Upon the age of 16 I took it upon myself and I HAD to be a barista. The smell of freshly roasted beans grinding in the grinder, being tamped down to perfection and pulled through an espresso machine in a three layer painting of beauty that you’d think Picasso designed himself from heaven. The blissful colored swirl of pouring that shot into perfectly foamed, silky textured milk and stirred JUST right so every sip is exactly like the last… 🤤 THIS. WAS WHAT I WAS BORN TO DO. I established relationships with regulars. Customers became my family. That 4am journey to work wasn’t WORK. I enjoyed every morning. unlocking the doors, turning on the lights, setting up shop all the way down to my favorite part… the open sign. WE’RE IN BUSINESS BABY. I’m now 26 years old and just graduated from college studying business this past August ☺️ I’m looking to make dreams come true by fundraising my first mobile cart through the love of my friends, family, and amazing members of the community!
