I S W E A R IF YOU KILL KAREN
Nah
She'll be fine :))
This is aaalllllll fine :')
BUT SERIOUSLY IF SHE DIES YOU DIE
Also not Hen doing CPR 😭😭😭 I nearly said bringing her back to life and technically we don't know bUT IT BETTER BE
Anyway <3
That's the end of my final thoughts :D!! Now time for the. . .
REVIEW
I loved this episode :D!! I thought the call center/home invasion plotline was really good, though I feel bad for Maddie, and even that guy :(((. I don't remember his name xD. But it was cool and well thought out, especially given she showed him how to check the logs a whiiiiile ago, and yeah, it was great :D.
Now quick stuff!!
Maddie and Chimney: I'm happy they did get a nanny, but I'm also happy they got rid of her XD. I couldn't have dealt with her any longer lol. But it was a funny storyline XDD. Still, I think they may end up needing one again in the future. But! Yeah, I'm glad that particular household manager is gone lol :).
Hen (and Karen of course!!): I am SO glad she passed the exam :D. I mean I really didn't think she'd fail, but still :))). I thought we might spend more of the episode (like earlier on), on it, but it felt good in the time it had :)). Also yes their family remains adorable <33. And their one with the 118, obviously :D. Anyway, add another HenRen interruption to the list xD Poor them xddd.
Lastly (for them) :D,
DON'T YOU D A R E KILL KAREN
YOU'RE TOWING A THIN LINE EVEN INJURING HERE
BUT I S W E A R WRITERS I WILL KILL YOU IF YOU KILL KAREN
(not really don't worry)
But I will be very angry >:((( and also horribly sad 😭😭😭😭.
I do really think she'll be okay though :). She better be xdd
Everyone else: OKAY SLFKHSJGKDLS I LOVED THE PASSING OF HOOVER AROUND XDDD
That was honestly probably one of the funniest parts in the episode lol
Just, amazing, iconic <333. Truly xD. Anyway, I love their little family :'))). And also I will not recover with Hen leaves 😭😭😭😭. We better still see her!! And not just occasionally, I want to SEE my GIRL >:(( xD :DD.
Anyway lol, yeah 😭😭, that montage broke me ❤️, and I love them so much 🥰🥰🥰😍😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
Also that other call was good! Very scary for me personally xD, glad he was okay, and I'm happy they did come back to help lol.
Anyway yeah in short next week I'll die <33
BUT WHATEVER AS LONG AS KAREN DOESN'T
watching y'all -.-
Also I think that (roommate's) boyfriend thing with May might become a thing 🤔
Like a plotline
Idk maybe I'm reading too much into it but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I mean tbh ain't that my job xD
Overall, I loved this episode!! It had some great storylines all around, I am SO happy for Hen, and everyone was just amazing and adorable :). I live in fear (for next week).
So yeah! That's about it. I thought this was a really great episode, and even though I'm super nervous, I'm so excited for the next one! This has been my review of. . .
9-1-1, Season 6, Episode 5: Home Invasion
What a strong episode! I am super scared for next week, but also super excited and very invested. I'll be back then for my review of. . .
9-1-1, Season 6, Episode 6: Tomorrow
See you then!!

Surrounded
Aaa so I had an idea. I basically just thought that maybe Virgil's fears could be personified somehow in the mindscape and I wanted to write about it. Enjoy some Virgil angst. This is real short because I'm lazy hhh
"Everything's going wrong."
"You're such a failure."
"You're so useless."
He looked around as his fears took form. Strange, dark, gloopy shapes, hard to see through his tears. They surrounded him, eyes shining bright purple.
The room burst into purple flames, only making him more scared as the fire spread.
"I'm sorry..." He whispered, though the whisper came out in a distorted, echoing voice.
He was shaking. Oh goodness, he was shaking. When did he get so...
"Pathetic." One of them said with a scoff.
Virgil didn't respond. He was curled up in a corner, the only spot untouched by flames. The figures stood in the fire, completely unaffected.
It was hard to breathe. Smoke filled the room. He tried to breathe in for four seconds, but then he found himself coughing. He had to get out, he had to find safety, he had to-
The flames approached. He was so afraid. Where could he go?
He went to the first place that came to mind. And that place turned out to be Patton's room. Not the best place to be, since it was not a calming place for him.
He collapsed on the ground in front of the staircase, gasping for air. He hoped that he could be at least a little safer here, though he was still horrified.
"Virgil?" Patton rushed towards him. "Try to take deep breaths! Can I get you anything? How can I help?"
He was still shaking. Could his fears hurt Patton? Was he putting his dad in danger? Everything Patton was saying sounded distant and muffled.
"We should get out of here..." Patton said, mostly to himself. "Where do you want to go? I- maybe Logan can help? He always knows what to do, right?"
At the lack of response, he could only hope that he was making a good choice. He took Virgil's hand and the two rose up in the logical side's room.
"Logan, I don't know what to do, he-" Patton rushed to explain.
Logan ran over to the two, tossing his book to the floor. "Virgil! What on Earth happened to him?"
"I don't know!" Patton said. "I just want to help him."
Logan sat beside the anxious side. "Virgil?" He said in a soft tone, trying not to be too loud to prevent scaring him more. "Virgil, can you tell me what's wrong?"
And the Side pointed to the fear, as it came to join them.
