(@asktheoger) Aya let out a little squeak of delight as she sees Avin. "You're so so cute and small!!!" She exclaimed, crouching down so she could look at them. "Who are you?? You kinda look like this flying hedge thing from my Father's stories!! Do you wanna be friends???"

Kaji puffs out his chest proudly at Aya's fawning. "We ARE those flying hedge things from your father's stories. We are Shaymin, mighty warriors of the sky and protectors of nature's balance across the land."

Avin lightly smacks Kaji on his hedge and rolls their eyes. "Don't mind him, he likes to play into praise. It feeds his ego." Avin offers Aya a wide smile and looks her over quickly. "You're an ogerpon is that correct? Can't say I've seen many of your kind before, so the delight is as much ours is it is yours." Avin bows their head a little. "My name is Avin and this is my p- mm... adventuring partner, Kaji. And I think I can speak for both of us when I say, we'd love to be your friend."

M has brought Pizzas Give you a box filled with your favorite pizza and if you don't like pizza the box has your favorite dessert

The shaymin both quickly leap out of the way as the pizza box is set in front of them. Their eyes widen in delight as the box opens to reveal an Ultimate Veggie Pizza.

"This smells absolutely divine!" Kaji practically shouts in delight.

Avin's mouth waters and they nod their head enthusiastically. "Oh this is going to taste so good."

Both shaymin look up at M and shake their hedges in an excited thanks. "This is wonderful. Thank you so much for the delightful meal!"

I don’t think I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting a Shaymin before…” She smiles widely at both of them. “I do hope you enjoy yourselves tonight, is there anything I can assist you with or fetch for you?”

Avin and Kaji both straighten up in attention as Reshi approaches them. They bow to her (or at least as best as two rather small hedges with stubby legs can) in respect.

"Thank you very much for letting us attend," Avin says. "It's our pleasure to be able to attend and I hope we make a great first impression of our kind. Happy to answer any questions you might have about us!"

"At the moment, there's nothing we need, but we'll holler if we need something." Kaji offered Reshi a broad smile. "Thank you again for letting us swing by!"

(teamsunfluff) Kaji scampers up to Aya and Kenji's side eagerly. "Other visitors, perfect! Hello there, tall ones," he says with a large grin. "What brings you to this fine tower today?"

“I’m here to have fun!! And meet new friends!! And try lots of good food!! And do that truth-or-dare thingie!! And to have a pillow fight!! I wanna do everything!!!” Aya explains.

“And I’m mainly here to keep an eye on my daughter,” Kenji adds. “Though, I’d like to explore and meet some new people as well!”

LoU Sleepover Intro

“Oof!” Avin hit the stone of the tower face first with a quiet ‘thwap’. Their spherical body rolled a bit forward before coming to a stop belly up. They barely had time to react before Kaji was tossed through the air and landed square on top of them. “Ack-! Kaji-!”

“Sorry, sorry!” Kaji quickly scrambled off of Avin and helped the other shaymin right themself before looking back towards the portal through whence they came. “Those landings never get any easier, eh?”

“You’re telling me,” Avin grumbled as they got to their feet.

The portal hummed loudly before abruptly closing, leaving the two shaymin at the foot of the tower. Avin cast their gaze around the nearby landscape and frowned a little. “Why would Guildmaster Hrímfaxi send us here? This place doesn’t appear to have anything of aid towards our world.”

“Oh Avin, always so quick to judge,” Kaji said with a click of his tongue. He gestured with his head towards the tower above them. “Can’t you hear the people inside? There’s a gathering of sorts going on. Come on! Let’s go check it out and see what’s up.”

Avin hummed a bit as they mused over the thought before shrugging. “Sure, just don’t stray too far from me alright?”

“Swear on Sky Peak. Now let’s go!” Kaji grabbed Avin’s neck scarf and gently tugged on it, leading his teammate into the tower.

" Ah yes, the question of our meeting. I should have assumed that would've come up sooner or later. " Vivian slowly turned towards the Mewtwo, a gentle smile on xeir lips while they idly twirled the braided bit of hair xe had. " Truthfully, I owe Mint a great deal. "

" A while back, I, embarrassing as it is to admit, fell into an ambush. Several powerful Hollow Pokémon, specifically made to counter whatever I might've done. They nearly had me cornered, but thankfully, a team was already sent out from the Phantom Guild and Mint just so happened to be in that group. "

Vivian turned xeir gaze towards the ceiling as they thought back on the further details of what had happened. " Truthfully, I don't know if it was from her sudden proximity to a massive amount of Fairy Aura awakening something, or if it was purely emotional, but she did something in that instant that would normally have been impossible for her, a Dragon and Normal type, to do... She used a Fairy-type move. I do not know what move it was- it was over by the time I had blinked- but I could sense it. "

" I recalled a favor Aster asked of me, part of which was to help a young dragon hone the power of her aspect so that it didn't destroy her body, and I realized that this was what they were referring to. I am unsure how, but that Shaymin has a positively terrifying accuracy. Either way, had Mint and her friends not arrived that day, I likely would not have walked away as myself... Another Legendary fallen to Hollow. "

" In fact, some have even caught brief glimpses of the result of this training, such as that Shaymin she helped a few months ago. "

“Missing?” Avin said in shock, “Are there any leads as to what may have happened to them? Surely this is a cause of grave concern for the general populace!”

