily explain that lions aren’t kings of the jungle because they live in the savannah) and finally to the giraffes (where you crack jokes about them being even taller than Millie).
Eventually though, you do make it to the reptile exhibit just in time to see one of the handlers taking a baby alligator out of its habitat.
Immediately, you rush forward with the other kids, getting as close as possible to the zookeeper.
“Hello, I’m zookeeper Jack and this here is my friend Billy, he’s visiting us from America.”
From the second the zookeeper starts talking, you’re hooked, staring in silent wonder as the animal is held on display. The only movement you make is to raise your hand in an attempt to answer almost every question.
Near the end, Jack asks if anyone would like to hold Billy and your hand is the only one that goes up.
“We’ve got a brave one. What’s your name,” he asks, while showing you where to put your hands.
“Y/N.”
“And who brought you to the zoo today?”
“Niamh and Jessie,” you say, slowly point Billy’s head towards them. “They promised to let me show them the newts and salamanders.”
“Niamh and Jessie are your sisters?”
“Yea.”
You’ve completely returned your attention to Billy the gator, so you’re not even aware of the shock that your words have given the two athletes.
“One more question for you, Y/N, and then we’ll let you and your sisters take a photo with our friends here,” Jack says. “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
“A herpetologist,” you say. Then after a moment, “Or maybe a viking, I haven’t decided yet.”
“Well, if you’re as gentle with all animals as you were with Billy, I think you have a pretty good chance at it,” he says, choosing to ignore the bit about becoming a viking, not wanting to break your little kid heart.
Jack the zookeeper then quickly ushers both of the footballers to the front to take a photo. He tries to make them stand next to you only for both of them to stand behind you and as far away from Billy’s teeth as they could.
When he takes the alligator back, you thank him before dragging Niamh and Jessie over to one of the vivariums you noticed on your way in. The large glass habitat is set up to resemble the ecosystem of the rivers and creeks in the pacific northwest and there, peeking out from underneath a rock, is the very animal you’ve been wanting to show them, the rough skin newt.
“Look,” you say, pointing the black and orange creature out, “That little guy is one of the most toxic animals in all of America. Just one of them contains enough toxin to kill 12 adults.”
“That’s scary, why do you know that,” Niamh asks.
“It’s not scary, it's cute,” you tell her. “And cool! There’s only one animal that can safely eat them and most of the time that snake decides it isn’t worth the hassle.”
The smile on your face only grows as you continue to gush about the tiny amphibians and its cousins. It doesn’t go away until well after you return home.
When you do get back home, now armed with a stuffed Smooth Newt and your face still sticky with the ice cream you had leaving the zoo, you excitedly tell your mothers about Billy, completely missing the look Momma sends the two younger players.
What you don’t miss is the way Morsa quickly ushers you out of the room under the guise of helping you find a spot for your new friend, affectionately dubbed Bäcken (She goes right next to Älg in your bed obviously.) And you definitely don’t miss the way Niamh tries to hide behind Jessie to avoid Momma’s wrath as you walk away.
But in the end, you decide not to pay it too much attention because you’re far too busy telling your Morsa the names of all the different reptiles and amphibians you saw at the zoo as she helps you get cleaned up before dinner.
She's not very impressed with the amount of dirt you're covered in, so she makes you change while asking you about it. And she's even less impressed when you tell her about your day at nursery but you immediately change the subject back to the zoo, so she let's it go.
When your clothes are changed and the dirt and ice cream are wiped from your skin, the two of you head out to the dining room joining the others.
Where you realize that you have to start your story telling all over again because Momma didn't hear the part about the snakes and everyone else realizes that this is all you'll be talking about for weeks.

Wouldn't let you date my child
Tuva Hansen x reader
Tumblr media
Besides the girls from the second team, I was the youngest one in the Bayern squad.
Only being 19 and already playing for Bayern München and the German national team was insane.
And even though it didn't make a difference while playing, they still liked to make fun of me for being the youngest.
Not in a bad way, since there wasn't such a huge age difference between me and the other players, but they just couldnt resist.
And then there were Magda and Pernille.
They joint Bayern at the same time as me and kind of took me under their wing.
Something our teammates liked to made fun of too, they said that they adopted me.
And to be honest I cant say that I don't like the thought of that, they are really nice to me and helped me a lot to get used to a new team and city.
"P, who would you not let date your child?" I hear Zadi asking as I put my suitcase into the bus. We are on our way to our away game in Duisburg and I think she got bored of waiting.
She has pointed her phone at Pernille, recording the question and her answer.
"Mhmm....Tuva I think." she then says, laughing.
I watch Zadi asking the same question to some other players and I notice that a lot of them actually say Tuva.
I stay outside until I see Magda coming towards Zaid, cause I am really curious about her answer.
She asks her the question and Magda laughs, "I cant say that, I think it's sorta mean."
"Magda." Zadi complains.
"Tuva." Magda then whispers, making Zadi laugh.
I get into the bus and take my usual spot behind Magda and Pernille.
"Hey P." I hear Glodis shouting, she is siting a few rows before us, a big smile on her face.
"Why wouldn't you let Y/N date Tuva?" she asks, making the others around us laugh.
"Why wouldn't you let your child date Georgia?" she replies and I notice Tuva looking at me.
I smile at her and notice her cheeks getting a little red before she looks away.
