Another random bit of noodling. I keep trying to do something with this 5/4 dissonant part, and the other bit is sort of a dark pentatonic exercise, replacing the 5th with the tri-tone, or "blues" note. Useful if you need to vamp over a diminished chord or a minor 7 flat 5 chord (geek alert). Anyway, it sounds metal, and with the dissonance, it kind of works. Probably nothing, though, 😅😅 . . I picked this guitar up at #secretguitars this week, and I really just got a chance to sit and play it today. I'm watching software download and I came up with this little riff, so here it is. I had this sitting on the stand when I made the little studio vid earlier. Figured I'd give it a little air time. . . So the story I got on it is this: The guy who traded it in commissioned about a dozen of these from some manufacturer. He branded them with the Falcon name, sold 10 to pay for the order, and kept the two best ones for himself. This is one of those two. It has beautiful mother of pearl binding and fret inlays, three pickups, each with its own split switch, single volume and tone. Not a scratch on it, and it plays perfectly.
