Hi! I'm really new to all this and I'm just learning to cast protection spells, so I'm not daring to try any hexes yet. But there is this horrible man that has been harassing me and my partner (he has given me so much emotional pain) and he doesn't pay his workers and he exploits people. And I just want the world to see him for what he is. Is there a spell for that? Is there anyway I can expose him without putting myself at risk? Love, a humble newbie garden witch 🌻🧙

Hello first off I am so sorry you and your partner are going through this. Personally I stay away from hexes and harm spells because I worry about possible repercussions. I would focus on protections and wards for yourself. Selenite for cleansing rose quartz for protecting the heart. Black tourmaline, obsidian, and smokey quartz for repelling bad vibes. I would charge in moonlight and meditate with a protection chant.

Cultural appropriation in the Magic community

I know I don't post often but I have seen lately a lot of other white people appropriating poc specific rituals, terms, and practices not knowing that they are doing so. I would like to start making some reference posts about said appropriating because we have our own equivalents from our own cultures and do not need to be taking from poc. If there is any poc that have input and examples I'd love to hear it and share the information. The only way to stop accidental appropriation is through education!

How to get out stains using other things

little glamour/self love spell jar to boost your confidence

What you need: - rose petals - hibiscus - lavender - vanilla extract - mint - lemon verbana - calendula - cinnamon - ginger - jar/bottle - bowl for mixing - red/pink candle

this spell is best done on the new moon. 

What to do:

start off by putting your ingredients into the bowl you’re using for mixing. once everything is all mixed up together, light your candle and place it behind the bowl. after your candle is placed, say: I am beautiful, I am strong, I am respected

pour your ingredients into jar/bottle and place the jar in front of your candle. once your jar/bottle is placed, say:

I am beautiful, I am radiant, I am mighty

once this is done, close off your jar/bottle and pick up your candle. hold it over the jar/bottle and say:

I am worthy of my own love, I am beautiful,  I am radiant, I will be seen as I am

begin to pour your wax onto your jar/bottle to seal it off and say:

Beautiful, mighty, and radiant. As I am, this is my will So mote it be.

set your jar/bottle where you can see it but where it won’t be disturbed. 

In addition: if you would like to, decorate your jar/bottle or add a sigil to it! the sigil can be added to the mix by drawing it out on paper and burning it or you can draw it onto the bottle.

do yourself a favor and do something for yourself before you go to school or work every morning. like make urself a milkshake and read a book outside in the fresh air or take a bubble bath or play with your pets. whatever you do, start your day off well. it’ll save you.

Self Love Bath

It’s important to remember that you are loved. By the most important person there is: you, of course! If you need a little help with the loving-yourself part, this bath will definitely do the trick.

2 Parts Epsom Salts

1 Part Himalayan Pink Salt

3 Drops Lavender Essential Oil

1 Scoop of Coconut Oil

Optional: A handful or lavender buds or pink rose petals

Draw your bath at the temperate you like best. Epsom salts will help relax your muscles while the coconut oil softens your skin. Let the aromatherapeutic benefits of lavender lighten you, and the pastel pink himalayan salt will hold in warmth and happiness. What can I say? You’re lovable!