We fly out to Duisburg and when we get to our hotel it is already late, we all eat dinner together before going to our rooms.
Since Kathi isn't here because of her injury I get a single room and after I settled in I hear a slight knock on the door.
"Hey there." I greet Tuva, she's already dressed in some joggers and a Bayern hoodie.
"Sorry but I cant come in." she says, but takes a step inside so I can close the door behind her.
"Why not?" I ask, leaning against the wall.
"Your adoptive moms don't want you to date me." she says but by the smile on her face I know that she isn't serious and she comes closer to me.
She places her hand against the wall, next to my head and I look at her innocently.
"Really, well in that case.....maybe you should go back to your room." I say, trying to step aside but she quickly places her other hand also on the wall, so I am trapped between them.
"Or maybe I should just ignore what they think."
As an answer to that, I pull her closer and softly kiss her.
"I think option two is the better one." I whisper in the space between us as we brake apart.
"Good, because I really don't want to brake up with you, like ever."
I pull her into a hug and let my head rest on her shoulder.
"Do you think they really mean what they say?" I ask as we are lay down on my bed, Tuva instantly pulling me into her arms.
"A little maybe, but I don't think anybody from the team would tell their child who they can date and not date." she says, softly pushing some hair out of my face.
"I know I think to much about what people may think of me and technically Magda and P aren't even my parents but, except for you, they are the closest thing to family I have here." I say and she smiles at me.
"Yeah, but I they will always love you. They would rather kill me if I hurt you.."
I laugh at her answer and place a kiss on her cheek, we've only been together for seven months but I love her so damn much.
"Do you really think we are a family?" she asks after some seconds, referring to what I said earlier.
My heart melts at her question, Jesus I have so much love for her.
"Yes, I...I do think that." I say and feel her pulling me a little bit closer to her. "You and also Vilja are my family, and the team of course too."
"Oh yeah Vilja definitely thinks that too, she already loves you more than me."
"That's so not true."
"Oh yeah? You remember our walk last Saturday? When we both called her and she went straight to you."
"Maybe I am just so lovable." I suggest and she laughs, before pressing a kiss to my lips.
"Oh you defiantly are."
I let my head rest on her shoulder and Tuva pulls a blanked around us.
"I wish you could stay here tonight." I say, we talked about this topic a lot already, we thought about talking to the stuff so that we could be roomies but we didn't want anyone to get suspicious.
And even though I had a single room, we didn't want Lea to worry why Tuva wasn't sleeping in their room.
"Me too, but you can stay at my place tomorrow night if you like." she says and I nod.
"I will never say no to that."
She softly starts to run her fingers through my hair and it gets harder to keep my eyes open.
It is always like that with her, she makes me feel so safe and when I am laying in her arms, her running her hand through my hair. And when she then starts to talk to me in her native language, I tend to fall asleep.
"You should sleep, Søta." she whispers and I open my eyes again.
"Only if I get a goodnight kiss." I give in.
"Always." she softly places on hand on my cheek and then her lips meet mine.
I love the way they feel against mine and in the way she kisses me I can feel the love that is between us.
I am so lucky to have her.
"Goodnight." she whispers and gets up.
"Goodnight, Tuva." I answer and follow her to the door, she gives me another kiss before leaving and I quickly brush my teeth and then go back to bed.
------
The game the next day goes really well, Duisburg scores in the first half but after the break we score five times and take the three points home with us.
After the next training session I find a small note, tucked inside my shoes.
"Meet me outside, love T."
Tomorrow most of us are leaving for trainings camp with their national team so she probably wants to say goodbye to me.
I quickly change my cloths and collect my stuff, before saying goodbye to the others.
When I exit the locker room I hear Magda shouting something but I cant hear what it is.
I go to the spot where we usually meet after training and as I go around the corner I see her leaning against the wall.
"Hey." I say and for a few seconds I allow my self to get lost in the blue of her eyes.
"I wanted to say goodbye." she explains and takes me hand "But not here."
She pulls me down the hall and into a small room that is normally used for med tests, but there is nobody in it.
I put my bag down and Tuva pulls me into her arms.
"I'm gonna miss you." she whispers against my head.
I take a deep breath and inhale her scent before answering.
"I will miss you too."
She smiles, softly kissing my head.
"You know that we both have a couple of days off, after our last international game." she says and I nod.
"Yeah?"
"I thought...maybe...only if you want to...then..."
"Tuva." I softly say and she laughs, it is more than cute when she is this nervous.
"I could book you a flight no Norway and you could come with me to where I grow up, meet my parents, see my other home." she suggests.
"Other home?"
"Well that place, where my family is, is my home. But you are my home too." she explains and I smile.
"I would love to see your other home."
"Good, I will get you a ticket later." she says and I lean my head against her shoulder.
She places her hand on my cheek and softly rubs her thumb over my skin.
I lean back and softly kiss her, not wanting to let go of her yet.
And as she pulls me closer, my body crashing against hers, the door next to us flys open.
"Y/N I....WHOA!"
Tuva lets go of me but her hand is still holding mine.
"WHAT THE FUCK" Magda says, in a volume that now everyone probably heard it.
"Your good?" I hear Pernille asking from outside and then she comes in too.
"What's going on?" she asks as she sees me and Tuva standing there.
