Tauriel looked at her beloved and smiled like a fool. She slowly kissed his lips tenderly before whispering against his lips. " I love you, Legolas. Last night was the best night of my life as well. " She smiled and caressed his face. She was now madly in love with him and was proud of being his wife. Even if the king wouldn't approve that relationship, it was too late. They were both united. 

The captain was about to climb on the horse as well when she saw a group of elves coming. The elleth tried to look further and noticed that they were elves from Mirkwood. " What the... " She couldn't say anything else. She looked at Legolas with worried eyes, knowing that if they were here, it was because they had followed them. 

One of the guards arrived and bowed at Legolas. " My Prince. The king is worried, he sent us to look for you everywhere. You need to come back. " They then looked at Tauriel. " How's the quest ? " Tauriel gulped. She looked at Legolas and then just added. " It's improving. I was about to leave now and reach Lake Town. " She then looked down, not wanting to be separated from Legolas. The guard added. " The king wants you to stay to Lake Town until further notice. " Tauriel looked back at the guard, nodding. She reluctantly looked at Legolas, knowing that she'd have to go alone. 

"You're sexy."

He halted in his tracks, unsure of whether or not he heard his friend correctly. An outburst like that certainly wasn’t common of her. 

"Tauriel," Legolas eyed her curiously. "Are you alright?" 

Despite the queerness of the situation, the prince could not help the rising color in his cheeks, but he did his best to dismiss it.

She noticed that he got dressed but was still blushed. She looked down and then reached her own clothes before walking out of the bed. She sighed and looked at herself in the mirror. She got ready, picking her bow and turned around to look at Legolas. " Shall we go...?" She was a bit worried. She didn't want her beloved to regret what had happened last night. 

Tauriel walked downstairs, ready to take the horse. But as she stopped, she turned around and looked at Legolas, her eyes all worried. She sighed and asked in a whisper. " Are you regretting what happened last night ? " She had her heart beating so fast.

" I mean.. I don't want you to regret... I wouldn't forgive myself if you felt bad about this... " She looked down. " I love you, and I don't regret anything. But I just don't want you to all of a sudden think that it was bad to do that... " She was so nervous. She couldn't say anything else.

"You're sexy."

He halted in his tracks, unsure of whether or not he heard his friend correctly. An outburst like that certainly wasn’t common of her. 

"Tauriel," Legolas eyed her curiously. "Are you alright?"

Tauriel stayed in his arms, closing her eyes. She was feeling perfect, cuddling him. Nothing else mattered to her around. She smiled and just took a deep breath before whispering." This is the most beautiful night of my life, Legolas.. " She opened her eyes and kissed his lips tenderly. " I love you so much.. " 

She wrapped her arms around his body and slowly fell asleep, not worrying about anything else than just being close to her husband, to the only one she would give everything to. Her face was nuzzled against his neck, she was feeling protected and warm. 

When she opened her eyes, she moved a little under the covers, smiling as she noticed that what happened between them wasn't a dream that she had. It was for real. This thought made the captain feel happy. She kissed her lover's lips and whispered. " Wake up, my beloved.. " She smiled and kissed him deeper. 

"You're sexy."

He halted in his tracks, unsure of whether or not he heard his friend correctly. An outburst like that certainly wasn’t common of her.

Tauriel followed Legolas and sighed, feeling that it wasn't safe. " I feel a presence, Legolas. " She turned around and took her bow, preparing an arrow. She walked inside of the woods, looking around herself. She somehow stayed close to the Prince. She looked at him and whispered. " Do you see anything ? I hear movements. "

  "A scout informed us there had been dark movement around there, so it’s our job to find out what it was." Legolas replied with a small nod, leading the way past the trees and over rocks, halting now and then to peer around with a small frown. The air was thicker with darkness, that much was true.

She sighed and looked back at Legolas. " Alright... Let's go... " She said reluctantly. She somehow felt glad that Legolas came to find her. She followed him. " Are there spiders in the East side ? "

Legolas gave her a small smile in response, already used on her antics. “Unfortunately duty calls for us today, mellon. We’re needed to scout the East side of the forest.”

Tauriel smiled when she heard Legolas. She turned her head and looked at him, her eyes all shinny. " Yes... It's the only moment when I can relax and stare at the universe. " She gave him a tender smile before turning her head and looking back at the sky, enjoying the nature.

It was the first time of her life that she was doing this and it was somehow a bit painful. But then, she relaxed, focusing on her kisses. The only thing that mattered now was the fact that she was with Legolas, her prince, her lover. Her husband ?

Knowing that Thranduil was respecting these rules, she thought that both would be safe, by the fact that he would dare touching them. Would he ?
