In 2011, Sebastian noted that Tommi Parmakoski was the person he spent the most time with. After winning in Suzuka he made a 3 minute long speech, and noted Parmakoski's role:
"He is the one who did not allow me, at any stage this year, to lose my grip, to start to fly, or think about things not in our control," added Vettel.
"This year we have always been just this one step ahead, and it is down to people like Tommi and other individuals. Every single one (in the team) has pushed more than 100% to do his job and keep us on the right track.

I also found a 2013 interview with Tommi, and he talks a lot about Sebastian, F1, life in the circus and why he left the job at the end of the 2011 season.
On Sebastian:
“When we did training he was always asking why we were doing something,” says Pärmäkoski “He tried to analyze everything and he was ready to do the training as long as he was able to master it. He was never satisfied until he was able to do something. There is no quit in his vocabulary. Also, the way how he loves winning is something I have never seen before. It didn’t matter if it was driving, badminton, or playing cards. He was ready to do whatever to win and if he lost you heard straight away the words ONE MORE!”
He spent 300 days a year with Seb, 250 of them in a hotel, and it meant that he didn't have time for other aspects of his life.
The interview is really interesting. More here.

Pärmäkoski for his part was impressed with what a down-to-earth person Vettel was. This was a Formula One Grand Prix winner. A lot less than that has gone to people's heads. Vettel was completely lacking in the mannerism of a star. He was himself: polite, well-mannered, nice. The second thing Pärmäkoski noticed was the German's driver's motivation. The competitive drive and the desire to do things just a little better than was asked of him impressed Pärmäkoski. This was not an athlete that he would have to pester to train. When he talked about driving, a boyish smile spread across Vettel's face. When Vettel described what it felt like to drive a Formula One car for the first time, Pärmäkoski got cold chills.