"They kissed." Magda says and points at us.
"Who kissed?" I hear Georgia asks and just some seconds after she comes in along with Linda and Jill.
"Tuva." Magda says, her voice so much deeper than usual that it scares me a little bit.
She takes a step forward and with one arm Tuva shoves me behind her back (something that would actually be really cute in another situation).
"Yes?"
"You are a really good player and I appreciate it that you always have my back on the field....BUT....if you hurt her or do anything to make her cry.....then I-" at that point of her speech, she reaches out and pokes her finger into Tuva's shoulder.
"-will hurt you!"
"I would never hurt her." Tuva answers, grabbing my hand a bit tighter.
"Babe....I think they're old enough to have a relationship." Pernille softly says, smiling at me but pulling Magda backwards.
"Well I guess your child doesn't care what you say about not dating someone." Glodis says from the door, I didn't even notice her coming in.
Magda turns back towards Tuva.
"You better be good Hansen!"

Hello , I don't know actually if it happened or if you know something about it, but I think I saw somewhere in Twitter or tumblr if it was Alexia or any other barca player wanting to exchange shirt with a player or goalkeeper of opposite team who was so shocked that they wanted to exchange shirts , she was the best player of the opposite team.
hmm, the only viral story involving alexia that stands out in my mind is the jen beattie/alexia exchange.
Tumblr media
also, there was that one time that alexia exchanged shirts with tobin heath back in 2019.
Tumblr media
gif source: @tobinheath17arg
the other story that i think is super cute is aitana waiting 20 minutes to exchange shirts with pernille harder!

Another Kid (Magda and Pernille x young!reader)
Tumblr media
warnings: alcoholism, throwing up
a/n: based off this request here
prompt: the reader didn’t grow up in a good family and struggled to ask for help, so pernille and magda make sure she knows she is at home with chelsea
You weren’t super tall, maybe 5,6…5,7 on a good day you liked to say. But man, you were intimidating. You never hurt anyone, but your tackles came in full force, your glares would make a player on the opposite side of the field look down and your handshake was so firm that you would leave the referees shaking their hand in the air to rid themselves of the feeling of your hand squeezing theirs. You were strong. That was no doubt. But maybe you were just waiting for someone… or some people to help break down your walls, and reveal the delicate you.
Your walls had never come down completely, although there had been two occasions where the team thought they had. The first time was on the mark of your first year with Chelsea. The girls had thrown a little party, which honestly was more of an excuse to drink beer, but you were grateful for it. You all gathered at Pernille and Magda’s house, had a cheat night of pizza and beer, played games and had all around fun. You didn’t drink any beer, you never did consume alcohol considering it was the main reason behind your shit childhood. The main reason behind the walls you had put up as well.
So, as Magda did her special party trick (drank a bit too much and got sick), you were the one who ended up having to sit with her in the washroom. Pernille hadn’t come to the party due to the fact that her mother and father were in town, she had apologized but you insisted it was okay, because it was.
That night, you played the role of Pernille. A younger, darker haired Pernille. You let Magda lay on your lap, and you held her hair as she threw up. You brushed your fingers through her hair and dabbed her face with a warm towel. That moment was the closest you had ever gotten to being completely and utterly soft. But then Magda threw up on your lap and you tried to stay calm but you freaked out solid.
Magda remembered nothing the next morning and you did not remind her.
The second time was after winning the 2022 FA cup. You hadn’t cried of joy right away although you could have. Instead, you hugged every single person on the team for over ten seconds each. "Was that an actual hug, y/n/n?" every one of the girls including Emma had said. You had rolled your eyes.
When you got into the changing room, emotions came over you. Your eyes welled with tears as you sat down at your cubby, your head in your hands. Aniek had been the one to accidentally ruin it. "Are you crying?" she asked gently, not meaning to strike a nerve. "No! What the hell?!" you said, standing up quickly and walking into the washroom.
Ever since that day, Magda and Pernille had realized that there was more behind your tears, they noticed that there was more than joy behind your eyes. As everyone on the team hugged their parents and siblings, or face timed them after that game, you sat in a corner on your phone, staring at the apps on your phone.
"She doesn’t have anyone to call, does she?" Pernille said, her arm around Magda’s waist as they watched you sadly. "We’ll be the people she can call then," the swedish woman answered.
It was a promise they had made to themselves and that they upheld every day. They didn’t know what your family situation was, but they did know that they wanted to be your new family.
And they kept that promise every single day. Wether it was holding you tightly but briefly when you had a bad day, or just picking you too be in their group during drills, you were always with P and Magda. You were constantly being caught on camera in the arms of Magda or P, being jokingly carried on and off the pitch like a baby. The denmark native and the swede had a similar behaviour with Niahm and Jessie but with you… they had really claimed you. You were theirs, and everyone knew that.
And sooner than you knew it, a year had passed and it was once again the FA cup final, but against the red side of Manchester this time. Pernille wasn’t starting as she was recently back from injury so you did your pregame routine after warmup. A quick three person handshake and then you hugged them tightly. The kissed one of your temples each and then you stood in a circle, holding the hands of your mothers.
0-0 at half made you feel relieved. Manchester United had easily been the stronger half and you had all been so lucky they hadn’t conceded.