Avin trots after Burhalla. "Shadow Pokemon? I'm vaguely familiar with the term, but I can't say I know a lot about them. Can you tell me what you know? And how does one go about this... "purifying" process?"

Burhalla paused, and turned to look at the Shaymin. "Oh, hi! Don't see Shaymins often around here."

His tailflame then dims. "Shadow Pokemon...we have no idea what causes them, but...sometimes Pokemon go missing, and when they're found, they're Shadow Pokemon. Shadow Pokemon are Pokemon that can feel very few positive emotions, only empathy and concern."

"To purify them...they're taken to a Tapu's shrine. Then, if you follow the rules of the shrine, the Tapu purifies them."

Burhalla looks down. "But...recently, two of the Tapus have gone missing, too."

Mint sprinted over to the slumped over Shaymin, looking over them. Without Vivian here... Well, she'd just have to do this herself with what xe'd taught her.

Closing her eyes to focus, the hybrid's aura flared to life. She held her paws out towards the Grass-type, her energy beginning to flow into Avin in a makeshift Heal Pulse. However, it was only a few moments before Mint's energy was exhausted. She hoped that it helped them, even if it wasn't much.

Avin visibly relaxed as the Heal Pulse flowed through their body. "Thank you," they said softly, "I owe you all a great debt. For now though, I will only hope getting us out of here will be sufficient enough to repay you for now."

After taking a moment to catch their breath, Avin pushed themself up and slowly made their way over to their bag. Shuffling around instead, they pulled out two oran berries and quickly scarfed on down. The berry's effects were immediate, Avin's strength somewhat returning to them.

Avin made their way over to Mint and offered her the other berry. "Please, take it. You look exhausted."

Avin surveyed their surroundings quickly. For the moment, it didn't seem like there were any blights nearby. However, they had undoubtedly heard the commotion, so they didn't have long. Even worse, the dungeon was undoubtedly aware of their presences now.

"We have to get out of here, either by getting back to the entrance or clearing the dungeon itself. I marked my path in to escape, but there's no guarantee that engaging with the blights hasn't caused the entrance to close up. As unsafe as it is to do this, it might be better to clear the dungeon, as difficult as it is."

Avin lowered their head a little. "I'm not sure what to do though..."

In the distance, the wind continues to blow.

Something's stirring....

(@pokege-ne-project ; Neo-Ka) Yeah no, the seemingly Houndoom's already giving a beating.

"OI! Numbskull!" Neo-Ka raised her voice to first vy for the blight's attention. For good measure, the Eevee tried to bluff with a Shadow Ball hitting the ground near it. "Ain't ya just t'biggest coward 'ere?" The Eevee did her best to avoid looking too much at Avin, mostly to try ensuring the distraction works.

The Houndoom blight raised its head and turned its attention towards Neo-Ka as the Eevee began to shout at it. It arced its back and began to draw in a long breath, fire swirling in its jaws as it prepared to unleash a powerful flamethrower.

Inari held nothing back as the powerful Water Spout obliterated the Houndoom blight in one shot. The flurry of light particles that made up the blight's body faded into the canopy. Darkness settled over the area again as the glow of the blight faded.

Avin let out a low groan. They were slumped at the base of the tree the blight had thrown them into. Their head was throbbing in pain but it eased a little as the bright glow faded a bit. They turned their head towards Inari and Neo-Ka, their vision fading in and out of focus. "What are you... why... ngh..."

A moment of calm has settled over the dungeon. In the distance, a soft wind blows.

Inari: (in a hushed voice) Careful, there's something coming! Can you leave the dungeon? Teleport out maybe?

Avin looked over at Inari before catching sight of the approaching light. "Ah-! Right. They would've packed me an Escape Orb for sure. It' just got to be in my bag somewhere."

Avin began to shuffle around in their bag searching through the items before producing a small glowing blue orb. "Here we go..." Holding it out, Avin tapped it with their paw. "Please, put your paws here. It'll get us all out if we're touching it."

Avin waited for all those present to do so before tapping the orb again. The orb began glow brighter for a moment before fading into darkness. "What? Oh no no no. Something's wrong. Is the psychic gem worn out? Did the dungeon disable my items when I came in?"

Avin frantically looked towards the glow that grew ever brighter. They set their jaw and turned their gaze back towards Inari. "Stay here, stay hidden. If the blight sees you, run. But otherwise, don't move. I'll lead them off. Once the coast is clear, follow the scratch marks on the tree to the entrance. You should be able to pass through it to escape."

Hopping out from the bushes, Avin landed directly in the path of another blight: a Sawsbuck. Avin grimaced a little. Normal/Grass type, of course. That meant their plan of hitting the blight with Nightmare and running wasn't an option. That left only one choice. Digging their feet into the ground, Avin took in a deep breath and began to channel in energy from the nearby areas. Their flowers on their body let off a rainbow sheen as energy began to coalesce in front of their mouth.

The Sawsbuck blight took notice of Avin and began to charge, but by then it was too late. With a loud crack, the Shaymin let off a powerful Dragon Pulse, shattering the Sawsbuck blight into nothing but light particles. Avin looked back at the others hidden in the brush. "Go! Now! The blights definitely heard that and you don't have much time!"

A chilling howl echoed through the air as the Houndoom blight from before came barreling through the brush. Before Avin could react, the blight sunk its jaws into their hedge and threw them into a nearby tree.

Help Avin?
