Virtual exhibition space designed and filled with works and performances, and working environment by 7 German and 7 Japanese artists from Hamburg, Germany and Osaka, Japan.
Aim of this artist exchange and collaboration is a dialogue between the artists of the partner cities, which is visible to the visitors through the virtual exhibition / events. Central concerns of the project are the networking of the respective art scenes as well as the clarification of aesthetic questions in art. What form does contemporary art take? What is the purpose of artistic practice today? What are the differences and similarities between the respective twin cities?