Going into the second half, you had a desire. In a year, you had been named best young player of the year amongst a bunch of other awards, and you were in the race for the golden boot, tied with Rachel Daly. At last years FA cup, you had played 6 minutes and today… today you were on thee starting. You needed to score. A goal at Wembley… what more could you ask for?
Your wish was granted in the 56th minute, a couple minutes after Pernille had been subbed on. Magda sent a long, long ball through the field to find Pernille on the wing. The Scandinavian controlled the ball perfectly and got passed Ona Batlle. Your run was perfect, but you were sprinting to get there. Pernille crossed it in the air and you jumped.
Your head hit the ball, the ball hit the netting, and then you hit the turf, falling at the feet of Mary Earps who yelled a loud curse word. But you were full of joy. You stood up, screaming at the top of your lungs and running towards Pernille with your arms wide. Magda came and then Jessie, Niahm, Sam, Guro, everyone. You had jumped into Pernilles arms, your legs around her waist. You faced the fans, blowing kisses to the crowd and yelling at the top of your lungs.
It was a family goal.
When the final whistle blew, you fell to your knees and let out a large breath of relief. "You did it!" Pernille and Magda yelled, rushing to you and tackling you into a hug on the pitch.
The celebrations were insane, you lifted the trophy with Magda, you danced on the field, gave your shirt to a young fan, took pictures and danced some more. The difference was that when people went to see or call their families Magda and Pernille stayed with you.
"You played so well today baby," Magda said to you. It was said in a motherly way, a way that made you blush and look down at your lap. "Listen, we’ve never wanted to ask but if you ever want to… i don’t know… talk? Yeah, talk about whatever your family situation is, we are more than here for you. You know that right?"
You fiddled with your fingers, not looking at the blondes on either side of you. "Yeah, I know," you answered half heartedly.
"Y/n…" Pernille said gently. "Not to be… dramatic or whatever but I’ve been told that before, okay? And it wasn’t true," you said, standing up from the bench you were on. A few heads turned but you didn’t want to make a scene so you sat back down quickly. You hung your head and then inhaled and exhaled heavily.
"My mother got pregnant with me when she was 18. My dad just freaked out and left, I’ve never met him and he’s never shown any desire to want to meet me, even though he knows who I am. My mother got deep, deep into drugs and alcohol when I was 5. By the time I was 6 I was walking 30 minutes to get to school by myself, and- and cooking and I would animal sit for all of my neighbours with pets just to try and help my mother out a little. I started playing football when I was 7 because my best friends dad was the coach and he agreed to let me play on his boys team for free. I played with that team till I was 10 and then when I wanted to switch to competitive I got an anonymous amount of money to put towards keeping on playing football. I had no clue it was from who, and I still don’t. Anyways. I played football with clubs in Ottawa till I was 16 and started playing with the U-17 Canada team as well. You know the story from there. But that’s just the public story. The private story was that from age 10 to 17 my mother was constantly passed out, the house smelled like vomit, it was horrible. And my mother hated me. She thought it was all my fault that she landed in addiction. So when I was 18 and I left for Stanford… I deleted her number and I haven’t talked to her since. That’s the story."
It felt as though you had said that whole rant in one breath. Throughout everything, your eyes stayed fixed on your feet. You had not realized your eyes were filled with tears and you didn’t like it when you realized. Quickly, you used the neck of your shirt to erase any trace of tears. "Y/n/n…" Magda said, lifting your chin and making you look at her, her own eyes glistening with tears. "Don’t cry," you said to her before looking over at Pernille who was keeping herself together a bit more but obviously hurt for you. "Guys! Geez were FA cup champions… again! Let’s focus on that! Okay?"
You said this as you stood up, genuinely truly happy that you had won the cup again. But your "mothers" did not let you off that easily. Pernille and Magda both had the idea of reaching out to grab your jersey and pull you back which ended up in your flying backwards onto Magda’s lap. "Okay I know you guys see yourself as my parents or whatever but you do realize i’m not actually a baby right?" you asked, looking at Magda as you sat on her legs. "Haha," she said. "But while I have you here, please underhand that you are so much more than your past, okay?" Magda said, Pernille nodding along to her girlfriends words. "Okay," you said.
You never really talked about it again, but Magda and P knew, and when the reality that they needed to sign a new contract immediately or choose a club to leave too, (Bayern or OL at the moment) they gave each other one look, and then looked over at Millie who had you slung over her shoulder as Jessie and Niahm watched you, laughing loudly, and that was it. They were staying at Chelsea.

Camp
Hardersson x Baby!Reader
Part of The Big Adventures Universe
Summary: Your first time at camp
Tumblr media
The first time you go to Sweden Camp, you're still a baby.
You don't even remember it but Magda does.
Magda knows it as the day that she was no longer the favourite Eriksson in camp. It doesn't really matter that she was the only Eriksson in the team but after your arrival, she might as well have been a ghost because everyone was just so enamoured with you.
"Where is she?" Frido demands when Magda turns up on the first day of camp babyless.
"With Pernille," Magda says," She'll come in a few days. It's not easy to travel with a baby, you know."
Frido waves a hand dismissively. "But they'll be here soon, right?"
"You know they're only here for a few hours, right? They're not staying."
Frido doesn't seem to hear her or at least doesn't acknowledge Magda's said anything because she goes off to do something else while Magda stays frozen in confusion in the lobby.
