why do all my baby shrimp love the back wall so much? theres like 10 of them just sitting there
also that snail just absolutely stole the spotlight
also if anyone knows what species these fish are, please tell me. theyre like 2 months old already, but i still dont know what they are
i mean theyre my beautiful stowaway fish children and i will always love them no matter what, but i dont even know what tank size they need
edit lol : traced a photo of one of them cuz i realized that u cant see their weird aah dorsal fin cuz of terrible quality (i only know a few species with fins like this, and im pretty sure theyre none of those)

The second photo: The left sock has a red band at the top, a sky blue toe, and a yellow heel. There are red shrimp on it, as well as some blue and yellow sprinkles. The right sock has a blue band, a green heel, and a yellow toe. The shrimp on it are blue. The sprinkles are yellow and green.]
So its day 4 of having her. Turns out her Malnutrition was due to her being a very picky eater. She didnt find interest in anything but bug bites and live food. Probably not something the shop was accounting for. Her fins are slowly regenerating.
She seems alot more energetic and eager for me to feed her, always curious and at the front at the tank when I am around now. Trying to teach her to follow my finger for feeding, so she doesnt miss the pellets.
She seems to have very little interest in frozen foods so far.
But its good to see her with a round belly. (Feeding 6 and then 3-4 pellets atm. Dont want to her to get to bloated, she is very thing and small still.
I am gonna think of a name once we passed the first week.
Here have a picture of her sleeping at the surface perched on a java fern leaf:
A friend was winding their shrimp tank down after ~4 years so they gave me their shrimp, including Big Bertha the gigantic and ancient Amano shrimp who has quickly become the queen of the tank and my heart.
VD: a tiktok set to the song 'Da Biggest Bird' by Saint Mercat∅r of Big Bertha the huge female Amano shrimp hanging out with Gonzo the bamboo shrimp and swimming into the cherry shrimp feeding frenzy to take an entire food pellet to eat by herself. I also introduce Medium Michael the normal sized amano shrimp, also eating his own pellet.
ID: a realistic chalk pastel drawing on grey paper of Big Bertha the amano shrimp, outlined in black and rendered in white with orange and blue highlights.
