Thea: She'd retreat somewhere with Roco. Sometimes she’ll go and hide in the library, other times she'll go climbing some high place to enjoy the view.

Linnet: She’ll also train until she passes out or go out and find someone to help out and lessen their burdens.

Medea: She’d sew and sew and sew. Sometimes she might brew some potions or quietly brush out her hair.

Helios: Drink. Party. Sex.

Eirik: If he could, he would go swiming or sailing. If he can't, he'd take long baths in cold water and like submerge himself for a loong time.

Sieghardt: He’d baked cookies and treats or do maintenance on his equipment.

Alberich: He’d drink some wine and read some sappy love story or he’d go and meet some friends.

I miss him too 🥲 he was my bias since I was like 12.

Did you watch Shinee at the MMA? They sang a few classics like Sherlock, View and Everybody! It was great and amazing and I loved it, but I was sad not to see Onew or Jonghyun there. Nothing can beat the OT5 (in spirit I know Shinee will always be five) but I can cope. I’ve gotten better at it. But not seeing Onew not there made me really sad tho. Hope he gets better! 😭💕

I’m imagining empress trying to scoot mc in to political maters when they were young and one time mc just fell asleep, but because the matter was very important she just carried mc with her. Btw why didn’t empress have a child was she unable to? TBH, both Alberich the Empress are in agreement of being hands off with the MC's education. There's no pressure, need, or want for the MC to be involved with politics. And while the the Empress is technically their legal guardian, Alberich's wishes for the MC comes first and he wouldn't want them in any sort of spotlight or exposure because its not safe. His family was torn apart by politics, so he's very uncomfortable with getting them more involved than they already are. A bby MC doesn't need this kind of exposure. If this was an older MC, who WANTS to get into politics, that a different story. Now if this was a bby MC was super clingy and bonded intensely with the Empress, I can see her bring them along at first, but both Alberich and the Empress would wean them off that behaviour because it isn't healthy.

And the Empress never had children of her own because she didn't want to go through the burden and body altering changes that come with pregnancy and because she'd only have children with her husband- which she doesn't have so.... 🤷‍♀️

I keep picturing a normally studious and well behaved MC looking out the window during one of their lessons and seeing Sieghardt visiting unexpectedly and just full tilt sprinting out the door in a desperate bid to hug him. They run through the halls, their tutor yelling after them, staff getting in their way, all thoughts of punishment or stern lectures from the Empress/Alberich completely out of mind. No amount of military training can prepare Sieg for the tackle hug he's about to receive from his baby sibling (Also tumblr keeps being weird, so sorry if this shows up in your inbox multiple times)

Finny: He's just a silly boy. Has an iron stomach.

Thea: She's really good at climbing up to high places and stuff. We blame Roco for that.

Linnet: She can do all sorts of whistles and bird mimicry. Ambidextrous.

Medea: She can hold her breath underwater for over two minutes. Really good at juggling too.

Helios: Can tie cherries with their tongue 😜

Eirik: Can make himself look like an asshole in any situation.

Alberich: He's a fast reader. Really good singer. Perfect Pitch.

i am ignoring all angst...for now...

mc is sick WITH THE FLU THAT IS NOT TERMINAL but is bed ridden and is sandwiched between the two brothers as Al reads to them and Sieg just cuddles mc and pouts cause *insert something about Sieg feeling guilty for mc getting wet by rain which resulted in the flu*

cut to a few days later and mc is nursing the two of them back to health complaining about how big of idiots they are for being with them while they were sick and NOW LOOK!