Pernille arrives a few days after camp begins and a day before the match.
The team are out practising on the pitch, running through passing drills. No one notices her there for a long while until Magda does a bad pass to Frido and the ball goes flying.
Frido turns around to retrieve it and immediately sprints off in the opposite direction. It leads to a few people following her gaze and breaking off into sprints of their own.
Tragically, Magda is one of the last to notice your arrival and is kept at the back of the throng of Swedish players that now encircle you and Pernille.
She forces her way through viciously until she pops out just as Pernille transfers you to Frido's arms.
You're still tiny but are old enough now to have enough strength to support your own head so you happily sit in Frido's arms as she coos at you softly.
You giggle, reaching a hand out to smack against her nose.
"Oh!" Frido says with a little laugh," Did you get my nose? Is that my nose? I think it is!"
Ordinarily, Magda would tease Frido for how high-pitched her voice has gotten in your company but then she'd be open to being called a hypocrite because Magda's voice does the same.
"Look at you," Zećira coos," Those are good reflexes." She nudges Magda teasingly. "I'm thinking Operation Mušović for baby Eriksson?"
Magda shoves her back. "It will be a cold day in hell when you turn my baby into the second version of you."
"It doesn't matter what position she plays," Caroline says decisively as the crowd parts for their captain," Because this little lady-" She takes you from Frido. "-Is the future captain of Sweden."
Pernille, who has mostly been ignored, sighs. "Or Denmark. She's my child too, you know."
"I suppose we could lend you her," Caroline says diplomatically," Denmark youth player, Sweden captain."
"I'll settle for it the opposite way around," Pernille replies but she's waved off as Caroline presents you to the rest of the team.
"You better watch out," Caroline says," Because we might have a new Eriksson in our defensive line."
"A Harder in your offence more like," Pernille says but, like Magda, she's mostly ignored.
Neither can do much as the team passes you around like something sacred. Everyone takes the time to coo and play with you before you're moved onto the next person.
The plan was for you to be introduced to the team for a few hours but be gone by dinner. Somehow though, you've taking your bottle in the middle of the dining hall.
Even more strangely, Magda is not the one doing it.
It had been a little difficult to get you to take a bottle after months of just Pernille's breast but Magda's glad she's got the opportunity to feed you as well.
She just wishes it didn't mean that other people can feed you now too.
Right now, it's Frido and Magda should have known that she would do this. She just adores you and hoarding your time is her game plan at home as well so it's no wonder she's doing the same at camp too.
"No," Magda says as Olivia appears by the table," Don't you dare."
"Magda," Pernille says," It's sweet."
Magda ignores her, pointing at Olivia in warning. "No! I told you guys no!"
"Everyone put into a pot," Olivia says," It's a collective gift. You can't say no."
"You know what? Yes, yes I can. No! You're spoiling her!"
"She's a baby," Olivia insists," She deserves to be spoiled!"
Magda can agree with that. You do deserve to be spoiled but there's a difference between getting spoiled and whatever Olivia's got in the four bags in her arms.
"No!" Magda insists," It's too much!"
"Not enough," Frido says," I was going to get her more but Caroline put a cap on the amount of money someone could put in the pot."
"Frido!"
"What? Didn't you listen? I didn't get her as much as I wanted to!"
Magda goes to retort back but a hand on her arm from Pernille makes her fall silent.
"Thank you, girls," Pernille says, taking the bags," I hope she gets lots of use out of what you've bought her."

No Coat - Hardersson x Kid!Reader
Tumblr media
Summary: Kid!R has a very full day but it always comes back to not wanting to wear a coat.
A/N: This is very dialogue heavy and if it seems like a hot mess its because I tried to think like a 3-year-old. Also, how many conversations do you think I've had with my mother about weather appropriate clothing?
Game day is your favorite day of the week.
Mostly because it means that you get to lay in bed for a long time and you don’t have to get dressed and go to nursery or your babysitter’s house.
And sometimes, if you’re really lucky like you seemed to be this morning, you get to have a cuddle with your moms in the big bed.
Grabbing your stuffed moose, Älg, you roll out of bed and make your way down the hall to your mothers’ room.
Opening the door, you aren’t surprised when your Danish mother lifts her head and watches you make your way to her side of the bed.
“What are you doing out of bed lille skat,” your mamma asks you.
“I want to lay in the big bed,” you tell her softly.
She doesn’t respond, just picks you up and pulls you into the bed, where you make yourself comfortable immediately.
The last thing you hear before you drift off is your mamma mumbling about how cuddly you’re being while stroking hair.
You’re practically dead to the world after that, only stirring when you get passed from one set of arms to a different but still familiar pair.
Shortly after that, you’re awoken by a voice asking if you’re ready to wake up and start your day yet.
“Nej,” you whine, trying to bury yourself further within the blankets.
“Nej,” the voice, which your slightly more awake brain recognizes as your Morsa, says in fake shock, “But our friend Älg is awake and ready to eat breakfast. We wouldn’t want him to starve, would we?”
Peeking your head from under the blanket, you see your Swedish mother looking at you and holding your favored stuffed animal.
“If Älg is hungry, I guess we can get out of bed,” you say, sitting up.
“Good choice, älskling,” Morsa says before she gets up and carries you to the kitchen for breakfast.
