So what's another year?
The Kaiser-Jeep Corporation, synonymous with four-wheel drive, had to compete not only against the Scout from International Harvester in 1966, but also had to fight back the new Ford Bronco, which was poaching in its territory. Thus, in January 1967, the Jeepster Commando saw the light of day. The models of 1968 to 1971 had little new to offer. But already in February 1970 it had been a change of ownership. It came to the Corporation with the American Motors Corporation. AMC had to wait until 1972 before the not so bad front-end redesign was visible in the showrooms. This one we saw in Switzerland this year appears to be an early AMC intermediate model.

However hard the owner tried, much more than the 32 hp (24 kW) at 5750 tr/min (rpm) did not come out of this damned air-cooled 602 cc flat-2 engine. But he somehow deserves respect for trying: Citroën Dyane 6 (1967-83). At least: The horn will sound impressive!

Walt Kowalski: What is?
Sue Lor: Thao washing your car after he tried to steal it.
Walt Kowalski: And if he misses a spot, he has to do it all over again.

Pre 1978 first generation 3 Series BMW 318 Automatic (E21), powered by a carburetted four-cylinder M10 engine and designed by Paul Bracq. When introduced in July 1975 at the Munich Olympic Stadium customers complained about the poor rear end. In August 1975 BMW added the ribbed black rear trim, which soon became a memorable model characteristic.

BMW 2002 Baur-Cabrio (1971–1975) commonly known as Targa although the right to that name lies solely with Porsche. This is one of the last conversions of the E10 2002 series built in 1975 by the Stuttgart coachbuilder Baur known for high quality.

If you accidentally follow Magnus Walker over the Hamburg Stadtpark Revival, a tribute to the races held there from 1934 to 1952, you walk past something like that: 1979 Kremer Porsche 935 K3, an evolution of the 1974 Carrera RSR 2.1 turbo prototype. Klaus Ludwig won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in a 935 K3 in 1979.

An almost forgotten Alfa Romeo classic, often overshadowed by its GTV coupé relative: the Tipo 116 Alfetta 1.6 (1975–83) saloon, an amazingly linear beauty
