When Bruce was first brought home he immediately knew who his mother was, he didn’t know her exact name but he knew it was her based on the vague memories he had of her. But when it came to the man beside her it was muddier, he knew the man was significant but didn’t know if he was his dad, or an uncle, but with his mother seeing his confusion she told him that the man was his father.

With his mother and father, Bruce had memories of them granted they were muddy and were hard to place but ultimately they were still familiar people to him.

His sister Amy however, he had little to no recollection of his youngest sister. He had to relearn things about her and has to slowly remember what it was like being an older brother. Granted he has a lot of trouble remembering her name, he does try and understand word association like A is for Amy.

#i have just realized i dont trust any tumblr blogs that are popular like obviously over 15k followers level popular bc #it almost always means they got their followers like pre 2014 when tumblr was kinda cool and full of people and #most of them have not updated their vibes since those days much at all and #anytime i see them posting its just like a reminder of all the shit i dont miss about early tumblr hahaha #like i specifically remember around 2010 when i would creep these incredibly mean and dramatic people with probably tens of thousands #followers and it was so lame and they were always toxic af anyways!! #this is to say that tumblr is actually way more enjoyable to me now that its quieter and getting that many followers is nearly impossible #and i love that its not really a bunch of 'tumblr famous' asshats and mostly just anonymous folks posting on their lil blogs #that is the aspect of current tumblr that truly feels like a remnant of vintage internet experience to me rn #at least in the dn fandom where i mostly hang out #like before influencers existed and everyone was just chillin #p

For the record, since we're talking about discords and bullying behavior, yes, I left the Transformative Works discord because I was tired of watching book fans get bullied and belittled specifically by mods. Yes, people are entitled to their opinions, but when one side is enforced with a ban hammer it's a little imbalanced, y'know?

And as soon as I left, a bunch of people I really liked interacting with just... stopped talking to me, like I was being shunned for not being in their crowd anymore or something. It was super weird and it is super weird to this day and I'm sad about it. I never said a single bad thing about anyone? So I don't really get it? But what can you do. *shrug*