“Morsan,” you say, once you’ve reached the kitchen and she’s placed you in your seat.
“Yes.”
“Sun’s out today, don’t need to wear my coat,” you tell her pointing out the kitchen window.
That gets a laugh from both your mothers, Mamma placing a plate in front of you while ruffling your hair.
“Sorry skat, it’s still February, the sun is tricking you,” she says, making you pout.
Breakfast passes smoothly for you, in that you’re more focused on what’s on your plate than whatever conversation your parents are having.
When you’re done, and your face and hands more than thoroughly covered with food, your mamma takes you from the table to help you get ready for the day.
It goes well until it comes time to get dressed.
“What jersey do you want to wear today, Y/N/N,” Mamma asks, opening your drawer.
“Jessie?”
“Your Jessie jersey is short-sleeved,” she tells you, “If you wear that you need to wear both a hoodie and your coat.”
“No. No coat,” you say, eyes already beginning to fill with tears.
“Yes, my love, you have to wear a coat,” Mamma says again, “No matter what kit you choose, you’ll be wearing a coat.”
“No, no, no,” you wail, tears starting to fall, “No coat.”
Before you can work yourself into a full tantrum, you feel your mamma take your hands in hers.
“Listen to me, Y/N,” she says firmly, “You and I both know that screaming and crying is not the way to get what you want, I’m sorry you're upset so I'm going to give you a moment to calm down, and then we can try again.”
Taking a deep breath, you roughly wipe the tears from your face, grimacing when your mamma stops you only to do it with a wet wipe instead.
“Finished,” she asks, only continuing when you nod, “Alright. Now we can go back and forth all day about what you’re going to wear but what’s not up for debate is a coat, understand?”
“Yes, Mamma.”
“Good, so let’s go back to jerseys.”
“Wear Jessie’s?”
“We can make that happen,” Mamma says, “But if you wear just that, you’ll get cold, so you need to wear something warm.”
“Won’t get cold, promise.”
“I know you think that but Mamma has been here for a long time,” she says slowly, “So you have to trust me on this one. Okay?”
“Okay.”
“Great, so we have a couple of options: you can wear a long sleeve shirt or a hoodie as your extra layer,” Mamma explains, “If you wear the hoodie you can wear it underneath your jersey so that everyone can still see your jersey when we get to Kingsmeadow.”
“Long sleeves,” you say simply.
“Good choice, skat. Now, will you be wearing a hat as well?”
“Uhm,” you say thinking about it.
Then you hear your morsa shout from the hallway.
“That was rhetorical, Y/N/N,” she calls out.
“Don’t know what that means,” you yell back, then in a much softer voice, “Mamma, what does that mean?”
“It means that the question doesn’t need an answer,” she tells you, tugging the long sleeve shirt over your head.
“Oh, that’s stupid.”
“You’re not wrong but let’s try to use kind words.”
“Okay.”
With that crisis averted, the rest of the time spent getting ready goes well.
Even the part where your Morsa forces a hat onto your head and your coat onto your body happens without much fuss but that’s mostly because your mini-tantrum has worn you out.
By the time you’re awake enough to protest, she’s carrying you through the players' entrance and into the locker room.
The second the door closes behind your small family, you’re instantly taken from you Morsa’s arms, the culprit none other than Zeçira.
“Everyone, Magda and Pernille brought my good luck charm,” she announces, carrying you to her locker, “Did you wear my jersey today, Y/N/N?”
“No,” you tell her, “Wore it last time. Wearing Jessie’s today.”
“Oh so you’re Fleming’s good luck charm today,” the Swedish goalkeeper says, getting back up and placing you in the space between Jessie and Niamh Charles.
Luckily for you, the two young players are more than happy to keep you company in the spare that they have before they need to head out for warm-ups.
“Lose the battle again today, Y/N/N,” Niamh says, helping you take off your coat.
“I don’t like it,” you tell her pouting, “Don’t like the hat either.”
“Yea mate, we know.”
“It’s not all bad though,” Jessie says, “If you weren’t wearing a hat I couldn’t do this.” She pulls your hat down further so that it covers your eyes. “Much better.”
Pushing the hat back away from your eyes, you begin to grow frustrated when Niamh reaches over and pulls it down again.
“Cut it out,” you whine, looking up at her.
“Yea Niamh, cut it out,” Jessie says, trying not to show her smile.
“Sorry, Y/N/N,” Niamh says, “I know you like being a living ice cube.”
“It’s okay,” you say, forgiving her easily, “We can play still after the game.”
“Sounds like a plan, mate. I bet you and me can score tons of goals on Zeçira.”
“And Jessie too,” you say, unwilling to leave your favorite Chelsea player out of the planned fun.
“Yes, Jessie too. Maybe Alsu will want to play as well.”
“Of course, I want to play,” the Russian woman shouts from across the room.
You smile widely, glad that all four of your favorite Chelsea players have agreed to play with you after the game.
A few minutes later, Emma comes into the locker room to give her pregame talk and send the players to warm up, so you go around giving your customary prematch high-5, making sure to pause and give both your moms a cuddle.
Once in the stands with your babysitter, time passes quickly as she lets you do and eat whatever you want. By the time the game is over, you’ve had a hotdog, a cheeseburger, some chips, and a soda.
It’s safe to say that you go a little overboard with the freedom your babysitter allows.
