OOOOOOUUUUUGH I HAVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THIS TO CONTINUE. I thought it got canned when I realized it hadn't been updated in like a million years, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW EXCITED I GOT WHEN I SAW THE NEW CHAPTER POP UP. Holy fuck did it deliver. The tension between these two is so fucking dense you'd need a chainsaw to even make a dent in it. GOD and then them luring along these bright-eyed women to further their own goals against one another... I can't fucking wait to read the next volume.

So Black & White is... not exactly romance. I actually think calling it fucked up yuri barely skims the surface of what this manga is really about, and that is, finding fulfillment?

Yeah, this isnt just dark yuri or whatever.

Its about two women who work at the same office and because they both want to attain power and rise to the top they are rivals.

The whole manga is about their struggle of gaining power over each other and "dominating" the other (see, this is where the nsfw comes in) through blackmail, espionage, manipulation, lying, seducing etc. and their motivations for doing so (or the lack of it).

B&W depicts a Death Note-esque mind game of wits but asks the questions: "What if one of them stops playing and moves on?", "What is the game for?", "Does winning mean anything?", "What if we were honest about them being gay?". All the women in this manga are happily gay.

It is up to you what the answers are to these questions but I would say the manga makes some really compelling arguments.
