Skyjoust return from the war?

My Dearest Anon,

It has been cold here on the front. After months of corrupted audio, re-records, and a seven-week infection of podcaster's lung, I feared I would never return to the RSS feed. Never again to see your sweet grey face and signature sunglasses. But I am writing to you now in high spirits. I have just learned that Command officially announced on the OSN Patreon that Skyjoust! is finally airing in earnest. That our long struggle is over.

There was loss along the way. Entier recording sessions rendered unusable, that will never be heard by another soul. I shall be returning to your ears whole and victorious. I will bring more exciting news over the following weeks. Including news of a game and the launch of a new season of Skyjacks: Courier's Call.

I must admit to being trepidatious after such a long and lonesome separation. But I do believe I am ready to greet you. I pray you will meet me at the new Skyjoust! feed that we might embrace once more.

I long to have you hear my voice once again, sweet Anon. To bask in your oddly featureless smile. We are blessed that we shall have that very soon.

Is there an in universe competition just as dramatic as jousting leuges for refrees? I have to imagine it's ex jousters who are faced constantly with bribery, political pressure. Is there a referee school? Team managers? Somewhere in Sphere team of archeologists dechipering ancient rule book arguing over a measure of a shot by volume or sooed.

New Skyjoust!! Episodes Next Week

The wait is finally over! Our feed finally caught up to the unaired episodes of Skyjoust!! as we move on to follow The Frog Princes.

Serafina Honore (Rashawn Scott,) Dimitri Hyaku (Nathan Blades,) and MC “Trance” Trancephorm (James Mendez Hodes) are last year’s champions but this year they barely made it through the regular season. Their coach, Hildred Gusstar is trying to help them get their groove back while giving them the skills to live up to immense professional and family pressure.

Hey skyjacks listeners! If you're itching to hear more about speir (and more of that incredible song at the end of 179) and you haven't listened to it already, I highly recommend skyjacks: courier's call! Don't think that just because it's all ages means that it isn't as funny, thrilling, dramatic, and high-stakes as the main campaign. It introduces cool new lore to the world of speir and gives you fun new characters to fall in love with.

Aside from the first few episodes, they're all about half an hour long, and there's only around fifty episodes, so don't be intimidated by fear of starting a very long listen. On top of that, there are really fun tales from thornvale interspersed with the story episodes, which tell tales of adventures all over speir (and I'm not even exaggerating, my favorite story from the world of Skyjacks is one of these).

I genuinely think that if anyone enjoys skyjacks or anything about speir, you'll love courier's call

Hello! I just said my teary goodbyes to Travis and started Skyjoust today (I'm kinda behind...). And I feel a bit lost. Do I have to have Courier's Call knowledge to follow the story? Who are half of those people? Can I read up on that somewhere? Help?

Uuuh, huh I didn't think We were dropping people into the deep end but perhaps I will have to add some extra narration pickups to this part of the series.

The vast majority of the Skyjoust cast is new characters. The exceptions being June and Braith. They originate from Courier's Call, but you shouldn't be there full story to appreciate the stuff they're doing on Skyjoust.

If the premise of the series itself is troublesome for you that's on me for not creating enough of an opportunity for the characters to explain the premise of the show as part of the narrative.