At the end of the match, you’re allowed on the field and while you do take a moment to congratulate your parents on their performance, it takes less than a minute before you wiggle away and run toward where Jessie and Niamh are kicking around a ball.
When you reach the players you waste no time, stealing the ball away and sprinting towards the goal as fast as your little legs will carry you. You’re laughing gleefully as Jessie and Niamh, and Alsu when she spots you, all put on a show of trying to stop you.
Once you get inside the 6-yard box, you come face to face with Zeçira who dramatically dives the wrong way when you shoot. When it crosses the line, you can hear the fans that remain break out into raucous applause.
You and the four footballers continue your mini-game for a while with them allowing you to take up different roles on the field. Your smile only grows wider each time you steal the ball or stop a goal after Zeçira gives you her gloves.
Eventually, after your third attempt to take off your hat and coat, the players decide that enough is enough and Jessie carries you back to the locker room.
Unfortunately, neither of your moms are to be spotted in the changing room and although you can hear the showers running, you aren’t willing to check there and instead wander back out of the room and down the hall to where the press conferences are held.
After taking off your outer layers of course.
Opening the door, you quietly make your way to the front of the room and the table where Coach Emma and your Morsa are sitting answering questions.
When you get there, you stand silently between the two women, head barely peeking out over the top of the table, patiently waiting for Morsa to finish speaking.
When she does, you make your presence known by climbing into her lap.
As you try to make yourself comfortable, you can hear the soft laughter of the reporters and you’re pretty sure you hear Emma say something about being joined by the youngest member of the squad.
None of that matters to you though.
You’re more than content to sit with your head on your mother’s chest, zoning out as she answers the boring questions.
You stay like that for a while, feeling the vibrations of her voice through her chest before you notice she’s turned her attention to you.
“Are you going to answer the question Y/N/N,” she asks when you make eye contact with her.
When you stare at her in confusion, she repeats the question.
“They want to know who your favorite player is.” She then helps you shift on her lap so that you can speak into the microphone. “Go on.”
Leaning forward you go to speak into the mic pausing for a second to look at your Morsa, when she nods her approval you continue.
“My favorite player is Rolfö,” you say.
“It’s not one of your mummies,” one of the reporters asks.
You shake your head, leaning back once more, feeling your mother laugh again but you tune back out before you hear if she says anything.
The memories you have of the rest of the press conference are blurry, you hadn’t been paying attention and you really had only come in here because you wanted to be held anyway.
Which is why no one should be surprised when you fall asleep despite all the bright lights shining in your face.
You wake up slightly in the locker room when your mamma tries to put your coat on you. You know it’s her because only she would try something like this.
So without opening your eyes you begin to whine in protest, “Nej, Mamma, jag vill inte ha jackan på mig.”
You're pretty sure that your protests are ignored, especially since you fall back asleep almost instantly.

Weddings make lovers
Mala Grohs x reader
Tumblr media
Magdas and Pernilles weeding was a thing the whole Bayern team was looking forward to.
The were getting married on a Saturday after the last game of the season.
Everyone helped to make this day perfect.
They offered to let other guest stay at their apartments, helped to decorate the location, picking out the cake and food and helping each other to choose outfits.
The ceremony was beautiful and besides the familys, Tuva was the one to cry, and every five minutes someone else had to hand her a tissue.
After the ceremony and the dinner, the big party started.
Jovi had offered to be the DJ and she really did a great job.
At first she played the song, Magda and Pernille had picked out for their first dance and then more songs you could dance to.
During that, Caro and Georgia took over the bar and tried to give everyone there own cocktail creations, while also being a little bit tipsy already.
Linda was the one to take pictures of everything and everyone.
Syd and Klara where joking and fooling around, making everyone laugh and encouraged everyone to dance.
And I was somewhere in the middle of all of that.
I was already a little bit tipsy, thanks to Caro's newest creation: The Amortentia Potion, inspired by Harry Potter. And maybe that was also the reason why I walked towards Mala as I saw her on standing the side of the dancefloor.
"Mala." I say and smile at her.
I don't know who helped her pick out her outfit, but it was incredible hot.
A blue suit, with a read tie and black shoes.
"Y/N."
"Come dance with me." I say and grab her hand, it's warm and fits perfectly into mine.
"What happened to the shy and calm Y/N?" Mala asks laughing as she starts to dance along with me.
"Maybe this is the true and dark me?" I answer and place her hand on my shoulder.
"You have a dark side?"
"Dark and dusty, hidden deep inside me."
"I am impressed."
We dance for some more and I really enjoy the feeling of her hands on my shoulder.
I like her, more than I should.
More than she likes me.
"Y/N! Sorry Mala but G and I need her." I hear Caro's voice next to me and turn around.
She points over to the bar, where Georgia is standing together with Magda, Linda Sembrant and Zecira Musovic.
"Zecira brought some drink called Akvavit, and you absolutely have to try it." Caro explains and I nod.
"Sorry Mala." I say and let myself get dragged away by Caro.
"This is literally so good!" Georgia says and hands me a shot glass.
The cold liquid burns in my throat but it's also really good.
"Oh my gosh this is really good." I say making them laugh.
"Told ya." Georgia answers, pouring me another shot glass of it and drinking one her own.
