A Remake of the “Spartan Special" tS1 Base Game Bed for the Sims 2

(Though I had to tweak the design to fit the height of a tS2 bed. Maybe I should make a version without the second mattress?)

Like the original, it is a low quality bed costing 300$. The bedsheets are included as their own recolour useable with all beds.

Threaded History of Yore - TS1 to TS2 Tapestries

So, for a while now I’ve been doing some re-meshes for FreeSO and Simitone, and I’ve always had planned to convert some of these for at least Sims 2.

Well, these are the first two of said remeshes The “Black Tree Tapestry” and the “"Eruption of Decadence" Tapestry“ are now both oficially converted to Sims 2, for your castle decor needs.

Details:

-Both cost in game §8100 Simoleons and Add +9 to Environment;

- Names and Descriptions are lifted directly from The Sims;

- They are recolor enabled (although with only one subset);

Feel Free to do whatever with these, just don’t put them behind a paywall of any kind and claim as yours.

Few remember when Mama was Miss SimCity. That was long before she lost her savings to her psychic phone friend. 

Elden often catches Mama opening up her father’s old bible where they kept their family pictures after her shift at Burger Clown ends. Mama often reminisces about her life as a young girl in the country when she was still carefree, her time as Miss SimCity and the fame and recognition that came with it, and the life that followed her descent into poverty (including Elden’s no-good, two-timing father). These memories are etched into her mind forever, so she scratches and scribbles on things that she wants to forget as she glances over them again and again. Elden never told anyone what he would often see, but that’s why he’s such a hard worker; he just wants to make his Mama proud.

This mod makes it so that sims have a small chance of contracting a mysterious disease when they get bit by a womrat. Servos and townies (except apartment roommates) are obviously immune to disease. Womrats are more likely to bite if their cage is not clean and when they are hungry.

@shastakiss and I collaborated on a couple TS1>TS2 conversions for the Advent calendar at Leefish. Here is the first item: the Tyke Nyte bed! I meshed, shasta textured. There are two recolors of the frame as well.

Sims 1 phone booth cover

Today I’ll share my very first object for the Sims 2. I hope everything works fine. If not: please contact me :)

This is a decorative phone booth cover with two subsets (the cover itself and the insanely large phone on top). Each has four colors that resembles the Sims 1 phone booth colors.

I highly recomended this default replacement. And this one for the neighborhood view is recomended as well.

Some technical stuff: Polygones: 2028 GUID: 0x6AC8CF95 (I use a random number generator. Can someone help me with doing this the right way?) Filesize: 5.5 MB (Mesh + Recolors)
