The sound of hurried walking rang across the halls, getting closer and closer to Cecilia’s office. The woman moved fast, pushing people out of her way, the sound never stoping, only suprised yelps and screams followed the figure.

When Scarlett finally reached the end of the hall, she threw the door open, and slammed it shut right behind her, before turning to Cecilia, who was sitting at her desk, reading her papers, the painted grin on her face still there, like always. Cecilia looked at Scarlett, her painted smile deepening and bright, and predetor like eyes glaring at the black haired person infront of her, before she spoke.

“How may I help you, Scarlett-”

“Cut the crap, Cecilia! Why did you send them out!?”

Scarlett yelled, cutting her off. Cecilia’s empty smile still there, yet she looked annoyed, almoust as if she’s just about to throw Scarlett out of her office.

“You knew they weren’t prepared! W- Why would you!?-”

“Scarlett.” Cecilia’s voice chimed across the dark, empty office, demanding silence. “They’re hunters. They chose this. They came to me, more ready than ever, asking for a mission. They knew what they were signing up for. I gave them options. They chose what they thought they could take on. It’s not my fault if they got too far ahead of themselves.”

“You-”

“Now, if you excuse me, some of us have work to do, don’t you agree, Mrs. Valerie?” – she said, her voice sharp, leaving no more room for talking.

Scarlett huffed, turning around and slammed the door shut before marching of to Desdemona’s office, Cecilia’s poisonous voice stuck in her mind the whole way.

“Come in.”

Scarlett opened the door, knocking something over and stepping on what looked like a decument from 4 years ago, before she looked at the woman before her. Her red hair - messy, amber eyes and eyebags hidden behind a pair of sunglasses, despite there being no windows in the small, claustrophobic room. The room was no better than Des, documents on the floor, the walls, the table, Coffee stains on the carpet, only artificial light illuminating the space. The air itself smelled more like a factory than an actual room you’d work in. The only clean place was the small shrine at the corner of the room.

“You have access to where active missions are being carried out, yeah?” – Scarlett said, trying to make eyecontact while berally avoiding the cielling fan, hanging way too close to her head for comfort.

“Why’re you asking?”

“I need hunting squad 5 location and mission type.”

Des sighed, rubbing her temples.

“Y’know, if Cecilia found out that you’re asking for this, both of us could get in trouble.”

“But she won’t.” – Scarlett insisted, - “Not unless you tell her, anyways.”

Desdemona groaned, her stained clothes hanging off her small body as she stood up, turning around and digging in a shelve, as papers flew all over.

“Fine, but if she does learn of this, I had nothing to do with it.” She contenues. “Give me a few minutes.”

Scarlett smiled softly.

“I’m only doing this ‘cause I owe you a favor. Don’t expect this agian.”

Cecilia could best be described as an enygma. Almoust nothing about her before she was adopted into the Echo family is known, and the fact that she’s quite intimidating to most doesn’t help. She puts on a cherry facade, constantly smiling, yet her words don’t match the smile on her face. She’s a natural leader, and has the wit for it. Cecilia is known for not playing fair, for making deals behind other’s backs if she deems it neccassary, though cause of her possision, she’s almoust untochable to regular hunters, so they can’t change anything if they disagree with Cecilia.

Cecilia’s blessing allows her to copy other people’s blessings, as long as she made skin contact with them.

Small trivia🔮

Both she and Scarlett are from a forever cold country, but after she got older, she was adopted by the Echo family, which ment she moved to a warmer place.

Cecilia and Enyo are said to have similar personalities, both being schemers, and even looking alike, much more similar than Tsuki and Enyo.

She worked in a team for a long time, yet after making a deal, she killed her team’s leader, overtaking his role, which led to her becoming an Administrator later on.

As an Administrator, her job mostly consists of sending out missions, reviewing the outcomes, dealing with the public, any scandals that may come up and making all needed deals. She isn’t the only Administrator, there are others, though they’re all spread out through out the world, so she has close to no one to stop her decisions. The closest she has someone near her rank is Desdemona.

Blake mostly calls her by nicknames, given that they can’t remember names very well, and cause of that, Camilla has accidents when she almoust intrpduces herself with Mila, or Cili.

She very much is religious, and cause she was being trained to become a priestress for a very long time, she oftain prays before she leaves for missions.

While she was in a festival only a few times in her life, she was absolutly mermorized by how the Gods looked, whitch also pushed her towards working at a temple.

Cause of the fact that where she lived for most of her life, she only saw summer, the first time Camilla saw snow, or the leaves fall, she was amazed, acting like a young kid, playing in the snow, building snow men, and playing with Blake and Aeron. She did end up getting sick, but it was one of the best memories of her life.