"Better be careful." Magda warns, Pernille appearing behind her.
"Careful with what?" she asks, sliding one arm around her wife.
"They are trying Akvavit." Zecira explains, pointing at the bottle.
"Uh yeah you should defiantly be careful, that stuff is really strong." Pernille warns while Georgia and I drink our third glass of that stuff.
"Nah we can handle that, we are big girls." Georgia says and wraps one arm around me.
Caro serves us a round of drinks and Pernille and Magda leave to talk to some people.
The party keeps going till it's late at night, around midnight most of the people started to leave and now there are only some friends, some team members and the brides left.
"I need to go to the restroom." I say to Caro who is still standing behind the bar with Georgia, singing along to a German party song, Jovi finally decided to play.
"Der Zug hat keine bremse." she sings in reply and I cant help but laugh.
The floor on the way there is really uneven and as I come back I see someone coming towards me.
"You're good?" I hear Mala asking, fuck is she hot.
"This floor isn't built right." I say instead of answering her question.
"Uhm?"
"You know what a friend of mine is a carpenter I think he knows how to fix this." I say and pull my phone out of my pocket.
"Y/N, it is 1am I don't think he will like it if you call him now."
I put my phone back into my pocket and look at her.
"I think you should go home and sleep till you're sober." Mala says "I can drive you home."
"You are so smart." I step closer, how can someone actually be so smart? I mean she is studying....something. I know she is studying something you have to be very smart for. But right now I cant remember its name.
"There is so much knowledge inside your beautiful head." I say, pressing one finger against her forehead.
"And your skin is so soft." I feel the need to touch her cheek.
"Yeah you defiantly are druck, come on let's get you home." she says laughing and wraps one arm around me, trying to get me to walk towards the exit.
"Wait." I say and grab her by her jacket, pulling her against me.
Her warmth surrounds me and I feel like I could pass out just from that feeling.
"Mala."
"Yes?" her voice is so soft, like she is an angel.
"I really want to kiss you." I say, looking at her lips for some seconds before I look up into her eyes.
"That's because you're drunk." she says but not letting go of me.
"No! I mean yes...I say that because I am drunk but I want to kiss you even when I am sober."
"You-"
"I am in love with you, Mala."
A small smile curls up on her lips and she softly grabs my chin.
"If you really mean that, then say it again when you are sober." she says, stepping back.
"But don't play with my feelings Y/N."
I slowly nod, suddenly feeling really tiered.
"Let's get you home." she says and I follow her down the hall, we say goodbye to Magda and Pernille and some other people and I see Magda whispering something to Mala while looking at me but I cant hear what they are saying.
Mala drives me home and waits outside until I am inside my apartment.
---
We have two final training sessions before everyone is going on their summer vacations and as usual I am one of the last ones to be there.
Malas place in the locker room is directly opposite to mine and normally we talk a little while getting chanced and she helps me doing my hair.
But today is different.
Yesterday morning I woke up with my head feeling like it had doubled in size but unfortunately I could remember everything that had happened.
And I feel like she also did.
The training is good but it feels different without Mala talking to me and making jokes all the time.
At the final training it is the same and I definitely know that I don't want to go into summer brake like that.
I try to be the last one to go into the locker room but she is already waiting outside as I get there.
"We should talk." she says and I nod.
"Yeah."
I follow her around the corner so we won't get interrupted by any of the other players.
"I don't know how much you remember of the party night but-"
"I remember everything." I interrupt her, leaning against the wall.
"And I am sorry for telling you that but..." I look at the floor, I could just deny it, deny my feelings, deny the fact that I didn't say all of that because I was drunk.
"I...I cant tell you that it was because of the alcohol, because .... because it is true. Everything I said." I say and look up.
I am surprised by the way she looks back at me, not mad or hurt but with a small smile on her lips. Her beautiful lips.
She steps closer.
"What is true?" she asks.
"That I am in love with you and that I want to kiss you."
"And what did I say after you told me that?"
"To tell you that again when I am sober?" I ask, confused about her reaction.
"No after that."
"To not play with your feelings." I repeat her words, realizing that I completely forgot about that till now.
"Because I cant have you telling me, that you like me back and not meaning it." she explains, taking another step towards me, my body now trapped between her and the wall.
"You...you like me too?" I ask, but scared of what she would say I look down at our shoes.
"How could I not like you." she whispers in the space between us. And like she did at the weeding, she grabs my chin and softly pushes it up.
She leans forwards, searching in my eyes for the permission to do it.
I close my eyes, waiting for her lips to meet mine. And they do.
Her lips feel so soft against mine. She tastes a little like Powerade, lip balm and her.
I can't believe I am kissing her.
As we brake apart, a big smile forms on my lips.
I open my mouth to say something but someone else is faster than me.
"Wow."
We look to the side and I feel one of Malas arms around me like she wants to protect me from anything that could happen now.
At the end of the hallway, there are standing Magda and Pernille, both ready to go home.
"Soon enough." Magda says, coming towards us, followed by her wife.
I just look at them, to stunned to speak.
"Magda." Pernille says in a warning tone.
"What?" She says laughing "You also knew about this."
"You...what?" I ask.
"I told them about my feelings." Mala says and looks at me. So that was what they were talking about at the weeding.
"Well, weddings make lovers." Magda says and smiles at us like a proud mom.
